‘You have some figure', cry fans as Ireland AM star Muireann O'Connell reveals how her style awards dress was created
IRELAND AM host Muireann O'Connell has given fans an exclusive look inside her award show look. The 41-year-old had all eyes on her as she rocked the figure hugging gown on the red carpet . The Taking to Advertisement READ MORE IN MUIREANN The popular presenter explained: "Eamon measured me, sent me a sketch and we did a few consultations, then the lovely Andrea, who is an amazing seamstress, made the dress in like three days. "Eamon knew what he wanted it to be, boobs and legs and it was a fascinating process and I would love to do it again." Muireann then added a series of videos from her time getting ready in the Intercontinental Hotel before the event. The star had a crowd of hair stylists and make-up artists helping her get ready carpet ready. Advertisement MOST READ IN THE IRISH SUN Once Muireann made the finishing touches to her look, she stood in front of the camera and lifted up her skirt to show off her spanks. She humorously danced around in the spanks and said: "Yes, I am wearing massive spanks because the dress was tight, as you can tell." The back had a deep v design and a fitted silhouette which showed off Muireann's incredible figure perfectly. Advertisement The breakfast show presenter then penned in her caption: "Hello loves! Thank you so, so much for voting for me in @ Style Awards! "I can't believe it… nor can all the actual stylish people that were there. THANK YOU all so much for taking time out of your day to do that voting. It is so beyond lovely of you!" Fans and friends all flocked to the comment section to swoon over the fantastic red-carpet look. Roseanna Ruane wrote: "Adored this, you have some figure. Huge congrats lady." Mum-to-be Doireann Garrihy skipping Style Awards for comfort
Doireann Garrihy, who last year picked up her first Style Award gong, will be skipping out on tonight's bash opting instead for a cosy night at home. Instead of dancing the night away with the celebrity set at the swanky Intercontinental Hotel in Dubin 4, expectant mum Doireann will be having a 'chill' night in at her Castleknock home. 2FM presenter Doireann announced in April that she was expecting her first child with husband Mark Meighan, and the excited couple are understood to be set to welcome their firstborn in late autumn. Taking to Instagram stories ahead of tonight's VIP Style Awards, Doireann sent her sartorial friends and nominees her best wishes ahead of the glitzy celeb-stacked bash.
