Harrison County man charged in connection with online child sex abuse investigation
HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Kentucky State Police (KSP) announced on social media on Sunday that a man had been arrested on Thursday and accused of distributing online sex abuse material of a child.
State police posted on Facebook that Darrell Wayne Vastine II was arrested on May 28 as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation by the KSP Electronic Crime Branch.
The investigation began when Vastine was allegedly found to be sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

Vastine was arrested and reportedly lodged in the Harrison County Detention Center. He was charged with:
9 counts of the distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under age 12
Procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means
9 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance
