EXEED revolutionizes Middle East supply chain of parts with launch of 12,000 square meters spare parts hub, doubling efficiency and speed
EXEED, a leading premium automotive brand, has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art Middle East spare parts distribution center in Dubai. Spanning an impressive 12,000 square meters, this facility marks the largest of its kind established by EXEED in the region. Strategically positioned to serve the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the center will also extend its reach to West and North Africa through a robust logistics network.
Strategic Location and Advanced Technology Drive Operational Excellence
The new distribution center is strategically located just 15 minutes from Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, ensuring rapid response to market demands and timely delivery of spare parts. EXEED has integrated cutting-edge intelligent and digitalized systems, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Integrated Distribution Management System (IDMS), to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. The facility features 22 high-level shelves and an 8,000-square-meter mezzanine shelving system, offering 25,000 storage locations that house 22,000 varieties of original spare parts, catering to the repair needs of diverse vehicle models. Additionally, the center is equipped with 14 shipping ports, significantly boosting its cargo throughput capacity to process up to 4 containers daily.
With the new distribution center, EXEED has dramatically reduced the stocking cycle and transportation lead time for regular spare parts from 30 days to just 4 and 5 days, respectively. VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts can now be supplied within 24 hours, marking a significant leap in delivery efficiency. This development not only enhances EXEED's service network in the Middle East but also reinforces the brand's commitment to delivering consistent product and service quality, thereby solidifying its foothold in the region.
Localization of Aftersales Services
EXEED's global user base exceeds 350,000 vehicles, with the Middle East being a pivotal market. The establishment of the spare parts distribution center underscores EXEED's dedication to localizing its aftersales services, ensuring a seamless experience for its growing customer base in the region.
Future-Oriented Vision
At the opening ceremony, Zhang Guibing, Executive Vice President of Chery Automobile, EXEED's parent company, emphasized the center's strategic importance: "Guided by our philosophy of 'In Somewhere, For Somewhere,' we are committed to enhancing brand experiences, fostering local employment, and contributing to sustainable development. As we expand globally, we aim to collaborate with more partners to deliver superior brand and service experiences, while driving innovation and value in the Middle East's sustainable development."
Looking Ahead
Moving forward, EXEED plans to further elevate its service system in the Middle East, leveraging the region as an innovation hub to explore high-end market potential and advance its globalization strategy in the UAE. This initiative will enable EXEED to offer even more exceptional products and services to consumers worldwide.

Gulf capital raising set to surge as global investors seek diversification amid volatility
Over 300 global institutional investors met with more than 100 Middle East corporates and all seven bourses from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) at HSBC's GCC Exchange Conference in London this week. The event comes as tariff uncertainty reshapes capital flows, with global investors increasingly turning to the Gulf for stable yield, reform-driven growth and maturing capital markets. Now in its fourth year, conversations at the conference focused on the increasing appeal of the GCC as the region continues to register record IPO pipelines, deepen sovereign and corporate bond markets and expand private credit platforms – all underpinned by strong fiscal buffers and multi-year economic transformation agendas. The continued liberalisation of GCC financial markets and the introduction of privatisation programmes by GCC governments are converging at a time when investors are seeking diversification from global volatility. GCC capital markets remained resilient in the first quarter of the year with IPO proceeds 33% higher compared to the first quarter of 2024, despite a slowdown in issuances globally. [1] Haitham Salim Al Salmi, CEO, Muscat Stock Exchange, said: 'We are working with the Oman Investment Authority and the government to pave the way for sizable and profitable private companies as part of their divestment plan. We aim to enhance MSX's contribution to the national economy through our main initiatives such as launching an SME listing platform, facilitating accessibility to the market and establishing international linkages in parallel with our subsidiary Muscat Clearing & Depository.' Elie El Asmar, Chief Executive, HSBC Oman commented: 'Oman has an increasingly powerful story to tell global investors which is evidenced by a surge in foreign direct investment over the past five years, liberalisation of foreign ownership rules and huge strides taken in the journey from emerging to developed market status. Strategic reforms, robust infrastructure and a strong commitment to economic diversification continue to unlock new opportunities for international partnerships and sustainable growth.' This year, for the first time, HSBC brought together Emerging Market (EM) Macro Strategists with GCC attendees, as EM investors dial-up their exposure to the Gulf's capital markets driven by strong GDP projections relative to the broader EM pool. -Ends- Media enquiries to: Tony Hannon Ahmad Othman HSBC in the MENAT region HSBC is the largest and most widely represented international banking organisation in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye (MENAT), with a presence in nine countries across the region: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates. UAE-based Digital Ink partners with AI specialist Smart Elephant to drive innovation across GCC and North America
Ras Al Khaimah-based Digital Ink, a leader in next-gen marketing, and UK-based Smart Elephant, an AI and development solutions specialist, have announced a strategic commercial partnership focusing on the GCC region and North America. The alliance will bring together creative strategic expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver more innovative, more impactful brand solutions. For the past two years, both companies have been active members of the Dscoop community, building relationships, sharing ideas, and discovering a mutual drive to improve things. 'We didn't stumble into this,' said Chris Minn, Founder and CEO of Digital Ink. 'Smart Elephant shares our hunger to challenge the status quo. I've always taken pride in being a positive disruptor, pushing boundaries, building value, and creating campaigns that move people. This partnership reflects that mindset only now; we're combining our energy with serious tech firepower.' This has been in the works for some time. 'Harrison Bailey, the founder of Smart Elephant and his team visited me in Dubai some months ago,' Minn added. 'We spent days mapping out how we could align our companies, our values, and our goals. This partnership isn't just strategic, it's intentional.' Smart Elephant brings more than technical power to the table; it brings vision. The company has made a name for itself by integrating rising student talent directly into real-world projects, offering a rare blend of cost-efficiency and future-ready thinking. 'It's a win-win,' said Harrison Bailey, Founder of Smart Elephant. Companies get access to the sharpest minds of tomorrow, and students get meaningful, career-shaping experience.' Bailey's connection to the Dscoop community deepened during his time as a Business Analyst intern, where he worked at the 2024 Indianapolis event and with the academia program. That experience helped shape the Smart Elephant ethos: invest in people, build boldly, and keep pushing forward. 'We have the technical expertise, proven methods, and scalable solutions across marketing automation and app development,' Bailey added. 'But what's exciting about this partnership is the chance to fuse that with bold creative energy. Together with Digital Inc., we're not just building smarter tools, we're creating experiences that truly connect.' The partnership will also focus on AI development and driving AI adoption across key industries. Initial efforts will center on innovation in the print sector, with a strategic expansion into education in the GCC a space both companies see as ripe for transformation. And there may be a small visual cue of this new alliance. 'When you see us operating in partnership with Digital Inc., you might notice our elephant has a slight orange tinge,' Bailey said. 'It's a subtle nod to our alignment and shared mission in those regions.' This collaboration marks more than growth; it signals a shared commitment to innovation, relevance, and results.
