Orange judge: School district had right to ban OnlyFans mom from volunteering

Yahoo10-02-2025

A judge ruled Orange County Public Schools had the authority to ban a mother from volunteering at her child's school after it was revealed she posted explicit content on the adult website OnlyFans.
Victoria Triece helped organize class parties and assisted in lab assignments at Sand Lake Elementary School, where her two children attended, as part of the district's ADDitions program. She had served as a volunteer for five years until an anonymous tipster in 2021 sent an email to the principal containing some of Triece's OnlyFans content. Then she was told she was no longer welcome.
Triece, who made international headlines after speaking out, sued two years later, accusing OCPS of violating her right to volunteer and denying her right to appeal the decision to ban her.
But the 22-page summary judgment by Judge Brian Sandor, filed Jan. 29, concluded she had no right to volunteer, and said that OCPS policies make mention of an appeals process only 'in the context of criminal history checks and an applicant's criminal history.' Even then, according to the ruling, school district policies found in court filings explicitly state that a volunteer's eligibility 'does not guarantee volunteer placement.'
'That policy does not include any language that confers any right or benefit upon an individual to participate in the program, to remain in the program, or to appeal a removal decision,' Sandor wrote. 'On these points, the policy is silent.'
The images sent to higher-ups at Sand Lake Elementary were from Triece's OnlyFans page, accessible to subscribers for a fee. When she was removed as a volunteer in 2021, Triece told reporters she always dressed appropriately on school grounds and that her day job was kept from the children. Mark NeJame, whose law firm represented Triece, blasted OCPS as being 'morality police' when the district banned her anyway.
The lawsuit further accused the district of violating Triece's right to privacy by circulating the photos to 'staff and employees that were not in need of the information,' but Sandor ruled that emails between district employees containing the images were sent 'for the purpose of carrying out OCPS's official business.' That includes releases of the email tip containing the images in response to public records requests by news outlets, including the Orlando Sentinel.
Other than that, Triece 'did not supply any evidence in support of her claim' that the photos were illegally disseminated, Sandor said. NeJame did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
'It's just not fair at all,' Triece said in 2023. 'I don't want another mom, I don't want another dad, I don't want anybody to have to deal with not seeing their child when you aren't hurting anybody.'
Her lawyers said she did nothing illegal by appearing on OnlyFans, a site popular among sex workers. Her content also wasn't a secret — a search through Triece's public social media accounts reveal less explicit but still revealing photos and videos by the mother of two, who has since gone on to model for Playboy magazine.

California man arrested on child porn allegations sues county after charges dropped

A man arrested last year on allegations of child pornography has filed a lawsuit against San Bernardino County, accusing authorities of uprooting his life, damaging his reputation and potentially targeting him over his sexuality. Nicholas Diaz was arrested last November after his home in Grand Terrace was raided by authorities. Diaz was a longtime foster parent, and as a result of the raid and ensuing charges, lost custody of one of his two adopted children. But the attorneys representing Diaz say those charges were eventually dropped, and his arrest was the result of, at best, misidentification, or, at worst, deliberate targeting of a single gay parent. According to Ontario-based McCune Law Group, Diaz became the subject of a law enforcement investigation after the discovery of his OnlyFans account, an online subscription service typically used for homemade production of adult content. Authorities viewing this account allegedly found a video that they believed featured a minor—an allegation that Diaz's attorneys say was not true, and not sufficient probable cause to warrant a raid at his home and charges. In reality, the lawsuit states, the person depicted in the video was a 'consenting adult male in his 30s.' The lawsuit alleges that warrants were drafted for his arrest through a process of shoddy or biased detective work, ultimately leading to Diaz being taken into custody at his workplace, 'causing him public humiliation and embarrassment in front of his colleagues.' He was eventually taken to his home, where authorities began an extensive search. 'Mr. Diaz offered to voluntarily provide the Sheriff's Department with any information to clear up what he knew was a mistake,' the suit reads. His attorneys also allege that Diaz informed authorities that his children were inside, and that he had requested the 'opportunity to reassure' them. That request was denied, they said, and deputies approached with guns drawn and forcibly entered the home. Diaz's attorneys claim one of his sons was pinned down on his stomach by several law enforcement officers, and had his diabetes monitoring device 'ripped out of the pump, causing the child to go into diabetic shock after he was placed in handcuffs.' The raid, and the detaining of one son, happened in front of Diaz's second adopted son. He was also eventually handcuffed and taken outside alongside his brother, where they were 'made to sit on the curb, exposed to their neighbors.' At the time of his arrest, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said no foster children were at home at the time of the search; there was no mention of Diaz's adopted children. Diaz was eventually booked into jail and held on $80,000 bail, while his photo was disseminated to the public and local media, including KTLA, after authorities stated there may be additional victims who've yet to come forward. The release of his name and photo led to Diaz losing his job, as well as receiving threats of violence against his family, his attorneys said. Diaz also lost custody of his youngest son and was granted only limited visitation rights. The charges were eventually dropped, and last month, three separate claims were filed against San Bernardino County on behalf of him and his two adopted sons. The lawsuits allege physical injury to one of the sons, emotional trauma caused by the raid and the arrest, as well as significant and irreparable damage to Diaz's reputation, career and the family's overall well-being. 'Mr. Diaz's case tells the story of a loving father, gay man, and proud member of the San Bernardino community, who found himself arrested and publicly humiliated for crimes he did not commit,' McCune Law Group wrote in a statement provided to KTLA. 'Mr. Diaz saw his family torn apart by false and biased accusations. His children were physically and mentally harmed by the raid, and by the pain of ongoing separation from their parent. They are owed peace of mind.' But his attorneys say that peace of mind can't be obtained without setting the record straight. 'To protect this family, it is crucial that we tell their true story,' the statement concludes. KTLA has reached out for comment from San Bernardino County and the District Attorney's Office. The D.A.'s Office did not respond to a request for clarification regarding charges against Diaz; a County spokesperson said it would not be appropriate to comment on the ongoing legal matter. George Santos goes on social media rant, attacks ‘so called friends' in GOP before shutting down X account

