Kandji Announces Vulnerability Response to Bolster Cyber Resilience for Apple Devices in the Enterprise
According to the Verizon 2025 Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) , 20% of breaches in 2024 were directly attributed to attackers exploiting known, unpatched vulnerabilities. Despite this, nearly three-quarters of companies take over a month to remediate vulnerabilities after they've been detected, giving hackers time to exploit gaps in the environment. While other vulnerability tools tout remediation capabilities, they require the integration of additional tools with separate endpoint agents.
Vulnerability Response builds upon Kandji's Vulnerability Management and Device Management solutions to deliver a streamlined approach to endpoint risk reduction. The feature empowers users to set up automated patching using vulnerability severity as a trigger to determine whether an update should be enforced and specify its enforcement timeframe.
'Today's IT and security teams waste hours every day managing tools instead of managing risk,' said Justin Safdie, GM of Endpoint Security at Kandji. 'Teams are toggling between platforms, creating tickets, and chasing down patches. This isn't just inefficient–it makes it virtually impossible for time-strapped teams to reduce risk at the pace required. Kandji Vulnerability Response eliminates much of the operational overhead by automating the remediation workflow for hundreds of apps, so security professionals can focus on what matters: protecting the business.'
Key highlights of Kandji's Vulnerability Response include: Eliminates manual patch management: Instantly trigger updates based on vulnerability severity to save time, reduce human error, and free up teams to focus on strategic work instead of repetitive tasks.

Accelerates time-to-remediation and reduces risk exposure: Enforce severity-based update timeframes to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed before attackers can take advantage of them.

Jim Cramer rebuffs Wall Street's 'knee-jerk negativity' after Tuesday's pullback
CNBC's Jim Cramer on Tuesday pushed back against a downbeat sentiment he has felt on Wall Street, saying "knee-jerk negativity" is making investors lose money. "In this business we're supposed to care about companies and their profits, and the profits are, indeed, bountiful," he said. "Yet the investing class is so scared and so negative because they buy into the narrative that everything's about to roll over." The averages pulled back on Tuesday as investors worried about weaker-than-expected economic data and President Donald Trump's imminent plans to announce more tariffs. The S&P 500 dipped 0.49%, the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.65% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.14%. The market has traded unevenly over the past few sessions. Stocks fell on Friday after the latest jobs report showed weakness in the labor market, but they largely managed to rebound on Monday. Cramer gave a few reasons he's feeling more optimistic about market opportunities, first saying he thinks that many companies are managing to mitigate the impact of tariffs. He pointed to Wayfair in particular, saying the furniture seller has a good strategy to keep prices down. He also suggested that Wall Street should be more favorable towards Apple and Amazon, which he said reported great quarters. He conceded that the former needs a better artificial intelligence strategy and the latter needs better semiconductor chips. However, he said both of these problems are "money issues" that can be easily remedied by both companies. Cramer also said there are too many people who believe Trump will hurt the market the way he did during "Liberation Day" back in April. But Cramer noted that the market managed to recover from those losses. "I can still point out that the companies themselves are doing a bang up job in spite of all these negatives," he said. "Or, more likely, perceived negatives. And that's all that matters." Mark your calendars — iPhone 17 release date may have just leaked
Thanks to the German site iPhone Ticker (spotted by AppleInsider), we may know when Apple's iPhone 17 will be revealed. Based on information from German mobile providers, iPhone Ticker reports the iPhone 17 event will take place on Tuesday, September 9. It fits with Apple's usual September schedule. Last year's iPhone 16 'Glowtime' release was also on September 9, which was a Monday. Typically, preorders for Apple's newest devices start on the following Friday, which would be September 10 if this report proves true. From there the first shipments could start arriving around September 20. September 20 is also the date the German site reported the iPhone 17 will be available in stores. This year, we expect Apple to debut the usual four phones in the iPhone 17 lineup with one big change. Alongside the base model iPhone 17, the Pro model iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, it's been rumored that Apple is dropping the Plus model in favor of the ultra-slim iPhone 17 Air. Beyond the super-thin phone, the Pro models should feature a redesigned camera array that's more Google Pixel-esque. They also might feature aluminum frames, a better telephoto lens and 12GB of RAM. This might be the last time Apple releases those four models together. We've seen rumors that Apple might split the iPhone 18 launch in two with the vanilla model and the budget-friendly iPhone 17e launching in the spring of 2027. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. It would reserve next year's iPhone 18 launch for the Pro models including a potential iPhone Fold. In addition to the phones, we could also see the new Apple Watch Series 11, and potentially a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 and SE 3. We're hoping for some big upgrades. A leaked Apple timeline indicated the Apple Watch 11 and Ultra 3 are coming this year, but it didn't have information about any SE models. Both the Ultra 3 and Series 11 could be the first Apple Watches to get blood pressure monitoring, though the Masimo lawsuit is still ongoing as of this writing. We also might see the third-generation AirPods Pro. Though that same timeline suggested we won't see those until 2026. However, the headphones have been teased in iOS 26 code hinting at a sooner release. Potentially, Apple might debut the AI-powered HomePod 3, though its just as likely the smart home hub won't launch until later in the fall. The iOS 26 Beta Just Unveiled New Details About the Apple Watch Ultra 3
Apple may have accidentally tipped its hand with the latest iOS 26 beta: Imagery found within the build display pictures of an Apple Watch Ultra that doesn't match any existing products. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 imagery was discovered by MacRumors , and the resolution of the new Apple Watch's display doesn't match any other product. That might confirm that this model is Apple's new wearable, which is set to release this fall. A representative from Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The new Apple Watch could have a slightly larger display size than its predecessor, according to the discovered images. Whereas the Apple Watch Ultra 2 has a 410x512 display resolution, the Apple Watch Ultra 3 could have a 422x514 resolution. This is a nice bump over one of the best (and most expensive) smart watches on the market right now. While we don't know exactly when Apple will officially unveil the Apple Watch Ultra 3, it will likely be shown off alongside the Series 11 Apple Watch models and the iPhone 17 in September. While we haven't been able to officially pencil in a date for the iPhone event, it's likely that it will take place around Sept. 9. The Ultra 3 has already been rumored to be on the receiving end of several upgrades, including satellite connectivity and 5G support. The confirmation of a larger display size may lend credence to some of the other rumors circulating now.
