Miami Beach man coerces 15-year-old neighbor with drugs and money for sex: cops
A 29-year-old Miami Beach man used drugs and money to attract a 15-year-old neighbor and coerce her into sex multiple times, cops say. He was cuffed on Saturday. On May 17, the 15-year-old's parents called Miami Beach police, reporting their daughter had been sexually abused by Christian Gonzalez Lopez, a neighbor, an arrest report read. An interview with the young teen revealed that a few months ago, Gonzalez Lopez approached her while she was walking in the neighborhood and asked for her Instagram, which she gave, the report read. That same day, he sent her pictures of lingerie and asked if she'd take pictures in them for money — she ignored him. Sometime later, she messaged him asking for the drug Tusi, a type of cocaine, the report read. Gonzalez Lopez said he agreed to provide it, but not only for money — sex, too. This exchange happened several times. Police noted the teen had a 'drug dependency' and on some other occasions, he would give her $100 to have sex. In one instance, she told detectives she thought he would record her during the sexual abuse. On Saturday, the teen confirmed Gonzalez Lopez was the man who was giving her money for sex over several months, the report read. He was promptly arrested on an unrelated disturbance call that day. He was charged with human trafficking, seduce a child to commit any illegal act, lewd and lascivious battery on a child, induce a child to perform an act that causes a child to become dependent and illegal delivery of controlled substances to minors. Gonzalez Lopez was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he remained as of Wednesday night.

Arkansas teacher says she performed sex act on boy so he could 'stay pure'
An Arkansas teacher who abused a teen she met while volunteering at a church with the student ministry was sentenced to six years' probation. Reagan Gray was 23 and the boy was 15 when the 2020 assaults began at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock. Gray told investigators that she performed oral sex on the boy, but denied they had intercourse so he could 'stay pure,' court documents stated, according to KARK. The victim's parents discovered a trove of racy text messages, including nude photos, between their son and Gray in 2020. They reported the messages to the church's then-head pastor, Steven Smith, who confronted Gray about the texts, which she denied, claiming their relationship was 'not physical.' Gray, who worked as a teacher at Little Rock Christian Academy at the time, was yanked from the student ministry but was reinstated after attending church-ordered counselling services, the outlet reported. Federal authorities launched an investigation in February 2024 when they learned that Gray had continued to exchange messages with the teen via Snapchat, according to the court docs. The abuse took place in Gray's car or apartment, the victim told police. Smith resigned from his position last year over the scandal. After her arrest last year, Gray was initially charged with sexual assault in the first and fourth degree, but pleaded guilty to sexual assault in the second degree. She was sentenced Monday to six years' probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. Gray, who has since been fired from her job at Sylvan Hills Middle School, was barred from having any contact with the victim and ordered to submit a DNA sample and be placed on the sex offender registry.

Disturbing new update emerges after 'horny' nurse, 34, was 'caught raping 15-year-old stepson'
The underage stepson of a Florida nurse who was allegedly raped by her is to be deposed and questioned about the sick assault, according to court documents. Alexis Von Yates, 34, was arrested last summer and charged with sexual battery of the unknown teen, who was three years under the Florida age of consent. New court documents filed last month in the case indicate that the youngster will be deposed on June 20 over a Zoom call and questioned about the alleged incident. The boy will be asked questions by attorneys and an official court reporter or an officer of the law. It says: 'The deposition is being taken for the purpose of discovery, for use at trial, or both of the foregoing, or for such other purposes as are permitted under the applicable and governing rules.' In an arrest warrant that outlines the assault in extremely graphic detail, the boy told investigators how Von Yates had begun raping him and that they'd heard the garage door open. But the boy says they did not stop, with Frank Von Yates, the boy's father, then walking in and shouting 'What the f**k' is going on?' at the sight of his wife raping his son, it's claimed. He is then said to have begun throwing objects, before branding Von Yates a 'c***' and a 'child predator.' The boy - who told police he was a virgin when Von Yates attacked him - also claimed she'd made a sordid joke about him watching 'step-mom pornos' the week before the attack. He says he suffered extreme emotional distress as a result of the alleged rape, spends most of his days sleeping, has lost his appetite and feels 'extremely f***** up.' The boy says he has since struggled with substance abuse. Other remarks about her sexual appetite included her saying to him after a gym session 'I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy'. The teenager also alleged that Von Yates made sexual references with a can of whipped cream, putting it on her tongue and sticking it out at him. He said that he had likened it to scenes in pornographic films he had viewed before. She also asked as: 'Oh you like that?', as she did so. The child had been in Florida on vacation to visit his father over the summer at the time of the incident. Prior to them having sex, he said they had spent time vaping cannabis oil and playing video games before watching a movie together. Von Yates is alleged to have started telling the teenager about 'how horny' she was after not having sex for two weeks because she had been on her period. The teen recalled Von Yates wearing white shorts with cupcakes on them and a pink bra at the time. He described in detail how he started kissing her neck, with Yates allegedly saying: 'I wish you were 18, because you're not old enough.' Yates is said to have kicked off her underwear before engaging in oral sex and intercourse without the use of a condom. The affidavit says that Yates would occasionally say 'oh f***' and 'this is so bad' during it. The teenager said when questioned by his father after the assault he refused to tell him what had happened, with Von Yates telling her husband she had asked him to stop. The boy says he told his dad that wasn't true and feared he was going to get beaten by his father with a belt, before his dad decided not to. Von Yates is also said to have told the boys father that she had sex with him because he looked like his dad when he was younger, the boy claimed. She is also said to have claimed that her victim's penis looked like a more youthful version of her husband's. The boy was then taken to his grandparents' house, with his father allegedly telling him on the way that he had 'ruined his life'. According to the teen his father had made a stop on the way for a six-pack of beer and was drink driving. Once at his grandparents home, he said he was discouraged by his grandfather from calling his biological mother to tell her what had happened. The following day the teen called Yates who then told him that he wished his father hadn't caught them, the affidavit adds. In October of last year, the affidavit says that his father eventually put an anonymous tip in about the incident. An unknown person named 'Kaylee' in the documents reached out to the teen, saying his father was willing to protect him 'if he testify'. The teenager was informed that his father didn't want to live with his step-mother any longer. She was arrested in November on a charge of sexual battery of a minor, according to Ocala News. According to the arrest report, several of the relatives of the teenager had attempted to discourage him from disclosing to police what had happened. In court last December Von Yates pleaded not guilty, the outlet reported that her trial has been delayed. Most recently her medical license was suspended, a ruling handed down this week said: 'Nurses are placed in a position of trust; therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character. 'Ms. Yates' decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to allow a child to engage her in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgment and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.'
