G-DRAGON Promises to ‘Give My All' On Stage as K-Pop Star Announces Phase 3 Tour Dates
G-DRAGON is excited to see his fans face to face as he hits the road for his latest run of shows. In a quote shared exclusively with Billboard Monday (June 16), the K-pop star said that his newly announced Phase 3 trek is 'about connecting with all of you through music.' The musician's remarks come on the same day he announced four new shows, starting with an Aug. 22 performance at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The kickoff performance will be followed by concerts at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena on Aug. 31 and at Los Angeles' Arena on Sept. 5. G-DRAGON will also play one show in Europe on this next chapter of touring, stopping by the Paris La Défense Arena in France on Sept. 20. The announcement comes amid the artist's Phase 1 tour, which kicked off in Tokyo in May. He still has performances slated for Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia throughout the month of July. G-DRAGON dropped his first proper studio album, Übermensch, in February. The eight-track project featured collaborations with TAEYANG and DAESUNG, as well as Anderson .Paak. 'Übermensch means 'Beyond-Man,' representing an individual who transcends themselves,' G-DRAGON said of the project in a statement at the time of its release. 'This album embodies the idea of presenting a stronger and more resilient version of oneself to the public. I hope this strength resonates with my fans through my music.' G-DRAGON Announces North American And European Dates of World Tour
G-DRAGON ⓒ GALAXY CORPORATION Global music superstar G-DRAGON is bringing his ÜBERMENSCH experience to North America and Europe! Fresh off his headliner performance at 88rising's Head in the Clouds Festival, G-DRAGON has unveiled the North American and European leg of his World Tour. With Galaxy Corporation as global promoters and Infinite Prospects Entertainment doing local promotion, the Korean cultural trailblazer is bringing his visionary concert experience to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and Paris. The show has been praised for G-DRAGON's blend of music, fashion, digital innovation, and storytelling in his performances. With the latest tour announcement, there may be several changes to the setlist. According to the press release, following the tour's theme of self-discovery and self-coming, fans can 'expect never-before-heard music, custom stage visuals, and exclusive merchandise.' His latest studio album, ÜBERMENSCH, has been praised by critics and fans, proving his status as the 'King of K-pop.' The album debuted at No. 1 across South Korea, Japan, and China, making him the first K-pop male artist in 2025 to exceed 200 million digital points on South Korea's Circle Chart. The album debuted at No. 3 on the iTunes U.S. Top Albums Chart upon its release. It's not surprising, as the artist has been dominating the domestic and international stage since his debut with the legendary group BIGBANG in 2006. Since then, his solo career has taken off with chart-topping singles, EPs, and albums. He's collaborated with the biggest names in music, including Missy Elliott, Diplo, Skrillex, and Anderson. His influence extends beyond music into high fashion, visual arts, and philanthropy, solidifying his position as one of Asia's most influential artists. The world tour kicked off on March 29 in Seoul, and made stops in Tokyo, Bulacan, Osaka, and Macau. The tour will be heading next to Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, before heading stateside on August 22. It has been eight years since he last toured the U.S. for the Act III: M.O.T.T.E World Tour. His recent 88rising's Head in the Clouds Festival performance had over 36,000 attendees.
