Lovato, 32, and Lutes, 34, got married in a romantic wedding on Sunday, May 25, as first reported by Vogue. An exclusive source reveals to PEOPLE that the nuptials took place at Bellosguardo Foundation (Clark Estate) in Santa Barbara, California. The lavish villa's name is Italian for "beautiful lookout" because the property is situated atop a high bluff with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Barbara coastline, making for a scenic ceremony.
'The wedding setting was pure magic — an oceanfront estate with sweeping views of the coastline," the source tells PEOPLE.
"Demi looked stunning," the source continues. "Mostly smiling, though there were a few emotional moments that clearly moved her.'

Lovato walked down the aisle wearing a custom "pearl white" Vivienne Westwood gown "made with heavy silk satin fabric and featuring a corset bodice," according to Vogue. The dress was perfected over five fittings, and paired with a "single-tier, custom-length cathedral-style veil made from ivory tulle."
'When I was thinking about [what dress style I wanted] I often found myself coming back to Vivienne's designs — specifically how the silhouettes really compliment the curves in your body, and her use of corsets,' Lovato told the outlet, later adding, "I love everything about the dress."
For the reception, the Disney Channel alum changed into another Vivienne Westwood look — an ivory silk satin column dress with broken pearls cascading from a draped corset top.
'There was so much attention to detail on the reception dress beading,' Lovato told Vogue. 'The pearl detail and draping is such a special element, and each strand was draped and attached by hand, one by one. It's a one-of-a-kind piece that makes me feel so special.'
A second source tells PEOPLE that Paris Hilton was a guest at the nuptials and did an impromptu deejay set during the reception. At the end of the night, the newlyweds left surrounded by sparklers in a vintage car.
'It was an incredible night and everything they've been looking forward to,' adds the second source.
Lovato and Lutes met in the studio in January 2022, while working together on the "Cool for the Summer" singer's eighth studio album Holy Fvck. Seven months later in August 2022, the pair went public with their romance, with a different source telling PEOPLE at the time, "It's a really happy and healthy relationship. He's a super great guy."
