Severe thunderstorms are moving into the region this evening. A brief tornado is possible, and winds gusts may be up to 100 km/h.
Environment Canada warns driving conditions may be difficult, utility outages are possible and there may be significant damage to trees, property and buildings. With the heavy winds, it's recommended to secure loose objects.
