Inside JoJo Siwa's rollercoaster love life... from PREGNANCY plans to romance with Chris Hughes

Daily Mail2 days ago

Between their massive age-gap and the controversial way they got together, JoJo Siwa 's new romance with Chris Hughes has set tongues wagging.
The Dance Moms alum, 22, and the British TV personality, 32, bonded while starring on the latest season of the UK show Celebrity Big Brother together.
From late night cuddles to intimate conversations about JoJo's sexuality, the entire world watched on as their relationship strengthened.
The only problem? JoJo, who previously came out as 'gay,' was dating someone else at the time - Australian influencer Kath Ebbs.
Even so, immediately after the show premiered, rumors erupted that JoJo and Chris were an item - but despite their obvious connection, the stars continuously insisted that they were just friends.
And when Kath announced that JoJo had suddenly 'dumped' them at the Celebrity Big Brother afterparty, it only strengthened the speculation.
Finally, after weeks of intimate outings, trips together, and sweet social media posts, JoJo and Chris confirmed that what started as 'platonic' had indeed turned romantic.
The news divided the internet. Some people were ecstatic, branding it a love story fit for the big screen, while others were unsettled over their 10-year age difference and the speed at which they fell for one another.
Either way, their relationship caught the interest of millions... and it turns out, this is certainly not the first time that JoJo has been embroiled in a controversial romance.
In fact, the former Nickelodeon star has actually had a slew of messy and extremely public breakups over the years.
She also once made a brazen confession about her pregnancy plans, revealing she is determined to have three children - at the same time - within three years.
As JoJo and Chris continue to make waves with their romance, FEMAIL has recapped the singer's rollercoaster ride love life from start to finish.
Here's everyone the blonde beauty has dated over the years... as well as everything she's said about her sexuality and plans to become a mother.
JoJo's first public relationship was with social media star Mark Bontempo at age 17 but they split after only a few months together
In June 2020, JoJo sent her fans into a frenzy after she revealed that she was dating someone... but wouldn't share their identity.
She explained during an interview with Seventeen at the time that she was waiting until her new beau was comfortable before she revealed who he was to the world.
'It's really up to him,' she dished. 'I'm really in the public light and the thing is is like, I don't care.
'That's a side of my life that I can keep public or I can keep private.'
She couldn't stop gushing over her man, adding, 'Honestly he's a dream. Really, truly unreal and I'm so happy.'
After weeks of swirling speculation, she revealed one month later via TikTok that her mystery man was none other than social media star Mark Bontempo.
At the time, she posted an adorable clip of her and Mark dressed in each other's clothing as they danced together.
'Meet Mark,' she wrote in the caption to her video clip.
But unfortunately, the couple announced that they had split by November of that year.
'We decided it's best for us to not be in a relationship... that's all,' JoJo stated at the time on social media.
'You have NO idea about Mark and I's relationship, how much fun it was, how happy we both were and how happy we both are.'
She also posted a few months later, 'People in life break up. People as teenagers break up, you have a boyfriend or you have a girlfriend when you're six years old and you break up with them, you're not with them for forever.'
JoJo came out as part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021... and revealed she was dating her 'best friend' Kylie Prew soon after
In January 2021, JoJo appeared to come out after she shared a snap of herself wearing a T-shirt that said 'Best gay cousin ever.'
One day later, after a fan asked how she labeled herself during a livestream, she clarified, 'I have thought about this, and the reason why I'm not ready to say this answer is because I don't really know this answer.
'I think humans are awesome. I think humans are really incredible people,' she added. 'I'm the happiest that I've ever been. And that's what matters.
'I am really, really - I'm really happy. And now that the world gets to see this side of my life, it makes me really happy.'
When another fan asked how long she had been part of the LGBTQ+ community, she responded with, 'I don't know. I think my whole life.
'I always believed that my person was just going to be my person. If that person happened to be a boy, great. And if that person happened to be a girl, great.'
She also told People in 2021, 'I still don't know what I am. It's like, I want to figure it out.
'I don't know - bisexual, pansexual, queer, lesbian, gay, straight. I always just say gay because it just kind of covers it or queer because I think the keyword is cool.
