Man with history of indecent exposure arrested again for exposing himself at local grocery store
Riverdale police arrested a man they say exposed his private parts in public at a local grocery store. Witnesses described the suspect as intentionally exposing himself in the presence of shoppers and conducting a lewd act with his male genitalia. Upon arrival, an RPD sergeant spotted the suspect attempting to flee the scene on foot. After a brief chase, the suspect was safely taken into custody without further incident. The individual, identified as Ulysees Seabrook, was found to have active warrants for violation of probation stemming from previous offenses. Further investigation revealed that Seabrook has a documented history of prior arrests for indecent exposure. Seabrook has been charged with public indecency, obstruction of law enforcement, and violation of probation. The Source Information came from a news release by the Riverdale Police Department.

Man charged with exposing himself in Clayton County grocery store
Police arrested a man on Saturday morning after they say he exposed himself inside a grocery store. Riverdale officers chased Ulysees Seabrook after they say he purposely exposed himself around shoppers and performed 'a lewd act.' Investigators say this isn't the first time Seabrook has been accused of indecent exposure. They say he has been arrested for similar incidents several times. He was booked into the Clayton County Jail and charged with public indecency, obstruction of law enforcement and probation violation for other unrelated warrants he already had. Colchester man charged with public indecency
COLCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A Colchester man was charged on Thursday for alleged public indecency, state police said. Alan Sims, 66, was allegedly seen at the Colchester Dog Park watching pornography and pleasuring himself in the open around 1:30 p.m. Man charged with public indecency at Meriden train station A landscaping crew observed Sims and notified police, but he left before police arrived. A witness provided his license plate information and police arrested him. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency. Guelph man, who was reportedly seen naked in public, has been arrested
A 50-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after Guelph Police said he was spotted naked multiple times in the city. At least six people reported seeing the man in public spaces between May 4 and May 13. In some instances, children were in the area. Police said they confronted the man about his behaviour after the third incident, but he did it again a few days later. On Wednesday, officers arrested the man. The Guelph man was charged with six counts of mischief and interfering with the lawful enjoyment of property, as well as breaching probation.
