While the Tesla Cybertruck is controversial, a build that's turned one into a dually pickup is really getting people going. Some find the custom EV cool-looking and unique, but others think it looks even worse. We have a funny feeling the owner did it to stand out as many Cybertrucks are getting crazy wraps and other cosmetic really no practical reason to convert a Cybertruck into a dually. With heavy-duty pickups, the extra set of rear wheels helps with towing and hauling big loads, adding stability and capability to a truck.
But most people don't need that kind of functionality, which is why dually trucks aren't as popular. They're also limited to just heavy-duty versions of consumer pickups.

Despite some trying to make ignorant claims, the Cybertruck isn't a heavy-model model. It's more on par with a Ford F-150 or Ram 1500. That fact combined with the amazing range degradation when towing significant loads wipes away any practical reason to convert the EV into a dually rear.
That's the whole point of this build: it isn't meant to be practical. It's actually meant to be far from usefulness, instead venturing well into the ridiculous. After all, the all-electric truck is rolling around on 24-inch wheels and thin little tires. One might call it conspicuous consumption.
Built by Reds Miami, a shop in Miami (of course) the specializes in trucks, this is a one-of-a-kind machine, for now. Reds has a reputation for doing wild things with pickups, Jeep Wranglers, and the like, going where others don't dare.
Because Reds Miami builds high-end trucks for celebrities and business moguls, don't expect to see their handiwork rolling all over your area. However, people who own Cybertrucks undoubtedly will see this one and start trying to figure out how to copy it. Sooner or later, we think dually Cybertrucks will become more of a thing.