'I like queer. Technically I would say that I am pansexual because that's how I have always been my whole life is just like, my human is my human.'
Soon after, JoJo revealed that she was dating a woman named Kylie Prew, whom she described as 'the most amazing, wonderful, perfect, most beautiful girlfriend in the whole world' during an appearance on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show.
She later explained that they had met on a cruise in 2020, and instantly became 'best friends.'
But during a trip to Orlando together later that year, she said they realized they had feelings for one another.
They started officially dating in January 2021, and even moved in together a few months later.
But unfortunately, news that the pair had split hit the web in October 2021, less than a year after they started dating.
The two revealed they had gotten back together, however, in May 2022.
JoJo told People at the time, 'It's really nice. It's good to have people that have your best interest around you, and she really does have mine.'
When asked if she and Kylie had a different approach to their relationship the second time around, she replied: 'Oh yeah, definitely, and still as we go. We're still learning things, setting new boundaries, releasing boundaries... all the normal things.'
But that was short-lived, as JoJo confirmed during a livestream in August 2022 that she and Kylie had parted ways again.
'I don't really wanna talk about it for but someone asked me just now if I was single. I am,' she said.
'It's OK. It's not deep, I promise. Everything's fine. Not everything has to be messy and gross because it's not and I just want to clear the air.
'It doesn't need to be drama because that just gives everyone unwanted anxiety.'
Things seemed to end amicably as JoJo called Kylie one of her 'good friends' in 2024, and said they still talk 'all the time.'
JoJo was briefly linked to Katie Mills in early 2022, and the social media star later claimed the Dance Moms alum 'ghosted her'
During her break from Kylie, JoJo was briefly linked to social media star Katie Mills.
Rumors that they were dating first arose in December 2021, after they two started posting a slew of videos together.
They were even photographed on a romantic date night at a Los Angeles Lakers game that month.
In March 2022, JoJo seemingly confirmed that she and Katie were in a relationship when she admitted on the Rachel Uncensored podcast, 'I am not single and I don't want to mingle.
'Listen, I went around the block. I tried a lot, and I learned a lot and I'm very, very, very happy where I am now.'
They must have split soon after, however, because by May of that year, JoJo was back with Kylie.
Katie went on to throw some shade towards JoJo in 2023 after the Dance Moms alum posted a TikTok admitting that she experienced 'love bombing' and 'clout chasing' in a past relationship.
While JoJo did not mentioned Katie by name, Katie responded with a video of her own, in which she scathed, 'I'm done being quiet.
'You hold a lot of power, you and your platform. How can you tell someone you love them and ghost them the next day, and then post all over the internet that we're clout chasers and love bombers? I don't get it.'
JoJo had a short-lived romance with YouTuber Avery Cyrus in 2022, and accused her of 'using' her for 'clout' after their breakup
JoJo revealed that she was in a relationship with YouTuber Avery Cyrus in September 2022, when she shared a video of them packing on the PDA online.
But they called it quits that December after only three months of dating.
At the time, Avery confirmed the split by sharing a video of JoJo presenting her with a 'sorry for breaking up with you present.'
When one fan asked for an explanation for their split, Avery explained that she and JoJo had decided to just be friends and focus on themselves in a comment.
But things turned messy weeks later when JoJo seemingly accused her ex-girlfriend of trying to profit off her fame during their relationship.
In a video shared online, her mom, Jessalynn, asked JoJo why she was upset.
JoJo replied, 'Because I got used for views and for clout. I got tricked into being told I was in love and I got f**king played.'
Avery, however, told E! News that she was shocked by JoJo's accusations, and said the former Nickelodeon star was the one to break things off.
'The relationship was very real and I have nothing but love for JoJo and her family,' she said.
'I'm still very hurt that JoJo broke up with me and I'm saddened and confused by the situation.
'From my perspective, me and JoJo left on great terms and are still friends.'
After revealing she planned to have three babies within three years, JoJo started dating Dakayla Wilson... and forked over $30k on her birthday celebration
In July 2024, JoJo made headlines again after she opened up about her ambitious pregnancy plans to Cosmopolitan.
