The swanky uptown pad that was once home to Midge Maisel and her parents is officially on the market — but it won't come cheap!
The property is being listed for the first time in over 30 years, with a bonus of being part of TV and film history. The home was featured in Prime Video's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel for five seasons, and was also used for Woody Allen's 1997 film Deconstructing Harry.

According to StreetEasy, the Morningstar Heights apartment — which boasts eight rooms, three bedrooms and two baths — has been listed for $1.75 million by Douglas Elliman. Its new owners will reside inside the Strathmore, a luxurious early 20th-century building located at 404 Riverside Drive in uptown Manhattan.

The building dates to 1909, and just like in Mrs. Maisel, it comes with doormen at the ready. Most of the apartment's large prewar proportions remain the same, though the galley kitchen has been updated. The place also sports 'nearly 11-foot ceilings, two decorative fireplaces and original inlaid floors complemented by intricate crown moldings,' according to the listing, and 'is flooded with sunlight from its oversized windows which capture north, south, east and west exposures.'

In addition, the apartment opens into an elegant foyer and has beautiful views of the Hudson River. Its primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom big enough for a double vanity and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom can easily fit a king or two twin beds, and its current home office can easily be remade into a third bedroom.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel stars Rachel Brosnahan as Miriam 'Midge' Maisel, a New York housewife who pursues a career in stand-up comedy after her marriage ends. The period dramedy's ensemble also includes Alex Borstein, Michael Zegen, Marin Hinkle and Tony Shalhoub.

Zach Braff: Scrubs Revival Will Capture Same ‘Humor and Heart,' Show How JD Has Been ‘Beaten Down by the System'

ABC's Scrubs revival will do more than just 'play the hits.' Series creator Bill Lawrence was joined by leading man Zach Braff at the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas, Sunday, where they opened up about the impetus for the highly anticipated follow-up. More from TVLine Shrinking Boss Bill Lawrence Tees Up Reunion With His 'Hero' Michael J. Fox, Shares Favorite Spin City Memory Brett Goldstein Reveals How His Role in Bill Lawrence-Donald Faison Pilot 'Space Turk' (?!) Led to Ted Lasso 9-1-1: Nashville Adds Hailey Kilgore, Michael Provost and 2 Others to Cast - See Who Everyone Is Playing 'It's fun to talk to [the fans] about it because part of the burden is Zach and Donald [Faison] were going, 'Eaaaaaagle!' Like, those guys are 50 now!' Lawrence exclaimed. 'So, we have to figure out what that looks like.' And according to Braff, those discussions are well underway. 'When Bill and I shoot the s—t about it, [we ask ourselves] how do you still have the spirit of the [original] show — the humor and the heart of the show, and the fantasies and all the fun stuff that we all loved?' he relayed. 'The show was about a young doctor coming into this new world, so what is it like [to be] a doctor who is 50 and has been beaten down by the system? It's very, very hard to be a doctor today.' At this point, Lawrence interjected and acknowledged that, yes, 'medicine has a changed a lot. In some dark, hard ways, but [also] in some very comedic ways….' 'And what is [JD's] life like now?' Braff asked. 'Obviously, you can still have the bromance, and the love, and the friendship. But coming at it from the opposite angle, what is it like for a guy who has been through this system and dealing with all that stuff for so long?' And that's what excites them as they talk more about a potential Season 10, which is still awaiting an official green light at the network. Of course, Lawrence and Braff also are looking forward to getting the proverbial band back together. When I moderated the Bill Lawrence & Friends panel the previous evening — an event that also featured Josh Hopkins (Cougar Town), Brett Goldstein and Phil Dunster (Ted Lasso), and Charly Clive (star of Lawrence's forthcoming Steve Carell comedy for HBO) — Lawrence and Braff reiterated just how inseparable the Scrubs cast has remained since its original nine-season run wrapped 15 years ago. 'We're all still friends,' Braff said. 'People think this is a lie we tell you, but we all really hang out. Bill and I go over to Johnny C. [McGinley's] house in Malibu and sit in his sauna, Donald and I are legitimately best friends… As we speak, he's staying in my apartment in New York City….' 'Neil Flynn is on Shrinking,' Lawrence interjected, 'and Sarah [Chalke] is out with my wife [Christa Miller right now].' 'We're all very close,' Braff continued. 'And so when this came up — that ABC and Disney wanted to do it — it just felt like the right time .The idea of going and laughing all day long with this group of people again, that I love so much, sounded like a really good time.' File Photo by Jim Ruymen/UPI | License Photo June 4 (UPI) -- The 50th annual Toronto International Film Festival will open with the world premiere of the documentary John Candy: I Like Me. TIFF announced the documentary, directed by Colin Hanks and produced by Ryan Reynolds, will screen Sept. 4 at the Opening Night Gala at Roy Thomson Hall. The film chronicles the life and career of Candy, an actor and comedian who died in 1994 at the age of 43. "Comedy fans all over the world grew up on John Candy's humor," TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey said in a news release. "We love that John's global career started in Toronto, and we can't wait to share John Candy: I Like Me with everyone at this year's Opening Night Gala premiere. Colin Hanks has made a hugely entertaining film packed with some of Hollywood's biggest stars, but like John, this movie is all heart. For us, it's the perfect way to kick off TIFF's 50th edition." John Candy: I Like Me features never-before-seen home videos, interviews with his family and the recollections of colleagues and collaborators. The documentary is set to be released in the fall on Prime Video.
