Petroecuador's Esmeraldas refinery restarts operations after earthquake
QUITO, May 12 (Reuters) - Petroecuador's Esmeraldas refinery has progressively restarted operations, the state-run oil producer said on Monday, after it was damaged in an earthquake late last month.
The refinery is operating at 50% capacity, Petroecuador said in a statement, adding the rest of the refinery's units should restart toward the end of the month.