Two months later, she shocked fans when she revealed she had forked over $30,000 on her girlfriend's birthday celebration - whisking her away to Hawaii for a romantic getaway
She revealed at the time that she wanted to have not one, not two, but three babies - all at the same time with different surrogates.
'Because I'm gay and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates,' she said.
'So technically, they'll all be [from] the same batch but they would all be born separately.'
'Then maybe their little birthdays will land on different days and they can be like triplets, but like, not,' she continued.
The Karma singer confirmed confidently that her three children will 'be here' in three years 'whether you like it or not.'
Soon after making the brazen comments, JoJo started dating dancer Dakayla Wilson.
They first met when JoJo was a judge on Dakayla's season of So You Think You Can Dance, on which she placed second.
They went public with their love in August 2024 when JoJo shared snaps of them getting cozy on Instagram.
Two months later, she shocked fans when she revealed she had forked over $30,000 on her girlfriend's birthday celebration - whisking her away to Hawaii for a romantic getaway.
'We are very madly in love,' JoJo gushed to E! News afterwards. 'She is a very, very special girl. I'm very lucky to have her in my life.'
But in November 2024, JoJo confirmed they had ended their romance.
'We have gone our separate ways, but she is an amazing girl,' she told People. 'I'm happy for her.'
JoJo and Kath Ebbs kick off their romance in January 2025... but Kath accused the star of 'dumping' them after she starred in Celebrity Big Brother with Chris
Two months later, JoJo revealed that she was dating Australian influencer Kath by sharing photos of them kissing to Instagram.
They seemed as happy as could be together, but in April 2025, rumors erupted that JoJo was dating her Celebrity Big Brother costar Chris after the two were seen getting pretty cozy in the show.
During one episode of the reality series, JoJo confessed, 'I've always told myself I'm a lesbian, but I think you - I think being here, I've realized, "Oh no, I'm not a lesbian, I'm queer."'
Soon after the show premiered, Kath - who uses they/them pronouns - claimed in a scathing Instagram video that JoJo had dumped them at the CBB afterparty.
'Hello internet. I don't even know where to begin. I am filming this in a complete state of shock,' they said.
'I honestly feel so numbed out right now and disorientated that I feel like the only thing I have to do in this situation is to finally address it after two weeks of sitting back watching certain things unfold and not being able to get any clarity from the person who it involved.
'I guess in an odd way, I don't know whether to call it love bombing or whatever but it seems to me I have experienced a version of that.
'Being told I am the love of someone's life, being asked to marry them before this social experiment.
'Being adored throughout behind close doors. Being hurt by what I saw but wanting to work through it and have a conversation and get clarity.'
Detailing how JoJo ended their relationship they explained: 'I guess I feel further humiliated.
'In the last eight hours I flew here and I went to the live show to show up for my partner and support them in their experience and then later on address my feelings of hurt and work through them.
'Before I could even get back to the hotel I went to the afterparty with my, I guess now ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped at the party.
'I was told that there are "confused feelings there" take from that what you will and that they had realized in the house that I wasn't the person that they wanted to spend the foreseeable.'
Speaking on The Viall Files podcast afterwards, JoJo insisted that Chris had nothing to do with their split.
'Obviously a lot of people think that Chris has something to do with it,' she dished.
'Chris does not have absolutely anything to do with it. Chris and I are friends, we have a very great friendship.
'It's a very special bond unlike any friendship I've ever created but my situations are completely unrelated and that kind of got misconstrued.'
JoJo and Chris bonded on set of CBB and after weeks of insisting they were just friends, finally confirmed their romance in late May
JoJo and Chris sparked romance rumors after they got flirty on CBB.
They were seen growing extremely close throughout the reality show, but the pair continuously denied that they were more than friends.
In late May, however, there was no denying that they were an item as they two stars were spotted kissing during a romantic getaway in Mexico.
The British star also jetted off to visit her in the states for her birthday, and the two were seen getting quite intimate in a series of social media snaps.
They were also photographed holding hands at the airport in London.
Then, in early June, Chris shared a steamy bedroom snap with JoJo on Snapchat, which showed them cuddling in bed together.
While chatting with the Guardian this week about their romance, JoJo gushed, I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way'
While chatting with the Guardian this week about how their romance blossomed, JoJo gushed, 'It's not platonic any more.
