Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers hints at retirement: 'I'm pretty sure this is it'
Aaron Rodgers appears to be ready to hang it up after the 2025 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On Tuesday's episode of The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers was asked if this year would be his last — and this was his response:
'Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is it,' Rodgers said. 'That's why we just did a one-year deal. Steelers didn't need to put any extra years on that or anything. This was really about finishing with a lot of love and fun — and peace for the career that I've had. I mean, I played 20 freaking years. It's been a long run and I've enjoyed it. And what better place to finish than in one of the cornerstone franchises of the NFL with Mike Tomlin, and a great group of leadership, and great guys, and a city that expects you to win.'
Rodgers has two records to break this season before he rides off into the sunset — another bow on what has been a legendary, Hall of Fame-worthy run.
