YouTuber Nikocado Avocado who secretly lost 250lbs shares incredible results of plastic surgery to remove sagging skin

Daily Mail6 days ago
A YouTuber has shared the incredible results of his plastic surgery after his secret 250lb weight loss.
The Florida-native Nikocado Avocado, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, recently revealed the incredible weight loss to his enormous following after hiding it for several years.
But the incredible achievement came with a downside for the mukbang influencer - sagging skin around his body.
Taking to his TikTok @realnikocadoavocado, the popular creator, who first became famous by completing eating challenges on camera, shared before and after snaps of his amazing transformation.
In the clip, which racked up over 8 million views, he said: 'At first glance I probably looked fine, but I was actually hiding a really uncomfortable situation, and that was my neck.
'So I got it fixed, I went into plastic surgeon Ben Talei in Beverly Hills. Nothing has been put into me, no implants or anything, that is all natural. You would never know that I was once 400Ibs.'
Many viewers were left impressed with the results, and they shared their complimentary comments underneath the clip.
One person said: 'Bro's actually four steps ahead.' Another added: 'Actually really impressive.'
Someone else wrote: 'What is the procedure called !!??' A fourth said: 'I still wanna know how you did that,' presumably referring to the weight loss in the first place.
Nikocado shot to notoriety for his mukbang videos on YouTube, which featured him consuming large amounts of food for his 8million viewers.
In September 2024, he r evealed he had secretly lost 253lbs over two years, dropping from 411lbs to 158lbs.
In those two years he uploaded previously-recorded videos so his followers were completely unaware of his transformation.
But while he went from morbidly obese to a healthier weight, he was left with 10lbs of sagging excess skin and needed to undergo multiple surgeries on his neck and face, as well as on his abdomen to remove it.
He said: 'I had no chin at all, it was just this big gobble gobble turkey neck sitting below my face.'
When people gain a large amount of weight, their skin stretches to accommodate their larger frame. Then, when a person loses that weight, the skin has been stretched so much it is not elastic enough to shrink back.
This leaves people with sagging skin that can restrict movement, be painful, cause chafing and lead to emotional distress and diminished self esteem.
Some surgeries to remove the skin involve a tummy tuck and arm, thigh and buttock lifts.
He said he filmed a backlog of enough videos to last two years, during which he was shedding pounds he gained during his meteoric rise
Nikocado has revealed how losing 250lbs left him with sagging around his chin and he went under the knife to remove it
Many were impressed with his results with people rushing to the comments to leave their own thoughts
He said on Instagram before his procedures: 'Everyone thinks I got my skin removed. I did not. This is my loose skin, it's a lot, it's like a rubber band [across my body].'
And he told PEOPLE in January: 'I've been hiding my loose skin by positioning my body at certain angles... but the truth is I have loose skin in my abdomen, arms, legs, my torso, back, even my neck. I mean, it's everywhere.'
About 20 percent of Americans lose more than 10 percent of their body weight every year, a number that is rising as more people use weight-loss drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic.
Plastic surgeons are reporting a surge in people receiving skin tightening surgeries, with tummy tucks up five percent in 2023, reaching 170,110 procedures.
Nikocado hasn't revealed how he lost the weight, but he achieved it over the course of two years while uploading pre-recorded videos of himself at his largest to keep his weight-loss journey a secret.
For Nikocado, skin removal procedures began last month when the 32-year-old underwent a deep plane facelift to remove the loose skin on his face and neck.
On January 22, Perry revealed he was having a deep plane facelift with Dr Ben Talei in Beverley Hills, California.
A deep plane facelift is an advanced type of facelift that lifts and repositions deeper facial structures — including ligaments — for a more natural and longer-lasting result.
This differs from a standard facelift, which only tightens skin to minimize wrinkles and make facial features more defined.
In the surgery, Nikocado was put under anesthetic before surgeons made cuts around his ear to tighten the skin and reposition structures in his face.
He had to wear a brace for at least a week afterward, and was told not to bend his head forward, because this could rip the skin while it is healing.
A deep plane facelift in California costs anywhere between $22,000 to $50,000, and can take up to a year to fully recover from.
Next on his list of procedures was skin tightening surgery on his stomach and arms to reduce the excess skin folds there. He underwent those surgeries earlier this month with Dr Timothy Katzen, also based in Beverly Hills.
Nikocado appears to have undergone a tummy tuck. It involves a surgeon cutting the abdomen from hip to hip and removing excess skin and fat from the area. Doctors then realign the skin and stitch up the incision.
The procedure costs about $8,000 in California and can take up to three months to recover.
He also underwent an upper arm lift, which costs between $4,000 to $7,000. This removes excess skin and fat on the upper arm area.
Surgeons cut inside the arm, the back of the arm or the armpit then remove excess fat and pull the underlying muscle and skin tighter before stitching the incision closed.
The YouTuber blamed his weight gain on the social media craze surrounding his mukbang videos.
He said: 'In one sense, I am here because of them [my viewers].
'I would not have gotten that fat if I couldn't have made a living out of it, if I couldn't make good money, get good views, put myself out there.
'If I couldn't have built a career and a following, I would never have got fat. In a way I am here because of them, because they were watching all the videos.'
But, describing why he opted for surgery to remove loose skin on his body, he added: 'This is holding me back, I can't even wear a normal shirt without sucking it in. This is holding me back from feeling my best.
'And I wanted to feel amazing and feel really good on the tour, and also wear cute clothes.'