'It's been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way.'
The Dance Moms star also hit back at speculation that their relationship is a 'PR stunt,' saying: 'Clearly, you've never been around us. I won't ever speak for him, but for me personally, the happiness in my life just radiates off of me right now.
'Literally yesterday, I was massaging my cheeks; I've never [before] been in pain from smiling so much.'

Newly-single Romeo Beckham spotted on a low key stroll following shock split from Kim Turnbull after seven months of dating

Newly-single Romeo Beckham cut a sombre figure as he was spotted taking a stroll in London on Thursday, following his shock split from Kim Turnbull. The son of David and Victoria Beckham, 22, was joined by a pal on the outing as he ran errands in the capital. The Mail revealed earlier on Wednesday that the couple had gone their separate ways after seven months together, with friends saying that the romance ' fizzled out' three weeks after David's 50th birthday. Romeo first publicly launched his relationship with Kim last November after weeks of exchanging flirty 'likes' on Instagram however despite being warmly welcomed into the family, the relationship has now run its course. He cut a low key figure in a cream sweater and camouflage trousers which he teamed with a n orange baseball cap worn backwards. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Friends told The Mail that things remain 'amicable' between Romeo and Kim, and that their parting is 'nothing to do' with Kim being blamed by Nicola Peltz for being the catalyst for the feud that has ripped the Beckham family apart. One said: 'Romeo and Kim are both young and they had a lovely time together but at that age things don't always last forever and they decided to split up. 'They have been friendly since and have even been at the same venues. It's a huge shame, particularly as David and Victoria really adored her and thought she made Romeo happy but it wasn't to be. 'It happened a couple of weeks ago and relations have remained friendly between them. 'David and Victoria would hate for the view to be that they split because of Nicola and Brooklyn because that simply isn't the case. 'The fact is that Kim has got a really busy career as a DJ and Romeo has a busy work life too, there is lots of travelling for both of them at having a relationship at this time isn't all that conducive to their lives.' It comes following the news that dad David is to be awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honour's List after being snubbed for years. The former Manchester United and England star, who recently celebrated his milestone 50th birthday, will be confirmed as a 'Sir' when the list is released next week, according to The Sun. The tattooed ex-England captain last month chatted with King Charles at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London, with their bond reportedly growing close in recent years through their shared love of gardening. The 76-year-old monarch was heard congratulating the former England footballer on his landmark celebrations – and asked the star whether he had received their present. Standing outside the Highgrove stand run by the monarch's charity, the King's Foundation, Beckham – who is now an ambassador for the organisation – greeted the sovereign warmly and said: 'Your Majesty, it's so nice to see you.' Astonishingly, Charles then appeared to ask whether he had received the birthday present that he and his wife had sent. 'You got it, didn't you?' he asked. 'It was incredible,' beamed Beckham. 'Thank you, it was very kind.' Camilla added: 'Nice to see you again, glad you got the roses.' David, an avid royalist since he was a schoolboy in Chingford, has long craved for a knighthood and it appeared to be within his grasp having received an OBE from the late Queen in 2003. While his appointment as an ambassador to HM's charity the King's Foundation was deemed an encouraging sign earlier last year, but his complicated tax affairs had once been viewed as a possible barrier. And in February 2017, there was a slew of leaked emails showing the former footballer had appeared to unleash a barrage of expletives criticising the honours committee that had once again left him off the list for a coveted gong. There was also an alleged 2013 leaked email, when, bitter not to be knighted, he complained about Katherine Jenkins, fuming 'Katherine Jenkins OBE for what? Singing at the rugby and going to see the troops. Plus taking coke. F****** joke.' Sir Rod Stewart joked last summer that Beckham's knighthood was 'coming soon'. The rock star, 80, received his own knighthood in 2016 and made the quip as he appeared at the inaugural King's Foundation awards ceremony in London alongside his wife Penny Lancaster.

