Video: Massive explosion in Iranian port - Jordan News
At least 195 people were injured on Saturday following a massive explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in the city of Bandar Abbas, southern Iran, according to local media reports. اضافة اعلان The Iranian Customs Administration suggested that the explosion occurred in a warehouse storing hazardous goods and chemicals at the port. Iranian state television confirmed that the blast originated from a container, although the contents remain unknown. It clarified that the explosion did not stem from an ammonia tank. Footage circulating on social media captured the moment of the huge explosion, which created a massive fireball over the port. The blast shattered windows of buildings located several kilometers away from the port. The Director General of Crisis Management in Hormozgan Province, where Bandar Abbas is located, said the cause of the incident remains under investigation. Shahid Rajaee Port is one of Iran's most vital maritime hubs, handling container traffic and hosting oil storage facilities and petrochemical plants. It is worth noting that Bandar Abbas has previously experienced similar incidents, including refinery explosions and gas leaks.

Saudi Defense Minister meets Khamenei in Tehran
