With the UK facing another heatwave Creators on TikTok have shared recipes for ice-cream - and these ones only contain three ingredients.
The homemade treat usually requires the use of an ice-cream maker, or extensive hand churning, but these options require neither.
Among the flavours that can be found on the video sharing platform are chocolate, vanilla, and berry.
The chocolate option is made using Nutella and the vanilla flavour simply requires a splash of extract.
Meanwhile, those looking for a healthier option can try the berry flavour, which incorporates fresh fruit for sweetness and taste.
These recipes may help to keep people cool as the UK reaches increasingly sweltering temperatures.
Meteorologists have issued warnings over the extreme temperatures, with some areas predicted to reach 34C this week.
Among the three creators who shared their easy three-ingredient ice-cream recipes was @fussfreeflavours, who made a dessert for chocolate lovers.
Speaking in her video, the creator said: 'You will love this easy no churn Nutella ice-cream with just three ingredients - cream, Nutella, and an egg.
First of all, separate the egg and then whisk up your egg whites until they hold a soft peak next in another bowl.
'Whisk the cream until it has a stiff peak, add your Nutella and the egg yolk and give it another slow mix until it's all mixed together.
'Add the whisked egg whites and gentle fold with a spatula. Transfer to a freezer container, freeze overnight and then enjoy.'
Meanwhile, creator @stephcooksstuff shared a video in which she revealed how to make vanilla ice-cream, which can be easily adapted to add other flavours.
Speaking in her video, she jokingly said: 'I just have to apologise for showing you this recipe, because you are going to be able to make ice-cream whenever you want, with only three ingredients. So I'm really sorry.'
Moving onto how to make the recipe, she added: 'You need 600 ml of cream and a splash of vanilla. Add one can of sweetened condensed milk. Give it a mix.'
At this point, freezing the mixture will result in vanilla flavoured ice-cream, but Steph said it can be used as a base, and other items can be mixed in.

She explained: 'You don't have to add [mix ins] but I'm going to.'
As Steph wanted cookies and cream flavour, she smashed a packet of Oreo-style biscuits, and mixed them into the base.
Moving on to the next step, she said: 'Put it in a container, any container, cover it up [with clingfilm] and pop it in the freezer until it's hard.
'It'll take two or three hours, then your ice-cream will be ready.'
Those looking for a healthier option may want to try the recipe shared by @wendyg_official.
In her video, she shared a recipe for what she described as a healthy alternative to traditional ice-cream.
Speaking in the clip, she said: 'Three ingredient healthy ice-cream, so here's what you do.
'[The recipe] says a cup full of berries, so I'm just going to put a good handful in.'
After putting the berries in the mixer cup of her blender, she added 250g of fat free cottage cheese. Next, the recipe called for three tablespoons on honey.
Wendy blended the mixture until it was liquid-like, and then put it into a container.
Next, she placed it in the freezer for an hour and a half.
After it had been frozen, she tasted it, and pleased with the results, branded it a good option for those seeking an alternative to higher fat and higher calories options.
She also suggested a recipe tweak, telling viewers: 'You can put in whatever berries you want.

The warnings mean significant impacts on health and social care services are possible due to high temperatures, including a potential rise in deaths among the elderly or those with pre-existing health conditions. Temperatures are expected to peak at around 30C in parts of south-west England on Saturday and 29C on Sunday, according to the Met Office. The UK is currently in its fourth heatwave of the summer. Hot weather can only be classed as a heatwave if it meets a daily maximum temperature consistently for three days in a row. Saturday is forecast to be dry, settled and increasingly sunny, as low cloud gradually burns back to the east coast, the forecaster said. It will feel warm or hot in the sunshine later, though winds will strengthen in the far south-west. From Sunday to Tuesday, conditions will remain mostly settled and dry with plenty of warm sunshine, especially in the west. It comes as officials warned that the country is suffering from 'nationally significant' water shortfalls. The National Drought Group, which includes the Met Office, regulators, government, water companies and other organisations, met this week to discuss the conditions. England is experiencing widespread environmental and agricultural impacts due to water scarcity, including lower crop yields, reduced feed for livestock, damage to wetlands and river wildlife, and an increased risk of wildfires. The UKHSA has advised people to stay hydrated, keep cool indoors where possible, and check on vulnerable friends, relatives and neighbours. Meanwhile, firefighters travelled across the UK to help tackle the major wildfire at Holt Heath, Dorset, fuelling calls for increased firefighting resources. Jordan and Israel have suffered through their hottest nights on record, with nocturnal temperatures in the Levant well above levels that scientists consider 'hellish'. Temperatures on Monday night did not go below 35C (95F) in Ghor es-Safi and Aqaba in Jordan, while in the capital, Amman, they stayed above 31.8C. In Israel, meteorologists reported a record-breaking nighttime minimum on Tuesday night of 36C in Sedom. 'It's like you're walking in a sauna,' said Fayha al-Shibli, a climate scientist at the University of Jordan, who lives in Amman. Doctors fret about hot nights because they compound the damage done by heatwaves, preventing worn-out bodies from resting after the stress of a scorching day and contributing to a vast but overlooked death toll. In many European countries, tropical nights refer to temperature minimums above 20C, while in Spain, which is more familiar with extreme heat, meteorologists describe nights above 25C as equatorial or torrid. In recent years, they have begun to informally refer to those above 30C as 'hellish'. Overnight temperatures in parts of Jordan and Israel this week remained a full 5C hotter. Shibli said 2025 had already broken records for nighttime heat intensity in many parts of the country, though not for length or the number of events. The climate scientist added that she and her children were suffering, but that she 'thanked God' for technology such as air conditioning, which she has in her home, office and car. 'The people that can't handle it are the people without air conditioning, and those who work on the street, like cleaners and builders,' she said. Daytime temperatures also reached deadly peaks, with highs of close to 50C in Israel and the Palestinian territories. The Israel Meteorological Service said the highest temperature recorded on Wednesday was 49.7C in Gilgal kibbutz, a settlement in the occupied West Bank, setting a historical record in the Jordan Valley. Aqaba, a port on the Red Sea, broke Jordan's national heat record with a daytime maximum of 49.6C. Temperatures in Gaza were cooler but still soared above 40C. Unrwa, the UN agency for Palestinians, said on Thursday the heat was 'making an already desperate situation far worse' by increasing dehydration. 'Extreme temperatures – well above 40C during the day and above 30C by night – aren't unknown in the region, but this is certainly unusual,' said Nick Lee, an assistant forecast manager at MetDesk. He added that some of the locations experiencing extreme heat were at low altitudes – such as Ghor es-Safi on the shores of the Dead Sea, which is 350m below mean sea level – and that this contributed to the high values recorded. 'The same way that temperature typically decreases as you go higher, when you get to these extreme low altitudes you can see much higher temperatures than at sea level,' he said. Heatwaves have grown hotter, longer and more common as fossil fuel pollution has trapped sunlight and baked the planet. Shibli said heatwaves can be more dangerous if they are much hotter than what people have recently experienced. '[People] can adapt to gradual changes, but can be caught off-guard by a sudden jump.'
