What to know about Bloomington's Super Bowl weekend enforcement campaign
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — The city of Bloomington's Police Department issued 58 citations as well as made 11 arrests during their Super Bowl Weekend enforcement campaign.
Of the 58 citations four were seatbelt violations, three were child restraint 18 were speeding, seven were distracted driving and 26 were under the 'other' category according to the department's Facebook page.

The post also said of the eight arrests, five were for DUIs, two drug arrests and an arrest for a sex offender in violation of their registration requirements.
The 'Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over' and the 'Click It or Ticket' campaigns started on Feb. 7 and ended on the morning of Feb. 10 and were funded by the Illinois Department of Transportation, the post said.
