Adish Vaidya balances his acting career with his personal interests. He makes time for cricket, fitness, and caring for stray animals. Vaidya emphasises the importance of balance in life. Television actor Adish Vaidya , known for his roles in shows like Naagin , Barrister Babu , and Shaam Daam Dand Bhed , is currently seen as Vikram Saran, a young education counsellor in Pushpa Impossible . Despite a hectic schedule, Adish manages to balance his work with personal passions like cricket, fitness, and caring for stray animals. Sharing further about how he balances it all, he shared, 'Managing time between my cricket, my shoot, workout, feeding strays — it actually happens because I have love for all of the things.' He adds, 'Life is much more than just making money and building your career. That's why I still feed strays and play cricket — cricket was my first love. Managing time is a task for everyone, but finding balance is key. Anything in excess is never really good. 'If I earn money and fame but can't celebrate that with my family and loved ones, what's the point?'
