46-year-old John, of Howarth Close in Milford Haven, was charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and cannabis between August 29 and October 9 last year.
She was also accused of possession of crack cocaine on October 8, 2024.
John admitted the possession charge, but denied she was concerned in the supply of either drug.
Prosecutor Craig Jones said a trial would be sought in the case of John.
Judge Catherine Richards set a provisional trial for March 2026, but ordered that John's credit would be preserved for two weeks if she wished to change her pleas.
Mr Jones said Thomas was currently serving a sentence of three years detention in a Young Offender Institution for drug trafficking offences.
He will be sentenced on August 1 after Judge Richards ruled he could be sentenced separately as the link between the defendants was 'non-existent'.
He was remanded back into custody until that date.

Man killed on North Yorkshire road he campaigned to make safer
Tributes have been paid to a former councillor who was killed on a road he had campaigned to make Michael Duggan, 81, died in hospital after a collision between his car and a skip lorry on Friday morning on a section of the A19 he had previously highlighted as being Stephanie Duckett described Mr Duggan as a "fantastic" man who was "very passionate" about the village of Riccall, between Selby and said: "He was very much Mr Riccall, anything he could do he would for that village. "John was one of those people who once you met him, you didn't forget him. When he walked into a room everybody knew straight away he was there."He was a brilliant man and loyal friend."Mr Duggan was joining the A19 northbound at Riccall from the York Road junction when his Nissan Juke collided with a driver, a 42-year-old man from York, was arrested at the scene and was assisting officers with enquiries, according to North Yorkshire a parish councillor for Riccall, Mr Duggan had petitioned for changes to the layout of the A19 through the village as far back as 2007 and had called for a roundabout to be told the York Press newspaper in August that year that a junction on the road had been the site of numerous accidents and two said: "The stretch of the A19 that runs past Riccall is one of the fastest sections of the road, and the speed of traffic using this section is totally unacceptable to local people who are trying to enter and exit the village."Ms Duckett said, despite his death occurring on the next junction along to the one Mr Duggan had raised concerns about in the past, the road remained a concern."That road is tremendously busy and every year traffic just seems to multiply," she said."At one point there was money for the roundabout and it was never built and the cost now is just in the millions to do the same project."I honestly don't think it's every going to get done."Mr Duggan was elected to the Riccall ward of Selby Council with the Labour party in 2022 he stood for Camblesforth and Carlton in the North Yorkshire Council local election but lost to Conservative councillor Mike Jordan. Urgent hunt for naked man in a face mask after he's spotted prowling streets in ‘concerning' CCTV
Locals were unnerved by the sighting ON THE LOOSE Urgent hunt for naked man in a face mask after he's spotted prowling streets in 'concerning' CCTV AN URGENT search has been launched for a mystery man prowling the streets wearing nothing but a mask and trainers. Lancashire Police are on the hunt after CCTV captured the figure walking by houses in Lytham just before 1am on Friday, July 18. 6 The man was wearing nothing but a mask and trainers Credit: Facebook 6 He was seen on doorbell cameras Credit: Facebook A spokesperson for the force said: "We are aware of a concerning video circulating on social media of a naked male wearing a face covering walking around Lytham in the early hours of the morning. "This occurred in the area of Westby Street, Cleveland Road and Bannister Street. "We can confirm this incident occurred on the 18th July 2025 at approximately 00.50am. "This incident was not initially reported to police and has only been brought to our attention after it has been viewed on Facebook." Fylde Rural Task Force have launched an investigation and officers are "taking this matter seriously", according to cops. This comes after cops found a man dubbed the "Somerset Gimp" after he jumped in front of cars and scared female drivers. Joshua Hunt, 35, dressed head-to-toe in a latex suit on multiple occasions in the Bleadon area of Somerset and terrorised people in the night. Bristol Magistrates' Court heard how he approached two women drivers on separate occasions in May 2022. He wore his black outfit and a horrifying mask made out of tights he'd purchased from Asda shortly before heading out in the pitch black. Hunt also used UV paint to draw on eyes and a mouth for his days of torment. During the first incident, a woman was driving down a country lane with her husband and two kids when they spotted the creepy figure crawling on the ground. Petrified, the couple convinced themselves it was just a bin bag - but reported it to the police online. The woman was left feeling "unnerved" and "does not want to travel around the lanes anymore", the court was told. Just over 24 hours later, another woman was driving along the road with her sister-in-law and teenage