Hajj 2025: Saudi ministry announces fine for visit visa holders

The Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia has announced fines of up to SR20,000 for visit visa holders who enter or remain in Makkah and the holy sites from Dhu Al-Qi'dah 1 to Dhu Al-Hijjah 14.
