50 Cent Jokes About Diddy's Tootsie Roll-Sized Penis Mentioned In New Rape Lawsuit, Social Media Agrees It's TMI

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty Diddy's sextrafficking trial is in full swing with witnesses and alleged victims taking the standing and revealing some pretty damning details. But still, more people are coming forward and now a new lawsuit has been filed, where a woman accuses him of raping her in his New York City apartment in 2001. The suit, obtained by TMZ , states that the woman met him in May and hung out with him at least three other times without incident at his studio, restaurants, and nightclubs. But things took a turn in July when they headed back to his apartment after a night of clubbing. Doe claims he took her to his bedroom, locked the door, and pushed her onto the bed while grabbing her throat. 'I'm going to suck the life out of you,' he reportedly told her. In the lawsuit she remembers feeling 'relieved' that the assault wouldn't hurt much, because when he dropped his pants his penis 'appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll,' later referring to it as a 'an itty-bitty Diddy.' Still, s he said she yelled and pleaded with him to stop, but he proceeded to force himself on her. After the terrifying encounter, she and her friend were driven home by her staff. Doe says Diddy called her several times afterwards, even inviting her to his white party, but she refused and says she's had to undergo psychotherapy after suffering from Diddy's 'physical abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, injury, and psychological damage.' The accusations Diddy is facing are extremely serious, but one person who continues to make light of the mogul's downfall is long-term rival 50 Cent. The fellow New York rapper, posted a screenshot of the Tootsie Roll section of the lawsuit to his Instagram, along with a caption that read, 'Toosie Roll, Toosie Roll, to the left to the left to the right to the right to the front to the front to the back to the back now slide. LOL THAT's WHY HE IN THE CORNER Masterbating!' Since the legal proceedings began, 50 Cent has turned the Diddy hate up a notch. He jokes about the freakoffs where Diddy made Cassie get inside an inflatable pool filled with baby oil and even posts an AI image of himself as all of the jurors. AM Best Affirms Credit Ratings of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of 'a-' (Excellent) of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia (TMI) (Indonesia). The outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) is stable. The ratings reflect TMI's balance sheet strength, which AM Best assesses as strong, as well as its strong operating performance, limited business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management. In addition, the ratings factor in rating enhancement from Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., which is the main insurance operating entity of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (TMH). TMI's risk-adjusted capitalisation, as measured by Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR), was at the strongest level at year-end 2024, and is expected to remain at this level over the medium term. The company's capital adequacy is sensitive to its exposure to domestic (re)insurance counterparties of lower credit quality. Risk-adjusted capitalisation was impacted negatively in 2023 due to large reinsurance claims, but showed a recovery in 2024 supported by a timely reinsurance claims settlement. Notwithstanding the recent volatility in capital adequacy, the company has demonstrated a track record of strong internal capital generation, with average annual shareholders' equity growth of 9.4% over the past five years (2020-2024). In addition, TMI has a conservative investment portfolio composed of mainly government bonds, cash and deposits. AM Best assesses TMI's operating performance as strong, evidenced by a five-year average combined ratio of 84% and return-on-equity ratio of 18% (2020-2024). The company's underwriting performance remained robust in 2024 with a combined ratio of 82%, supported by favourable loss experience on its marine cargo, motor and fire class of business. In addition, TMI's investment returns from interest income is also a stable contributor to overall earnings. AM Best assesses TMI's business profile as limited. TMI is a small-sized, non-life insurer in Indonesia, with a domestic market share of 2%, as measured by 2024 gross premium written. AM Best views the company's portfolio to be diversified moderately by line of business with key lines including fire, marine and motor insurance, although with a geographic concentration in Indonesia. TMI benefits from preferential access to Japanese interest abroad (JIA) related risks in Indonesia given its affiliation and common branding with TMH. The company also has shown significant growth in non-JIA-related risks over time, particularly for marine cargo. Ratings are communicated to rated entities prior to publication. Unless stated otherwise, the ratings were not amended subsequent to that communication. This press release relates to Credit Ratings that have been published on AM Best's website. For all rating information relating to the release and pertinent disclosures, including details of the office responsible for issuing each of the individual ratings referenced in this release, please see AM Best's Recent Rating Activity web page. Newark Airport Faces Another Disturbing Issue on May 11

Newark Airport reportedly experienced another outage Sunday, resulting in a temporary ground stop at the facility. Newark has been besieged with problems over the last few weeks, including multiple air traffic control equipment outages and widespread delays and cancellations of flights. On Sunday, the facility's third reported outage in the last 14 days resulted in the Federal Aviation Administration implementing a ground stop lasting approximately 45 minutes, according to CNN's Pete Muntean. A ground stop, according to the National Business Aviation Association, is "a traffic management initiative (TMI) requiring aircraft that meet specific criteria to remain on the ground at their origination airport." Today's ground stop halted any planes bound for Newark from taking off, but did not affect those already in the air. This morning's outage is the second in the last three days. At around 3:55 a.m. ET Friday, the Philadelphia facility responsible for sorting out traffic for Newark Airport, reported a loss of radar for approximately 90 seconds. Back on April 28, the same building lost contact with planes for a similar amount of time, resulting in massive delays and cancellations and several air traffic controllers taking trauma leave. Last week, the FAA announced several major immediate steps to improve the situation at Newark, and the Trump administration, led by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, has promised a multi-billion dollar overhaul of the country's out-of-date air traffic control system, which includes upgrading technology nationwide and implementing a push to hire and train thousands of new air traffic controllers. 'Our region is a key economic artery for our country. Yet this region... one of the busiest air spaces in the world, as I mentioned, is running off a tower that's full of copper wire dating back to the 1980s with outdated and inefficient technology. And the region is short — and this is a big deal. The region is short about 40 air traffic controllers,' Rep. Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey said at a news conference Friday. Per FlightAware, 56 flights have been delayed and 78 cancelled at Newark Airport as of 10:50 a.m. ET this morning.