Conor McGregor kisses mystery lady as he laps up attention from women on a beach in Florida without fiancee Dee Devlin

CONOR McGregor has been spotted kissing a bikini-clad mystery woman on a beach - and she's not his fiancée. In yet another scandal for the Irishman, the pair were sighted packing on the PDA in full sight of other beachgoers. 9 After a 15-minute jet ski ride to cool off, the former two-division UFC champion - who hasn't fought in nearly four years - cozied up with the dark-haired woman. He then laid down a towel for the woman and wrapped an arm around her shoulders in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Irishman seemed to lap up the attention of other female beachgoers around him. But McGregor has been engaged to Dee Devlin since 2020, and they share four children together. His partner of 16 years loyally stood by his side, even when he was accused of 'brutally raping and battering' a woman. The pair boast a glam life on social media, posting smiling snaps of each other and their kids in matching outfits. The family live in a £2.5million home in Kildare, a 40-minute drive from Dublin. They take holidays in Marbella, where they have a £1.3million villa in the exclusive gated The Heights set on the La Resina country club estate. Their first born was son Conor Jr, who regularly appears on his dad's Instagram page. They have a daughter, Croia, and a second son named Rian. In 2023, they welcomed a third boy they called Mack. Last year, when McGregor left the High Court in Dublin when he was found liable of assaulting a woman, he was flanked by his loyal fiancée. 9 Devlin left court with him after a civil trial heard how McGregor, 36, was accused of 'brutally raping and battering' Nikki Hand in a penthouse at the Beacon Hotel in south Dublin in 2018. The MMA fighter said he had consensual sex with Hand, but the jury decided in her favour - with the court awarding the accuser damages of just over £200,000. In a statement on social media, he wrote: "People want to hear from me, I needed time. I know I made mistakes. "I should never have stepped out on the woman I love the most in the world. That's all on me. "I have instructed my legal team to appeal the decision. "I can't go back and I will move forward. I am beyond grateful to my family, friends and supporters all over the world who have stayed by my side. "That's it. No more. Getting back to the gym - the fight game awaits!" Devlin wrote on social media afterwards: "My man and I have created a beautiful life together. I love him I trust him and I BELIEVE HIM! "Our four beautiful children whose smiling faces and happy hearts are testimony to the man he is and who we are! "No one is entitled to comment on our relationship - we trust one another and love one another. "Nothing or nobody will change that. Our family stands strong!" McGregor was living it up on Ibiza last month- and SunSport exclusively revealed He PUNCHED a man in the VIP section of famous nightclub Pacha. The Irishman hit his fellow clubgoer twice before the punter, who it later was revealed was a pal of O Beach owner Wayne Lineker, was dragged away and kicked out of the plush club. The UFC's former poster boy also partied at Lineker's celeb hotspot O Beach, setting up shop in the VVIP area. The Dubliner was seen hanging out with former glamour model Katie Price and Tottenham star Kevin Danso. McGregor was clearly loving the attention he was getting as he puffed on an expensive-looking cigar. Ireland's first and only UFC champion enjoyed a big evening out at Ushuaia in Playa d'en Bossa with his Black Forge Inn FC team-mates. And he was spotted having a dance with his fiancee and the mother of his children, Dee Devlin, on a deck as they soaked in the view from the vessel. The Sun has approached McGregor for comment. 9

Couple who split over man's 'disturbing' clown collection sparks viral debate... would YOU have done the same?