Show us your BritCard: Minister confirms Government looking at introducing ID app in illegal immigration crackdown

The Government is 'absolutely' looking at the idea of introducing a BritCard ID app as it seeks to tackle illegal immigration. a Cabinet minister confirmed today. Environment Secretary Steve Reed said that ministers 'know we need to look at all the actions we can take' to reduce the number of people crossing the Channel in small boats. The phone app would display a person's right to live, work and rent in the UK on a smartphone. And as well as blocking illegal immigrants from working, supporters say it would also tackle benefit fraud through links to government records. It has already received support from several cabinet ministers, including cabinet office minister Pat McFadden and technology secretary Peter Kyle. And today Mr Reed told Times Radio on Friday morning, Mr Reed said: 'It's absolutely something that we are looking at, and that we should be looking at.' He added: 'We know we need to look at all the actions we can take to stop the levels of illegal migration that we were seeing particularly under the last government. 'We have to stop the number of people that we've seen who don't have a right to come here.' Environment Secretary Steve Reed said that ministers 'know we need to look at all the actions we can take' to reduce the number of people crossing the Channel in small boats. Asked whether he thought digital IDs should be mandatory, Mr Reed told the same station: 'There's a discussion going on and I'm happy to take part in that discussion as well. Advocates think the scheme will send the message that Britain is not 'a soft touch' on illegal migration and will decrease the 'pull' factor, which many European countries blame for the ongoing small boats crisis. Britain remains the only European nation without an ID card system, with Tony Blair 's famous attempt to introduce one collapsing in 2011, after the coalition government pulled the plug on it. It is also hoped the app can tie a number of different services together, including ordering passports, displaying driving licences and national insurance numbers, and offering NHS services. Labour Together, a think tank run by Sir Keir Starmer's chief of staff, Morgan McSweeney, from 2017 to 2020, has collated plans for the card and sent them to Downing Street. They include a requirement to 'show' the ID when renting a property or starting a new job, with the system automatically checking their right to work or rent against government records. Existing documents to check identity can be easily forged, potentially deceiving landlords or prospective employers. A mock up of the app, seen in the plans, shows a screen with an individuals' face and name on it, as well as his right to work and rent statuses, driving licence, and options to share identity or age. The report, published on Friday, urges the Prime Minister to make digital identity a 'top prime ministerial priority' and commence a 'fundamental transformation in the way British citizens interact with the government'. It points to a poll which suggests 80 per cent of the public back the implementation of digital right-to-work credentials, with just under one in three believing it would act as a deterrent against people entering the country illegally. The report said that those who did not want to have a digital ID card on their phone would be allowed to carry a physical one instead. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has placed herself in opposition to some of her colleagues, including many from the 'Red Wall' wave of Labour MPs, with Home Office sources describing her position as 'nuanced'. Sir Keir Starmer has admitted the public has 'every right to be angry' about the issue after more than a thousand migrants made the journey in a single day for the first time this year. Home Office data showed 1,194 migrants arrived in 18 boats on Saturday. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper , pictured in May, has placed herself in opposition to some of her colleagues, including many from the 'Red Wall' wave of Labour MPs But Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch described Sir Keir's words as 'rubbish', claiming that even Defence Secretary John Healey had acknowledged ministers had 'lost control' of the borders. Saturday's figures were the first time daily crossings topped a thousand in 2025, and prompted Mr Healey to claim Britain had 'lost control' over the last five years, implicating the former Tory government. Writing on social media site X on Monday, the Prime Minister said: 'You have every right to be angry about small boat crossings. 'I'm angry too. We are ramping up our efforts to smash the people smuggling gangs at source.' He claimed hundreds of boats and engines had been 'seized', raids on illegal working were up, and 'almost 30,000 people' had been returned. But Mrs Badenoch hit back, responding: 'Rubbish! Even the Defence Secretary admits the govt has 'lost control' of our borders.' Small boat arrivals are 'up 95% from this point in 2023', she said, and claimed ministers had 'scrapped the only viable deterrent': the previous Conservative government's Rwanda plan. Sir Keir had earlier insisted the Rwanda plan 'didn't deter anybody', after his decision to scrap it was highlighted while he visited Glasgow for a major defence announcement. He added: 'I'm not up for gimmicks. I'm up for the hard work of working with partners, enhancing the powers that law enforcement have, in my determination to take down the gangs that are running this vile trade.' Saturday's crossings brought the provisional annual total so far of migrants who have made the journey to 14,811. This is 42 per cent higher than the same point last year (10,448) and 95% up from the same point in 2023 (7,610). It is still lower than the highest daily total of 1,305 arrivals since data began in 2018, which was recorded on September 3, 2022.