George Santos went on an unhinged and extended X rant this week, bashing everyone from frenemies, former Republican colleagues to the American justice system — and then deactivated the account. The disgraced ex-congressman — who is headed to federal prison July 25 — whined about his prison sentence and attacked his 'so called friends' in the GOP for not delivering on a pardon for seven consecutive days of posts beginning May 21, The Post has learned. The dramatic tirade culminated with the deactivation of his 200,000- follower X account Wednesday. 5 Santos only served 11 months in Congress before being exposed for having made up large parts of his resume. Dennis A. Clark 'For those asking. … Even though I initially considered the prospect of petitioning the president with a pardon application I have [ceased] that approach as I will not spend the last 61 days I have of life scrambling on how to get past a bunch of guard dogs,' Santos, 36, posted Monday. 'The so called 'friends' I have that said they'd help legit should have just told me to go f–k myself, because that's what has essentially happened with their actions. I've accepted my fate and don't want to talk about it anymore.' It's a stunning reversal for the polarizing Long Island pol, who last month wept on TV as he begged President Trump for a pardon. The posts made it seem like Santos — who's being sent away for seven years and three months for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft — believes he'll be spending the rest of his life behind bars. 'I want to focus the little time I have left on being with my family and putting my affairs in order before my untimely departure,' he wrote on May 21, the day the frenzied series of posts began. 5 Santos said he's no longer seeking a pardon from President Trump. Obtained by the New York Post 'T-61 days! Last Memorial Day ✅,' he wrote Monday. The fraudster — whose X bio read 'Former congressman from NY3 awaiting to start my arbitrary political sentence of 7.3 years in a medium security prison' — also complained about his sentence length and what he imaged life in prison to be. 'I hate the system!' he raged Sunday, about a sentence being handed to a random sexual abuser. 'This POS raped real women and caused a sea of hurt… the punishment? 6 months in prison!' 5 A judge said Santos lacked remorse for his crimes, as he sentenced him in April to more than seven years behind bars. REUTERS 'I'm considering deleting this app so I don't have to read I'm going to be raped or stabbed everyday,' he wrote Tuesday. Santos pleaded guilty in August to allegations he ripped off dozens of donors, including family and friends, while running for Congress in 2022, using campaign funds to splurge on OnlyFans subscriptions, Botox, spa treatments and lavish trips. He also collected more than $24,000 in unemployment benefits while holding a job and lied about large parts of his resume. He served just 11 months before being exposed and booted from Congress. 5 Santos went out with a bang, unleashing a series of dramatic posts on X before going dark. Obtained by the New York Post Santos took aim at his former colleagues one last time. 'Congress is full of compromised people,' he wrote last Saturday. 'Tea alert: 🚨 After speaking to several republican members they all tell me @RepGarbarino 'was not simply sleeping, he was passed out Drunk,' ' he wrote of Andrew Garbarino (R-NY) allegedly snoozing through the final passage of the 'big beautiful' bill. Garbarino's office did not reply to The Post's request for comment. 5 Santos closed down his X account. Obtained by the New York Post 'I 100% couldn't care less about social norms and acceptable standards. Where I'm going non [sic] of that matters,' Santos posted Monday. 'It's been real. I have lots of people I met here that I truly appreciate and want to thank for their kindness. …I want peace in my brain and this place is sure as shit not giving me any,' he concluded on X before his exit. Santos did not respond to The Post's request for comment.