A man who split from his girlfriend of two years because she said she had enough of his 'disturbing' obsession with clowns has sparked a heated debate. The man, who goes by the username @EndFlimsy5850, opened up about the breakup under the Reddit forum entitled Am I the A**hole? He asked the internet if he was in the wrong for telling his now-ex to 'suck it up' after she complained about his love of clowns - and it left people all across the web divided. He explained in the now-viral post that they had been together for two years and that he's been open about his strange fascination with circus jesters from the start. He confessed that his house is completely covered in tiny clown figurines - they're 'on walls, hung from the ceiling on little swings, and on shelves.' 'I adore these weird little creatures,' he wrote. The man explained that his girlfriend never seemed to have a problem with them, but she became unhappy after he purchased two new clown masks from a thrift store about a week prior. 'She said they're creepy and give her "bad vibes," whatever that means,' he continued. 'I told her that I would take down the masks when she's staying the night, but I'm not getting rid of them. She told me that was fine.' But a few days later, the man said his girlfriend told him they 'needed to talk.' She then said she was 'sick of seeing his weird decorations and clown toys everywhere' because they 'creep her out,' and that the masks were 'her last straw.' 'I asked her where this was all coming from because she has NEVER MENTIONED MY CLOWNS BEFORE and she said me "bringing those ugly f**king masks into our home was her last straw" and "my obsession with clowns was charming before, but now it's just disturbing,"' he shared. In response, the man said he pointed out that it wasn't a home they shared together, but rather, his own apartment, so he could decorate it as he pleased. He also branded her as 'controlling,' which lead to her giving him an ultimatum. 'She told me, "Either get rid of some of them or we're done." I told her to just "suck it up" while she's here. And if she can't then I'll come to HER place every week,' he explained. 'She didn't like that answer and called me a child before leaving. I texted her to apologize for telling her to suck it up about the clowns. But she hasn't responded to me.' 'So, am I the a**hole for telling her to "suck it up" about my clown figurines?' he concluded. In an update, the man explained that his girlfriend called to apologize days later - but he hadn't accepted it. 'Turns out she wanted to "see if I'd get rid of my collection if it meant keeping her,"' he dished. 'Like it was some relationship test. 'She asked if we could move on from this and I told her no. I don't like that she tried to test my love by asking me to get rid of my collection.' He then revealed, 'We're officially broken up now. On the bright side, I can fill my house with more clown dolls. I even found a music box one online that I might get.' Reddit users were fiercely divided in the comment section, with some taking his side and slamming his girlfriend and others admitting that they understood where she was coming from because they too would be creeped out by his infatuation with clowns. 'Her turning this on your entire interest for clowns that you've had your whole relationship makes her [the a**hole],' one user wrote. 'Also, if she's giving you ultimatums over how you decorate your own space based on your own interests, she's not the one. 'There will be someone who will appreciate your collection, if not add to it themselves.' Another added, 'Not the a**hole, like what you like but I don't actually know anyone who wants to live in the creepy clown house so don't be surprised if you have trouble finding another girlfriend...' 'She obviously has no right to tell you how to decorate your own home, but she also is probably thinking about the future and wondering about compatibility,' someone else pointed out. 'If I started dating a guy with a clown collection like this, I'll be real, I'd hate it from the second I saw it. 'But at the beginning you don't know where the relationship is going and you're also aware that having not been together long you have no right to interject your opinions on their own space so you don't. He asked the internet if he was in the wrong for telling his now-ex to 'suck it up' after she complained about his love of clowns - and it left people all across the web divided 'But I think after two years and it becoming apparent that this isn't going to become less of a thing for you, I'd start to worry about when we live together that our house is going to have to be covered in clowns and I'd hate my own home and it wouldn't feel like mine. 'She's probably having these kinds of thoughts and trying to find out just how important and how far this clown thing goes so she can see if she'll be able to live like that.' 'Not the a**hole but also neither is she. She could've said it a little nicer but to be honest, I get where she's coming from,' a fourth comment read. 'Nobody should date someone who belittles their hobbies,' a fifth said. 'Nah, an obsession that runs that deep about clowns is just creepy. Like dig up the floorboards creepy and hide little dead children in there creepy,' a different user quipped. 'I'm not going to lie bro, people in these comments aren't being real with you. Creepy a** clowns all over your house sounds weird af,' someone else chimed in. 'The way she approached you about it wasn't fair, but I empathize with her.' In the end, the original poster thanked everyone for their responses and said it confirmed he wasn't 'in the wrong.' 'And to those saying I'm a serial killer for owning clowns, I've read quite a few comments from people collecting dead things. So I think I'm in the clear on that,' he added.