boy in the car. As she drove round the corner she was met with a figure dressed in all black. Horrified, the pair called the police, and officers later found Hunt in a white Citroen Berlingo van nearby. In a police interview, he provided a prepped statement - stating that his "mental health has deteriorated rapidly, and I am in crisis". He added: "I was attempting to kill myself, I didn't intend to scary anybody. I am crying out for help." The court heard that on a search of his home in Claverham, cops found a handwritten story about a man named Jack - who dressed up in black with a face mask. In the story it revealed 'Jack' "looked like something out of a horror film". Hunt admitted writing the story but said he was not acting it out. He later accepted that he was the "gimp" who was spotted - but denied any intent to cause alarm or distress. He claimed that he was wearing the outfit to go mudding, which he described as the act of covering himself in mud because he hated his body. But after a one day trial, he was found guilty of two offences under the Public Order Act of causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress after scaring female motorists in Somerset while dressed in a gimp suit. Accepting that he had spent one month in prison on remand for his crimes, Judge Dickens slapped him with a £100 fine and ordered him to pay £200 to his victims. 6 Lancashire Police have launched an investigation Credit: Facebook 6 Joshua Hunt was found to be the 'Somerset Gimp' Credit: SWNS 6 He was found guilty at Bristol Magistrates Court of two offences under the Public Order Act Credit: PA

Hairdresser 'upset' after thief swipes phone from under her
Emma Horne was working at her salon in Warrington, Cheshire, on Tuesday [June 24] when a man carrying a newspaper came in asking for a haircut. After the 42-year-old explained she didn't cut men's hair, he claimed to be asking for his wife, so she walked behind her desk to fetch a price list. Footage shows the cap-wearing thief take the chance to unfold his newspaper and place it over her Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone that was sitting on top of the desk. The man can then be seen swiping his newspaper and Emma's £1,300 mobile off the unit's top and making a swift getaway without anyone noticing the device had gone. Emma said she realised a few minutes after he left, but she and a client couldn't find him when they looked down a nearby street. When they returned to the salon and checked their cameras, they found the man's cunning theft was captured on CCTV. Emma said she realised a few minutes after he left (Image: Kennedy News and Media) The incident has been reported to Cheshire Police, and the force has confirmed enquiries are ongoing. Emma, from Warrington, Cheshire, said: "It happened so fast he was literally in the salon for minutes. "I went behind the counter to get a price list for him, then he put the newspaper over my phone and swiped it. It was gone within seconds. "I felt angry and I was dead upset because it's the fact that someone came and took my property right in front of my face. He was standing right next to me. "He actually looks at the cameras and everything so he knew the cameras were there because he looks right at it. "About three minutes after he left, I was like, 'where's my phone?'. "Panic set in because I've got my whole work schedule and everything on my phone. Everything's just gone. "I went straight into the bank and put a freeze on my cards because I've got savings accounts and everything on there. I can't access my money now. "It happened so fast. The anger is setting in now. I'm quite frustrated with it because I've got to go out and get myself a new phone and everything now. "These people think they can go around and do this and get away with it." Emma says she bought the phone eight months ago and had only recently finished paying for it. She insists she usually welcomes everybody into her salon but believes she'll be more wary of potential customers in future. Emma said: "I feel a bit wary about things now" "He did it so fast, we just didn't see him. It makes you feel a bit uneasy. "We've got cameras for our own security and they're still coming in and doing it. "We're quite friendly in our salon and we welcome everybody but I suppose you've still got to be on your guard because these people are out there going around nicking phones. "Someone said they saw him lurking outside so he was obviously watching me put my phone down." Recommended reading: A friend shared screenshots of the footage to Facebook in case a user recognised him and it has been shared more than 150 times. Her post said: "This just happened 1hr ago at the Warrington Market. "The newspaper was a decoy. My friend just had her brand-new Samsung phone swiped after he pretended to be interested in services at her salon. "He placed a newspaper on top of the phone and swiped it. Please share if you can." A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: "At 11.38am on Tuesday 24 June, police were called to a report of theft at a hair salon in Time Square, Warrington. "The caller reported that approximately 30 minutes earlier, an unknown man had entered the salon posing as a client, and stole a mobile phone. "Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police via or call 101 quoting IML2118222."
