Sony announced the Wireless Shooting Grip/Tripod (GP-VPT3) and the Wireless Remote Commander (RMT-VP2). Both devices work with Sony's Alpha and vlog camera systems via Bluetooth connectivity. The grip is designed to make it easier to hold your camera, and can support cameras up to 1.5kg (3.3lbs). It can be used handheld or as a small tripod, and offers control over key camera operations like zoom and focus.
The detachable remote commander features a Movie button, Zoom/Focus button, and C1 (Custom) button, making it easier to control your camera with one hand from a distance. It offers a range of up to 10m (32.8').
Both will be available for purchase in June but are up for pre-order now. The grip, which comes with the remote, will cost $160. You will also be able to purchase the remote separately for $90.

Polaroid and MoMA teamed up again to release a MoMA-themed Polaroid Now Generation 3 instant film camera along with limited edition film. The camera is the same as existing Now Gen 3 models, though with a bright blue body featuring a bold MoMA typeface on the front. It comes with three vibrantly colored wrist straps as well. You can purchase the collab version from the Polaroid or MoMA websites for $130.

Laowa announced a new offering for dramatic macro shots. The Laowa 15mm F4.5 Wide Angle Macro lens offers 0.5x magnification, with the ability to focus as close as 12.9cm (5"). It features 16 elements in 11 groups, which includes 2 aspherical elements, 3 HR elements and 3 ED elements. It's a manual focus lens, but allows for auto aperture and Exif data on Sony E, Nikon Z and Canon EF mount cameras. The lens is also compatible on Nikon F, Canon RF and L mount cameras, though without auto aperture capabilities. What we know about the NYC crypto kidnapping and torture case
A cryptocurrency dispute led to the alleged kidnapping and torture of an Italian man in a luxury New York City townhouse for over two weeks, according to police. Two men -- John Woeltz, 37, and William Duplessie, 33 -- now face kidnapping, assault and unlawful imprisonment charges in the case. "They all know each other, but this was a kidnapping for roughly 17 days, where they tortured this person. When I say torture, forced them to take narcotics, put his feet in water and shocked his feet and other types of torture for 17 days." Here's what we know about the case. The alleged 28-year-old victim, whose name has not been publicly released by authorities, told police he arrived in New York from Italy on May 6 and went to Woeltz's eight-bedroom SoHo townhouse. Assistant District Attorney Michael Mattson said Woeltz and Duplessie allegedly lured the man to New York from Italy by threatening to have his family killed. Once the alleged victim arrived, he was stripped of his electronics and passport, bound by the wrists and subjected to beatings, electric shock and a hit to the head from a gun, according to the criminal complaint. Woeltz allegedly carried the alleged victim to the top flight of stairs and hung him over the ledge and threatened to kill him if he did not provide his Bitcoin password, according to the complaint. The alleged victim told authorities Woeltz and Duplessie used a saw to cut his leg, urinated on him and forced him to smoke crack cocaine by holding him down or forcing a pipe into his mouth, prosecutors said. On Friday morning, the man escaped from the home, running to a traffic enforcement officer for help, police said. The alleged victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, police said. The alleged victim was finally able to escape after believing he was going to be shot by telling his captors he would provide the defendants with his Bitcoin password contained on his laptop, according to prosecutors. When Woeltz left the alleged victim to retrieve the laptop, the man was able to escape down the stairs, according to prosecutors. Inside the townhouse, prosecutors said detectives recovered a saw, crack cocaine, chicken wire, T-shirts with pictures of the alleged victim with the crack cocaine pipe in his mouth, body armor, night vision goggles, ballistic helmets, Polaroid pictures of the alleged victim with a firearm pointed to his head and firearm ammunition. A gun was also recovered in the home, police said. Law enforcement said they observed blood in various areas in the apartment where the man indicated he was allegedly tortured. Woeltz, reportedly dubbed the "crypto king of Kentucky," was taken into custody on Friday. The crypto entrepreneur did not make any comments to reporters as he was escorted out of his apartment by police in handcuffs. Duplessie turned himself in at the NYPD's 13th Precinct on Tuesday. He did not respond to reporters' shouted questions while being escorted out of the precinct. Both men have been charged with kidnapping, assault, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a firearm. They have pleaded not guilty, court records show. Prosecutors convinced the judge to hold Woeltz without bail by pointing out that he is from Kentucky and has the means to flee, including a private jet and helicopter. A judge denied Duplessie's attorney's request for him to be held under home detention with his father in Florida on $1 million bail, ABC New York station WABC reported. His attorney called the facts of the case and Duplessie's involvement "hotly disputed," according to WABC. Attorneys for both suspects had no comment when contacted by ABC News. They face a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the top charge of kidnapping. A 24-year-old woman was also arrested on Friday for kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment in connection with the case, police said. Though the Manhattan District Attorney's Office is not prosecuting her at this time and she is not in police custody. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch told a local station Tuesday that the two men are currently the only suspects in the case. "So far, it's those two we're looking at," she said. "There may be others." 90 Day Fiance star David Murphey's Las Vegas home was sold off months after his tragic death due to cancer, In Touch can exclusively report. On May 23, David's sister Robyn Polinsky, who was appointed administrator of his estate, informed a Nevada judge about the sale. The most valuable asset that David left behind was his three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1,535-square-foot home. He purchased the property for $190,325 in 2004. Robyn explained she found a buyer who offered $335,000 for the home. She asked the court to approve the sale. As In Touch previously reported, David died on December 11, 2024, at the age of 66. In court documents, his family described him as a 'single, unmarried man with no children, either living or deceased.' Robyn said David's parents had both passed, along with their sister, Linda Murphey. Robyn said the only beneficiaries of David's estate were her and their other sister, Cheryl Hastings. David did not leave behind a will, his sister claimed. 'Due inquiry and search have been made to ascertain if [David] left a Last Will and Testament, or some other instrument dispositive of his estate, but none has been found and, according to [Robyn's] best knowledge, information, and belief, [David] died interstate,' her petition to be named administrator read. Robyn said David had personal and real property worth over $300,000. David's sister also told the court the reality star had a business in Montana named Daves Nomadic Life. She said David owned a 2023 Cornerstone 45-B motor vehicle, which was apart of the business. Her petition stated, 'It is in the best interest of the estate, and it is necessary that the administrator have authority to continue the operation of such company and to have authority to access bank accounts, receive payments and pay bills, execute agreements, contracts and other legal documents on behalf of the company and to liquidate and dispose of the motor vehicle.' 'All liquid assets of the estate should be placed in an attorney trust account, pending further order of this court,' Robyn's petition read. According to David's death certificate, obtained by In Touch, the medical examiner listed his cause of death as cardiac arrhythmia and hypertensive cardiovascular disease. David's death was listed as being 'natural.' TMZ reported the reality star had been battling liver cancer for over a year and had over 13 surgeries before his death. After his death, David's family released a statement about his life. The family said, 'David was a veteran, small business owner, and software engineer. He had recently retired from the Clark County Treasurer's office in Nevada, having also worked for H&R Block and IGT.' The statement continued, 'He was also well known for his time as a cast member on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. His time on the show allowed him to connect with viewers, see the world, and share his experiences with his thousands of followers on Instagram.'