BREAKING NEWS Sam Thompson in complete agony and breaks down in tears as he FINALLY completes gruelling Soccer Aid challenge and raises £1.5M for Unicef after battling horrendous injuries

Sam Thompson broke down in tears as he finally completed his gruelling Soccer Aid challenge, raising £1.5 million for Unicef. Despite suffering horrendous injuries, the Made In Chelsea star, 32, battled through agonising pain to complete the 260-mile journey, crossing the finish line at Manchester's Old Trafford ground on Friday. As Sam took the final steps, he was embraced by his emotional sister Louise, her fiancé Ryan Libbey and their son Leo, The star then struggled to hide his shock as it was revealed he had raised £1,516,433 for Unicef during the five-day journey. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. As Sam kicked off the final day of his challenge, he was thrilled to hear a message of support from Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer. He's captured the attention of the nation during the grueling journey, after suffering a calf injury which has left him battling through agonising pain in order to complete his mission. Host Fleur East, 37, told Sam: 'We've got a very special message for you from the Prime Minister.' To which the elated star responded: 'Shut up! No you don't! The Prime Minister!' Sir Keir's message read: 'My message to him is he's doing a fantastic job. 'I've seen footage of him running including with that injury and I have to say its pretty inspiring and he's doing an absolutely incredible job - all tribute to him. 'We all applaud what he's doing, it's really hard work particularly with an injury and Soccer Aid is always good so I'll do everything to support him I can.' Sam was left in utter disbelief after hearing the message, describing it was 'one of the most mental things' he's ever seen. 'He knows my name! I can't imagine Sir Keir looking at my 'gram,' he added. That wasn't the last of the surprises however, with Sam also treated to words of support from a host of other stars including Diversity, Olympic athlete Greg Rutherford and even actor Olivia Colman. 'Sam, I've been watching your incredible challenge,' Peep Show star Olivia said. 'Wow! It looks so so tough and you are doing amazingly. Everyone at Unicef is behind you and I encourage everyone watching to support you and donate. Lots of love, you're amazing!' The final leg of Sam's brutal challenge saw him travel from Goodison Park in Liverpool to his final destination, Old Trafford in Manchester. With his leg in 'absolute pieces', the reality TV star completed the fourth leg of the mission on Thursday, travelling from Stoke-On-Trent to Merseyside. Speaking to MailOnline before he began, the Made In Chelsea star said: 'Today is a tough day. It's wet, it's cold, it's windy. My leg is in absolute pieces, but we go again. 'We passed the half-way point yesterday and it was such a great day. I've got to try and channel that mindset and spirit. 'Today is going to be one step in front of the other. Also, the fact that we have raised over £600,000 is keeping me going – that will warm anyone's soul! 'The love and outpouring from people has been so immense and I'm so glad people are donating to UNICEF's work for kids around the world. I've seen it firsthand and know the difference it'll make.' As he prepared to set off, Sam received yet another surprise from one of his close pals Josh 'JP' Patterson, who ran with him for the first part of Thursday. Josh said: 'I want to support my friend through possibly one of the most vulnerable experiences of his life, but he's doing it for the most wonderful cause. I want to help raise as much money as we can, so when he steps across the finish line, he knows he's given it every single ounce of himself. 'He's been phenomenal. For someone who doubts himself so much, I hope one of the things he takes from this challenge is ''he is the guy''!' After completing the race, the news was broken to the determined personality that he had already smashed the £1million mark. He responded: 'Yes!!! One milly baby!!! Come on!!! I'm so happy, thank you so much. I'm so grateful to literally everybody. 'I've said this before, I'll say it again. They are all the heroes, the people who are putting their hands in their pockets.' After completing the gruelling third day of his challenge, Sam was surprised with a motivational message from close pal Jamie Laing. After suffering in his own gruelling charity marathon, Jamie, 36, knew exactly how Sam was feeling as he reached the halfway mark. The BBC Radio 1 presenter had the whole nation behind him as he ran 30 miles for five consecutive days across the country in March, raising an incredible £2.3m. 