Married Men Are Sharing The Wild Secrets They're Keeping From Their Partners, And Yiiiiikes

Recently, I asked the married men of the BuzzFeed Community to confess the wild or unhinged secrets they're keeping from their spouses, and it's...a lot. Here are some of the secrets that married men will never, ever tell their partners: 1."I know our kid isn't mine." —Anonymous, 40, Pennsylvania 2."If I had the chance, I would've picked the one who got away." —Anonymous 3."After a couple of months of being together, I went traveling alone (it was pre-planned). I met a girl on day one, and we spent the whole month together. After my trip, I flew back home to my then-girlfriend like nothing had happened. I've been married to her for 18 years now, and she will never know about what I did on that trip." —Anonymous, 39, Scotland 4."I hate my wife's whole approach to life. She lies about the small stuff that doesn't matter, is impatient about everything, feigns ignorance, has double standards, and can't accept responsibility for her actions while playing the victim. She's horrible with money and is judgmental and controlling. I can't wait to get a divorce after the kids are older." —Anonymous 5."If I could go back, I wouldn't marry her again. But she can never know that I actually feel that way." —J, 33, Texas 6."My wife thinks we have the perfect relationship and can't wait to move to Tokyo, her dream city and home. However, she doesn't understand why I don't want to move there, despite having lived there for stretches at a time. The reason is that I've cheated on her with at least 12 different coworkers, and I'm afraid of getting caught. One of the women I cheated on her with was her best friend back in Osaka. Cheating is just so widely accepted there, so everyone does it. When a married couple cheats, it's just swept under the rug. Still, I'm afraid of getting caught somehow. Her best friend expects me to sleep with her and doesn't see it as an issue. If I tell her no, I fear she'll tell my wife." —Anonymous, 29, New York 7."I scroll on Grindr sometimes. I never meet up with other men, but I do like talking to them. I'm too afraid to tell my wife; I don't even know how I feel about it most of the time." —Anonymous 8."I like to wear her underwear." —Anonymous 9."I'm subscribed to multiple OnlyFans creators." —Anonymous 10."I hooked up with her sister. It was a one-time thing that we agreed would never happen again, but the guilt eats at me because I love my wife so much. I hate myself for it." —Anonymous, 45 11."I like to lie on my back and penetrate myself (yes, it's possible). My wife CANNOT know." —Anonymous, Oregon 12."I'm in a lot of debt due to gambling." —Anonymous, 42 13."She doesn't know that I have an ex-wife with whom I share a daughter. I've been estranged from them for years now and don't plan on reaching out soon." —Anonymous, Arizona 14."When I was dating the girl who'd become my wife, three other guys and I picked up an old girlfriend of mine, drove down to the river, and took turns having sex with her. It was consensual, and she never objected. That was over 50 years ago, and she was way more experienced than any of us guys." —Anonymous 15."I like her fingers in and around my rear-end more than she does or I let on." —Anonymous "I've been sleeping with my wife's mother for 10 years now, and I'm honestly not sure how to break it off — or that I even want to. I can't say I don't fear getting caught, but it's the perfect way to cheat. No one suspects anything when I'm at my in-laws' since we started dating when we were 18. We've been together for 15 years, and I first slept with my mother-in-law when I was 23. The first time was a mistake. The second time was to get it out of our system. Now? I sometimes sleep with my wife's mother more than with my wife. It's strictly sex, though. There is no love or attachment beyond that, and my marriage to my wife has never been stronger. We just closed on a home and are planning for kids soon. We don't fight; it's been perfect. However, if she ever found out about what I've been doing with her mom, I know she'd divorce me without question." —Anonymous, 33, New York Well, I need to lie down now.
