Did Omega Just Confirm Aaron Taylor-Johnson As Next James Bond?
Last Updated: After Aaron Taylor-Johnson recently became the face of Omega, many believe it could be the clearest hint that he is the new James Bond. Aaron Taylor-Johnson's appointment as a brand ambassador for Omega has caught the attention of James Bond fans. The British actor, linked to play the next 007, visited watchmakers' headquarters in Biel, Switzerland. The trip made fans curious. Omega has a long history with the Bond films, with both Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig representing the brand in the franchise since 1995. With Taylor-Johnson becoming a face for them, many believe it to be the clearest hint that he is the new British spy. The timing of all this seems too perfect to be a coincidence. The Bullet Train star was first linked to the role back in 2022. At the time, it was mostly just talk and fan guesses. But in early 2023, Puck shared that he met with producer Barbara Broccoli to talk about playing Bond. Even then, no official announcement was made, and everything stayed quiet. Making the announcement on Instagram, Omega wrote, 'OMEGA welcomes Aaron Taylor-Johnson to our watchmaking home in Bienne. The actor and Golden Globe winner stepped into our watchmaking home for an exclusive tour, meeting the watchmakers behind our timepieces." View this post on Instagram A post shared by OMEGA (@omega) As soon as pictures of Aaron Taylor-Johnson visiting the Omega headquarters started circulating online, people started guessing about his future. Many rushed to the comment sections and wondered if this was a sign they were waiting for. Reacting to the collaboration, a user wrote, 'Hello Mr. Bond, we have been expecting you," another shared, 'Do I hear the 007 theme?" An individual asked, 'Is this a hint?" 'This has to be the new James Bond at this point," One more added. Since the new James Bond movie was officially announced after Daniel Craig's announcement, fans are eager to know who will play the famous spy next. Aaron Taylor-Johnson is seen as a strong choice by many, but he's not the only one in the race. Other actors include Theo James, Henry Cavill, James Norton, and Jack Lowden, among others. Hailey Bieber says she's 'gone through 15 jars' of this body lotion - so have I, and it's only £22
I love skincare. I find comfort in the ritual of double-cleansing my face before applying a niacinamide serum and barrier cream. The only part of my nighttime routine that I don't enjoy? Moisturising my body. At least that's how I felt about the process of lathering my limbs in lotion until I discovered the Naturium Bio Lipid Restoring Body Lotion. Since launching in the UK in 2022, Naturium has quickly become one of my favourite skincare brands. It's known for its high-performance formulas that combine the power of natural and naturally-derived ingredients with science-backed actives. The result is a line-up of potent products that are not only clinically effective, but relatively affordable too (we're talking £22 for a Vitamin C serum). But back to the Bio Lipid Restoring Body Lotion, which remains one of my favourite products of the brand. Packed with omega fatty acids, shea butter, B vitamins and humectants, it's one of those moisturisers that actually softens and nourishes the skin, is quick to absorb, and leaves no greasy residue. It's also fragrance free and comes in a large bottle with a handy pump that dispenses a generous amount of product per press, making it easier to use than those squeeze-tube body lotions, especially when you're moisturising your entire body. I couldn't tell you how many bottles I've gone through; however, I can tell you that I always have to buy a bottle for my mum whenever I go home. That said, we both agree this product has one major drawback: when there's around a third of the product left, the pump makes it difficult to access the remaining product. So, when Naturium announced the newest addition to their body lotion range, and I noticed it came in a tub rather than a bottle (hurrah), I knew it had the potential to become my favourite product of the brand so far – and it did. Formulated with linoleic-rich botanical oils, shea butter, glycerine and squalane, the Glow Getter Multi-Oil Body Butter is another bodycare hero that hydrates, softens and smoothes the skin, and absorbs quickly with no greasy residue. Contrary to the body lotion, the body butter has a subtle vanilla and coconut scent, which I don't mind as I usually apply it at night. (It's more effective to apply moisturiser before bed as the skin naturally repairs and regenerates itself while you sleep.) If my stamp of approval isn't enough to convince you to run to your nearest Space NK or Boots, know it's got Hailey Bieber's too. The model used it to prep her skin for the Met Gala on Monday night. 'I've been using this since I was pregnant, and I've probably gone through 15 jars of it at this point,' she revealed on Instagram Stories.
