M&S CEO total pay package rises 39% to $9.6 million in 2024/25
June 2 (Reuters) - British retailer Marks & Spencer's (MKS.L), opens new tab CEO Stuart Machin saw his total pay package rise by 39% to 7.1 million pounds ($9.6 million) for the year ended March 2025, a filing showed on Monday.
The increase in pay mainly stems from performance-linked awards, which increased 74% to 4.6 million pounds.
For salaries effective July 2025, the company's remuneration committee has awarded an increase of 2% to Machin and his new salary will be 865,694 pounds, according to the annual report.
