Sacred Heart school wins Changemaker Award
Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School, Kottakkal, has won the Changemaker Award instituted by Dubai-based Cyber Square and H.K. Trends. The school secured the award largely for its long-term vision, effective use of technology, and social responsibility.
Programmes the school implemented in Information Technology (IT), science and social issues were also considered for the award.
School Principal Sr. Ancilla George and Sacred Heart Santhom Province's education counsellor Sr. Seena Anto received the award from Hussam Al Hamadi, Vice Chair of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), UAE section, at a function held at Dubai University, Dubai, on Thursday (May 15).
