البيان الخاطئ في الاعلان السابق خطأ في فقرة المعلومات الاضافية في الاعلان باللغة الانجليزية حيث ورد التالي:
'The company acquired an investment in an associate, the Saudi Medical Systems Company, in 2022, which is accounted for using the equity method. Growth Avenue Investment Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharah Human Resources Company) holds 40% ownership in this associate and as of September 30, 2024, the investment balance of this associate recorded in the Balance Sheet of condensed consolidated statement amounted to SAR 418.7 million. Also the company has recorded their share of financial results in the Saudi Medical Systems Company for the first six months ending June 30, 2024 with an amount of SAR 26.76 million based on the interim financial statements received from the Saudi Medical Systems Company for that period. However, the company did not record any financial results for the Saudi Medical Systems Company for the second half of the last year ending 31 December 2024 and for the first quarter of the year 2025, due to the inability to obtain the Interim financial statement for those periods'.

The company has recorded their share of financial results in the Saudi Medical Systems Company, which Growth Avenue Investment Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharah Human Resources Company) holds 40% ownership, for the first six months ending June 30, 2024 with an amount of SAR 21.7 million including amortization of intangible assets for the full year 2024 based on the interim financial statements received from the Saudi Medical Systems Company for that period. However, the company did not record any financial results for the Saudi Medical Systems Company for the second half of the last year ending 31 December 2024 and for the first quarter of the year 2025, due to the inability to obtain the Interim financial statement for those periods.'
