Bec Judd and husband Chris sell lavish $3million Mornington Peninsula holiday home after completing renovation
Australian power couple Rebecca and Chris Judd have sold their beautiful renovated Mornington Peninsula property, which was listed on the market for $2.85million to $3million.
The pair recently finalised the sale of the stunning property for an undisclosed sum.
Marshall White Stonnington director Ben Veith oversaw the sale and told Realestate.com.au the Judds were happy with the process, labelling it a 'good result'.
He added Bec had had significant input into the renovation process of the beloved property: 'This was genuinely designed by Bec, and it speaks for itself.'
They first purchased the Arthur's Seat property in 2016 and spent several years turning the 1970s-built brick house into a family retreat, with the help of The Melbourne Builder & Co.
The lavish home features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and luxurious finishes throughout.
They include bench tops with gold veining and stunning oak cabinetry.
The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, providing an inviting and airy atmosphere.
Award-winning landscape architect Nathan Burkett designed the lush gardens, which include a heated pool, exquisite garden and entertainment areas.
The property offers sweeping views of the surrounding hills, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Bec took a hands-on approach to the renovation, telling Domain.com.au: 'I find that when I'm involved, things get done really quickly.
'I'm cracking the whip the whole time. I'm a good communicator and I work with a team who are good communicators. We put out fires before they happen.'
The influencer added one of the things she loved most about the property was its gorgeous semi-rural location, which is just a short distance from a variety of amenities.
With its desirable location, scenic views and stunning design, it is the perfect property for those looking to raise a family.
The holiday home is located at Main Ridge near Arthurs Seat, 85km from Melbourne.
Bec bought the home for $1.2million with husband Chris when she was still pregnant with their twin boys.
After welcoming sons Darcy and Tom in 2016, Bec said she put plans to renovate the property on the back burner.
The former model described the new design for the property as 'country ranch' and revealed plans for a lavish kitchen.
She also said the new pad will feature Patagonia, a quartzite stone from South America and supplied by Melbourne company Signorino.
'Its very bold and it helps to elevate a warm neutral palette,' she said.
An animated designer's clip also shared in the post revealed that Bec planned to use the lavish stone for a breakfast island.
Bec took to social media to announce she was planning to donate the entire contents of the original home to charity.
She lives in a luxurious mansion in the swanky Melbourne suburb of Brighton with her AFL star husband Chris and their four children.

UK pop star Rita Ora reveals the surprising gift she took home from her time Down Under: 'It's your fault, Australia'
UK pop star has revealed a very surprising gift that she took home during her recent stint Down Under. The Lonely Together hitmaker, 34, was a coach on Channel Seven series The Voice from 2021 to 2023. Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about her latest sultry single Heat, Rita revealed that Australia was to thank for her stunning beach bod. The clip for Rita's new single features the bikini clad popstar sunning herself on Miami beach. While she may also often flaunt her svelte bikini-clad frame on social media, the popstar revealed it hasn't always been the case. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Asked by the publication if she was 'born in a bikini', Rita admitted she only started to feel comfortable in swimwear after her Australian jaunt. 'Everyone's been asking me that,' Rita exclaimed. 'When I first got there to do The Voice, my health life changed drastically so I feel like I found my bikini bod in Australia, genuinely.' She added that she was inspired to take a more active approach to her fitness after catching a glimpse of the Australian lifestyle. 'I started exercising, sitting in the sun, seeing how fit everyone else is in Australia when they're walking down the beach,' she said. 'So it's your fault, Australia, you've made me just wear a bikini.' It comes after Rita set pulses racing with a very cheeky display to promote the single earlier this week. She made sure all eyes were on her as she posed up a storm in the tiny This Belongs To shorts that she paired with a hot pink bikini. Rita layered a white strappy body suit over her diamante swimwear all from the same brand and added inches to her physique with a pair of strappy heeled sandals. To accessorise, the songstress wore a pair of large white Pucci sunglasses and colourful hoop earrings. Heat is expected to feature on her upcoming, still untitled, fourth album, which will be her first album release since her 2023 You & I. Rita has recently been supporting Kylie Minogue for the first leg of her tour after she previously revealed that Kylie's 2023 mega-hit from Tension, Padam Padam, was nearly given to her. The synth-pop banger - penned by Norwegian singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen and producer Lostboy - was a viral hit for Kylie. But several artists were asked if they wanted to record it, including the Anywhere singer, because they didn't feel it was a Kylie song. Lostboy told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: 'We wrote Padam in February 2022 and there were maybe four or five months of us sitting on it, then I sent it to their label, and someone suggested to me, "Kylie would kill this."' He added: 'They were unsure and there was a moment when Rita was going to cut it and it was worming around a few artists on that label. 'They were trying to make it work but they didn't think it was for Kylie.' Rita is well-known to Australian audiences for her role as a judge on The Voice from 2021 to 2023. She appeared as a panellist on the UK version of the show since it launched its first episode in 2020, before she was replaced by Maya Jama this year. Elsewhere, 2023 was Rita's first appearance on the US version of the show as she replaced Nicole Scherzinger, who left to star in the West End hit Sunset Boulevard. She also tied the knot with New Zealand director Taika Waititi in a low-key ceremony back in 2022. While the couple live between London, Los Angeles and New Zealand, they have been spending more time Down Under as they both work on creative projects.

