New Five Below opens at La Cueva Town Center in Albuquerque
Jun. 1—Fun festivities were in full swing at Five Below's newest storefront in Albuquerque last week.
The retailer, based in Pennsylvania with more than 1,800 stores in 44 states, sells trendy products, primarily marketed toward preteens and teens, for between $1-5. It celebrated the grand opening of its new store at La Cueva Town Center on Friday and Saturday.
There are seven stores across New Mexico, with three in Albuquerque, including the new storefront, according to the Five Below website.
The opening is a part of the brand's nationwide expansion, a company spokesperson said. That includes the opening of approximately 150 new stores between July 2024 and June 2025, according to a March report from the chain.
Five Below at 8102 Wyoming NE in La Cueva Town Center is open at 10 a.m. every day, closing at 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 p.m. on Sunday.
