Hundreds of Microsoft 365 users have expressed frustration and confusion with unexplained issues with Outlook and Teams.
X has been flooded with posts from baffled users who are unable to use the popular programs.
'Well that's had a memory leak or something - got up to about 5Gb of RAM before I task-killed it,' one man wrote on Monday evening.
'Why is this happening, please, when I [use] my android Outlook?' another asked, sharing a video of a blank screen while she tried to use the email app.
