A MINCHINHAMPTON based golfer's performance has earned him a career-high world ranking.
Jack Cope finished tied second in the Clutch Pro Tour Tier 1 event held at Clandon Regis, and his performance has secured him third place in the Order of Merit.
His result has now boosted his world ranking to 949th, the highest position he has held.
In just three months, since the beginning of the 2025 season, Cope has moved up 615 places in the rankings.
His performance throughout the competition was consistent and impressive.

"My game's been trending in the right direction, and I'm really pleased to see the work paying off.
"I'm focused on building momentum and putting myself in contention week after week.
"I've set some goals for this year and good to tick off a few, but I'm determined not to stop here and will keep pushing on to achieve everything I set out to do this year."
As the 2025 season progresses, Cope's focus remains on earning invitations to the Hotel Planner Tour (Challenge Tour) and preparing for the DP World Tour School later this year.
