Prue Leith: the nine people I miss every day
Celebration Day is when we should celebrate people no longer with us, those who we loved or admired, or who helped, encouraged or inspired us. I have nine people on my list and I think about them a lot. Most are family because I grew up in a stable, happy family, with my parents and two brothers. I'm now the sole survivor, but they are still, oddly, somehow with me.
