Why Nantucket locals are hypocrites for shunning Jordon Hudson over Bill Belichick relationship

The residents of Nantucket who have snubbed Jordon Hudson are hypocrites, one of their own has claimed. It emerged earlier this week that Bill Belichick 's 24-year-old girlfriend has been 'iced out' by the socialites of the wealthy island, who are staying loyal to the former NFL coach's ex Linda Holliday. But one local resident has told People that those shunning Hudson have no right to do so and are 'talking s***' about her. They said: 'They pretend they know nothing about Bill and Jordon yet talk s*** behind Jordon's back. 'Many of these people have been through the same thing as Linda has or done what Jordon did. They are no better. They just act like it.' Another even claimed that they could envisage a time when Hudson is welcomed by locals, adding: 'Depending on how much influence Bill has on the island - and he has had a lot - they could be supportive at some point.' The socialites of Nantucket are staying loyal to Bill Belichick's former girlfriend, Linda Holliday But not everybody seems to share that opinion, with a third saying: 'Social and charitable residents of Nantucket live there for a reason. They want to be around people like them, and they like to be secluded in that beautiful place. 'They are not interested in socializing with Jordon Hudson, especially those who are friends with Linda Holliday. That is for sure.' According to Page Six earlier this week, Hudson has supposedly been trying to work her way into the social and charity scenes on the exclusive spot that sits just off the coast in Massachusetts. But Holliday is a major player in those circles and, as a result, locals are shunning Hudson's attempts to muscle in. 'She's trying to claim her stake in the social circle. That is Linda's thing,' a source said. Another commented: 'People on Nantucket are pretty sophisticated. You could be sitting at Galley Beach restaurant and if [Hudson] walked in, 90 per cent of the place would roll their eyes. No one is going to be welcoming her with open arms. 'It's cliquey here. Very cliquey. You have the group that picks two or three charities, they're really into that and focused. 'They're not inviting people they don't think are going to be a good fit for them,' they continued. 'People are turned off by her. She's kind of young - who knows what happened when Linda was still [dating Belichick]. Did Jordan come into the picture?' Belichick and Holliday, 61, broke up in September 2023 after 16 years together. He met Hudson on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021. It seems Holliday is far from happy with their relationship, either. Reports on Tuesday night claimed she angrily confronted Hudson and threatened her friend while they were at a Christmas party in Nantucket. TMZ published an an incident report filed by an employee at the party's venue, Dreamland. It claimed Holliday was enraged by Hudson's presence at the December 6 event where Holliday's twin daughters - Ashley and Kat Hess - were DJing. The incident report says Holliday thought Hudson being there was 'inappropriate, since the event was widely advertised as a party headlined by her daughters.' The report claims that at 9:30pm, Holliday approached the member of staff and asked her to remove Hudson, 24, from the party. While on the phone with the venue's executive director to discuss removing Hudson, staff spotted Holliday and friend Elin Hilderbrand - believed to be the New York Times bestselling author - approach Hudson on the dance floor with 'threatening body language and escalating aggression'. But as the employee approached the dance floor, Holliday and her friends - which also included Heather Thorpe - decided to back away. Holliday angrily confronted Hudson at a party in Nantucket back in December, it's claimed 'I asked Ms. Hudson if she thought it was a good idea to be there considering the clear animosity the above individuals felt towards her,' the employee wrote in the report. 'She defended herself by saying she'd done nothing wrong, and it was her first time attending Christmas Stroll and wanted to attend the "big party" going on that night, which happened to be the one featuring the Hess Twins.' 'She said she was not looking to cause any problems, but just wanted to go out and have fun with her friend.' Hudson was attending the event with Melissa Sapini, last year's winner of the Miss Massachusetts beauty pageant. When realizing there were only a few minutes left of the party, Hudson is said to have agreed to leave if the employee accompanied them to the exit. As they waited by the exit, Hudson supposedly then told the employee that Holliday threatened Sapini during the clash on the dance floor. It was claimed Holliday told Hudson's friend that if she 'valued her current title, she should think twice about who her friends are' and that she 'had many powerful friends in the pageant organization.' The report says Sapini didn't speak but broke down in tears in the room and was 'wiping her eyes frequently'. After leaving Hudson and Sapini by the exit, the employee returned to find Holliday who said: 'If this didn't involve my girls, I don't think this would have bothered me as much, but because it did the "momma bear" in me came out.' Dreamland told TMZ that, despite the tense altercation, police and security were never involved. Hudson has come under fire in recent weeks over her relationship with the legendary NFL coach, 73, who recently took over the UNC Tar Heels. There have been a string of damaging reports about her influence over Belichick, while a number of big names have lined up to slam the couple. The criticism has snowballed ever since Belichick's infamous interview with CBS, when Hudson - sitting off-camera - interrupted to shut down questions about how they met. She poked fun at their 49-year age gap in her latest Instagram post, which was from a romantic dinner on the water, just as the sun set. In the image, the pair can be seen eating chicken wings, complete with 'Old Bay Seasoning' on the table in front of them. Alongside the snap, Hudson - who has just turned 24 - made a subtle comment about their age gap, writing: 'Old Bay with my old bae'. Hudson poked fun at her age-gap relationship with Belichick on Instagram while on a date NFL insider Colin Cowherd suggested this week there is one very specific reason why Belichick's family would be uneasy about the relationship: money. 'Look, I don't buy into this whole idea that Bill is some old, feeble man who doesn't know what he's doing, OK?,' he said on his eponymous podcast. 'We've literally got Ring video proving Bill knows exactly what he's doing. Put your shirt on, Bill. And let's be honest, families aren't worried about Bill. They're worried about the will. When dad's worth over $100 million, suddenly everybody's got questions like, "Who's getting cut out?" Belichick's net worth is estimated to be at $70million after he spent 24 seasons with the Patriots, leading the franchise to six Super Bowls. And Daily Mail exclusively reported last month that Hudson had quietly amassed a $9million real estate portfolio.