'It's day three baby, it's the worst. It's the worst', Jamie laughed. Sam screamed: 'I can't move man! My Leg!' Jamie said: 'Listen, I've been there. I know how hard it is and your body is screaming for you to give up. Every single moment, you just keep going. One foot in front of the other, you don't stop.' Sam teared up: 'Seeing your face just then has literally just made my day. I remember watching you doing your runs and being like your an inspiration man. 'The fact that you're just giving me your energy and your time man, I'm so grateful.' Jamie said: 'You're doing the best thing ever, you're doing it for the best cause. Let's keep going, I adore you, I love you, everyone's behind you, you're the greatest.' 'You got this Sam!', Jamie's wife Sophie Habboo cheered in the background. Day three saw him set off from Villa Park, Birmingham and pass through Walsall, Cannock, Stafford and Stone on his way to Vale Park in Stoke-on-Trent. The 'you can!' refers to a now infamous Made In Chelsea scene where Zara begs for Sam back after cheating on him during her time on Celebrity X Factor in 2019 Pete Wicks hilariously parodied Sam's ex Zara McDermott's famous 'you can!' moment from Made In Chelsea as he supported him on his challenge on Wednesday. The 'you can!' refers to a now iconic Made In Chelsea scene where Zara begs for Sam back after cheating on him during her time on Celebrity X Factor in 2019. Zara and Sam then split for good earlier this year - with the former Love Island now moving on with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson. In a video shared on Pete and Sam's Staying Relevant podcast TikTok page Pete is seen screaming 'you can!' at Sam - sending him into fits of giggles on his bike. The sign read: 'You can do it... YOU CAAAN!' as Pete shouted it in the same tone that Zara had as she insisted that Sam could forgive her for her infidelities all those years ago. Earlier in the day Sam broke down in tears as pal Pete surprised him to mark half way of his 'intensely painful' challenge. Sam, who sustained a 'significant' injured his calf earlier in the week, threw his arms around his friend, 37, before telling MailOnline the reunion 'made his day'. As Pete strolled up, Sam became overwhelmed to see the friendly face amid day three of him cycling and running another whopping 49 miles. Before setting off on Monday, Pete shared a gushing tribute to his pal on Instagram writing: 'Tomorrow this man embarks on a mental and physical challenge for an amazing cause' The TV star was given the task to travel a mammoth 260-mile journey on both bike and foot to deliver the match ball to its new home in Old Trafford, with the hope of raising much-needed funds for Unicef. He told MailOnline: 'Seeing Pete half way made my day. The pain is so intense but this has put a smile on my face'. Before adding: 'Please donate if you can, I'm so grateful for all the support'. Before setting off on Monday, Pete shared a gushing tribute to his pal on Instagram writing: 'Tomorrow this man embarks on a mental and physical challenge for an amazing cause @Unicef.' 'Mate I couldn't be prouder of you as a friend, a brother and as a man. You are gonna push yourself to the limit and I can't wait to watch you complete this f**king mammoth task. I know how much work you've put in and I know you're doing it for the right reasons'. He continued: 'Just so you know, you're doing it with every single one of your friends and family right behind you. I hope the nation follows your journey and helps you along the way in donations and support. You are an inspiration to me and many others and I admire the man you've become this year more than any other year I've known you. Good luck brother, you've got this' Still battling forwards with an injured calf and given the green light by the medical team, the reality star was determined to complete the challenge. He said: 'This is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I now have to accept that I've done damage to my calf and running is very difficult'. 'But I can and will carry on, not matter what, on two feet and two pedals, I'm still going to get there and get across the finish line on Friday. It's just going to be longer, harder but my reason for doing it still hasn't changed. I really hope people are digging deep for UNICEF, seeing what I'm trying to do and are getting behind this challenge.' Speaking about Sam's injury, on the road physio, Gary Lewin said: 'Sam has got a significant injury to his calf. We tried to take the weight off of it yesterday by giving him a bike day and in the afternoon he said it felt better, so we tried a bit of walking'. 'He can't put much weight on it. My advice today is we're going to start out with a walk today and then cycle and see how we get on. He's in safe hands and medical advice is he can continue'.
