BREAKING NEWS Grim discovery after frantic search was launched for Brisbane couple who failed to board their flight home after holiday in Tasmania
Bodies believed to be those of a missing couple who disappeared while sightseeing in Tasmania have been found three days after a frantic search was launched. Leannedra Kang and her boyfriend Takahiro Toya, both 25, had been sightseeing in the St Helens and Scamander area on the northeast coast in a rental car. But they did not board their flight back to Brisbane on June 4. Toya and Kang were travelling in a white Toyota Corolla with the registration L67GW, with an image of the car released by Tasmania Police on Friday. Kang's sister, Alexandra, took to Facebook after discovering her phone's last known location was in Goshen, a remote area in northeast Tasmania. She said that location was 'out of the way for her itinerary'. 'Please let me know if anyone has been in contact with her or seen her,' she wrote. 'My family is beyond worried.' Police also shared a message with the missing couple. 'Leannedra and Takahiro if you see this, you're not in any trouble, please phone police or family to let them know you're ok,' it said.

Cops hunt on-the-run married couple, 36 and 37, who could be ‘moving between three areas'
COPS are urgently searching for a married couple who are on-the-run and could be "moving between three areas". Essex Police have urged members of the public to come forward with information as they continue their hunt for Lorraine and Sam Vickers, 36 and 37, who have failed to answer bail. They are believed to be in Hampshire, Surrey or the London area. Samuel, also known as Sam, is said to have short, brown hair with a beard. He is of a large build and measures roughly 5ft5. Lorraine has short blonde hair and is around 5ft3 inches tall. Cops have appealed to the public for any footage that might help them locate the couple. Anyone with information has been urged to submit a report on Essex Police's website or by using their Live Chat service.