Jordon Hudson 'is being shunned by Nantucket socialites' who are staying loyal to Bill Belichick's ex-girlfriend

Jordon Hudson has reportedly been 'iced out' by the socialites of wealthy Nantucket, who are staying fiercely loyal to Bill Belichick 's former girlfriend. The 24-year-old Hudson has supposedly been trying to work her way into the social and charity scenes on the exclusive island that sits just off the coast in Massachusetts. According to Page Six, Belichick's ex Linda Holliday is a major player in those circles and, as a result, locals are shunning Hudson's attempts to muscle in. Belichick and Holliday, 61, broke up in September 2023 after 16 years together. He met Hudson on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021. The 24-year-old has largely remained silent despite all the negative publicity. But last week she posted an incendiary one-word comment in response to a story that Belichick's family are 'deeply worried'. '#scapeGOAT,' Hudson wrote on X after a social media user took issue with the reporting about the 24-year-old. 'GOAT' is an acronym for 'Greatest Of All Time' and her comment came in relation to an article entitled 'Jordon Hudson banned from UNC practices with Bill Belichick's family deeply worried.' It was recently claimed that the coach's loved ones are 'digging into' his girlfriend amid fears she could tear down 'everything he's built'. Ex-ESPN reporter Pablo Torre claimed - via a source - that there is 'deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill's legacy, reputation - everything he has built and worked for over decades.' In response, Hudson also used social media to take aim at Torre over his prolific reporting on her relationship. Torre has been at the forefront of the furor, releasing a number of incendiary reports about Hudson - including that she had been banned from UNC's football facilities. On Friday, she stayed away from Times Square as Belichick took a PR guru with him to his live Good Morning America interview in New York. Belichick was pictured by leaving the GMA studios flanked by Brandon Faber, who North Carolina have hired to try and calm the scrutiny over their coach and his young girlfriend. Faber was previously based in Chicago, working for the city's three sports teams in the Bulls, Blackhawks and Bears.