‘Superman' and DC Studios fly to a $122 million opening

In a bid to kickoff a new era for DC Studios, James Gunn's 'Superman' opened with $122 million in U.S. and Canada ticket sales over the weekend, according to studio estimates Sunday. DC and Warner Bros. had a lot riding on 'Superman.' While the Walt Disney Co.'s Marvel Studios has had its own share of struggles, the superheroes of DC have recently found mostly kryptonite in theaters. Films like 'Joker: Folie à Deux,' 'The Flash' and 'Shazam! Fury of the Gods' all flopped. But 'Superman,' written and directed by Gunn, is intended as a new start. It's the first release fully steered by Gunn and Peter Safran, co-heads of DC Studios, since they were handed the keys to DC's superhero cinematic universe. And while Gunn turned 'Guardians of the Galaxy' into a massive success for Marvel, his irreverent, idiosyncratic touch made the director — once a B-movie filmmaker with Troma Entertainment — an unlikely steward for one of the movies' most bankable and beloved brands. The roughly on-target opening was the third largest of 2025, and the first DC title to surpass $100 million in its opening weekend since 'Wonder Woman' in 2017. Ticket sales were relatively soft for 'Superman' overseas. In 78 international markets, it grossed $95 million. In China, it collected just $6.6 million. As an American icon, 'Superman' inevitably attracted political discourse. Some right-wing commentators criticized the movie as 'woke' after Gunn described the superhero from Krypton as 'an immigrant.' On X, the White House posted an image of President Donald Trump as Superman. In 'Superman,' which cost about $225 million to make, Gunn steers the Man of Steel in a drastically different tonal direction than in previous iterations from filmmaker Zack Snyder. Skipping the Kansas origin story, the film instead picks up with Superman ( David Corenswet ) after his first defeat. Rachel Brosnahan plays Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult is Lex Luthor. The 'Superman' debut didn't come close to besting the $166 million launch for Snyder's 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,' in 2016. But it did open higher, not accounting for inflation, than Snyder's 'Man of Steel.' That film debuted with $116 million in 2013. But while Snyder's films were often unloved by critics, largely good reviews greeted Gunn's 'Superman.' On Rotten Tomatoes, it scored 82% fresh — the best for the franchise since the first two movies with Christopher Reeve: 'Superman' (1978) and 'Superman II' (1980). Audiences gave it an 'A-' CinemaScore. 'Superman' faced sizeable competition too. Last week's top film, 'Jurassic World Rebirth,' slid to second place with $40 million. With 'Superman' soaking up many large-format screens, Universal Pictures' seventh 'Jurassic' film slipped a steep 57% from its opening weekend. Starring Scarlett Johansson, 'Jurassic World Rebirth' got off to a thunderous $318.3 million global start. In two weeks, it's amassed $529.5 million worldwide. Also still in the mix is Apple Studios' biggest box-office success yet, 'F1.' Joseph Kosinski's Formula One action thriller, starring Brad Pitt, came in third with $13 million in its third weekend. The film, distributed by Warner Bros., has collected $393.4 million globally in three weeks. But it also carries a hefty price tag of roughly $250 million, plus at least $100 million in promotion.