Labor reveals plan to deliver 1.2million new homes
Breaking ground on delivering 1.2million homes starts by untangling the maze of bureaucratic approvals, the federal government says. Housing Minister Clare O'Neil has signalled a second-term Labor administration will move quickly to boost construction. 'We've just been elected with a really clear mandate to improve our housing system in this country,' she told reporters on Saturday. 'We've got big reforms to implement, and not a day to waste in getting on with them.' The minister vowed to simplify local, state and federal planning regulations by leading a council of planning ministers. 'If we are going to address the housing needs of Australians, it is going to require the three levels of government to work together in new ways,' she said. She will work with the building sector to implement innovative technologies to move past time consuming and costly methods of construction. Her comments come after an interview with ABC on Friday where she said 'builders face a ridiculous thicket of red tape that is preventing them building the homes we need.' Master Builders Australia CEO Denita Wawn said the cost of building a home had skyrocketed by 40 per cent over the past five years while construction times had ballooned by 80 per cent over the past decade. 'It is critical that we remove the red tape that is hampering our capacity to build homes,' she said. Ms Wawn was hopeful the ambitious goal of 1.2million homes coming onto the market would be achieved, but said the group's projections showed there could be a slight drop-off. She argued that along with the focus on reducing red tape, there was an urgent need to apprenticeships and fast-tracking migration for skilled people. 'For the first time, the federal government is leaning in and trying to ensure that there is a focused attention on housing,' she said. But opposition housing spokesman Andrew Bragg said the government's plans were a 'joke' and described Labor as 'red tape champions.' 'Labor's signature housing policy, the Housing Australia Future Fund has built zero new homes in three years,' Senator Bragg said. 'Approvals are way down under their watch and their 1.2million new home target is a dead duck.' The Paris-based Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development warned Australia on Tuesday to boost housing supply and address falling affordability. The OECD said easing zoning restrictions would strengthen competition and productivity, as well as raise housing investment to 'reverse the long-standing decline in housing affordability'.

Three-bedroom house on sale for astonishing price of £25,000... can YOU spot the catch?
This three bedroom house in the quaint Tyne and Wear town of Hetton-le-Hole is being sold for just £25,000 and is - on the surface - an absolute steal. But a look inside the property, which also includes a rear garden, reveals the hell its future owner has to deal with. The terraced property, on Caroline Street, is covered wall-to-wall with piles of rubbish. Its spacious living room has a ceiling-high mound of rubbish, presumably from a previous owner. Among the filth, bags of toys can be seen strewn around alongside baby carriers. A path from the front door to the kitchen through the rubbish has apparently been carved out. The kitchen doesn't fare much better with old dirty clothes barely covering the grimy floor. Boxes of old food, including what appears to be a box of Lidl's Crownfield Bixies and a bag of oats, can be seen across the counters. And the boiler appears to have a hazard sticker, warning inhabitants not to use it over safety concerns. Upstairs in the bathroom, the tub is in a state of severe disrepair while the rest of the room is littered with old cardboard boxes. One bedroom upstairs appears to have old cans of Strongbow cider on its shelves, as well as several half-drunk bottles of Pepsi across the floor. Another bedroom, which appears to have belonged to a child, was seen covered in a mix of children's toys and electronics. Several rolls of bin liners can be seen on the floor as well. It's not clear what happened to the previous occupants of the home. It comes after Rightmove data revealed that some parts of Britain saw property sales almost double in the last year. May 2025 saw the largest number of agreed property sales out of any month since March 2022. May is typically a busy point in the year for agreed sales, which is when an offer has been made and accepted. However, this year's figure reflects an improvement in housing market conditions, according to Rightmove. Across the UK, the number of sales agreed is now 6 per cent ahead of the same period last year. However, this trend is more prominent in some areas than others. In Wales, the number of sales being agreed is 15 per cent higher than at this time last year, whereas in London the figure is just 1 per cent higher.
