Mike Vrabel reacts slyly to viral Stefon Diggs yacht party video, mystery substance
Where in the world is Stefon Diggs? And what exactly was going on in a recent viral video that he appeared in?
Those are the questions the New England Patriots faced as they took the field for voluntary OTAs Wednesday at Gillette Stadium. It's a storyline that was sparked by a viral video that popped up recently of him partying on a yacht in Miami over the weekend?

The video appears to show Diggs flirting with multiple bikini-clad women, telling them to call him 'Daddy.' He is also seen handling an unknown substance that has drawn question marks.
So, how does Mike Vrabel feel about it?
'It's something that we're aware of and obviously we want to make great decisions on and off the field,' Vrabel said to open his talk with reporters Wednesday.
'We're hoping that with our time here on the field today, and that when we don't have a script, and we're on the call-out periods that we're making great decisions,' Vrabel added. 'So the message will be the same for all our players that we're trying to make great decisions. Any conversations that I've had with Stefon will remain between him and I in the club.'

So, had Vrabel talked to Diggs since the video emerged?
'I talk to our players every single day, the ones that are here, and the ones that aren't,' Vrabel said.
Diggs' behavior on the boat is notable for a few reasons. First, Diggs has been romantically linked to rapper Cardi B, who was also spotted on the yacht party.
With that settled, the topic quickly switched to whether Diggs would practice at Wednesday's session.
Vrabel supplied a sly response: 'Not if he's not here.'
OK, that triggered a follow-up question: Is he here?
'You guys will find out in a minute,' Vrabel said.
So where does that leave things? Vrabel navigated the situation with enough coach speak to address the topic without actually answering any questions. For now, it sounds like the Patriots are moving on and keeping discussions about the video internal.

As for Diggs' presence, Vrabel did note that the workouts are voluntary.
'We're going to coach the guys that show up at (8 a.m.) and the ones that say, 'Hey, I got a situation, we'll be here at 8:05,' we'll coach those as well,' Vrabel said. 'This is a voluntary part of our offseason program and every player that's not here – which there are many – have been in communication with me in their position coaches.'
