Molly Marsh and Zachariah Noble are leaving their love island separately.
The Love Island UK alums—who met and started dating during season 10 of the reality show in 2023—have called it quits after nearly two years together on and off.
"I just want to confirm the rumours," Molly wrote on her Instagram Story July 9. "Myself and Zac have split up and are no longer together."
But the 23-year-old insisted that the former couple have no bad blood.
"We have parted ways as friends," she said, "and thank you all for your love and support of our relationship over the past 2 years."
As for Zachariah, the 28-year-old has yet to publicly address the breakup. However, he has provided some insight into what he's been up to since they parted ways.
In his own Instagram Story shared the same day, Zachariah posed for a shirtless selfie while wearing wireless headphones. Alongside the snap, he wrote, "20 minute HIT complete locked the f--k in."

In fact, the reality TV personality has been especially focused on his fitness journey as of late. One day before Molly announced their split, Zachariah shared how much progress he's made in achieving his weight loss goals.
Alongside a photo of a scale that read 99.6 KG (about 220 lbs.), he explained, "A goal I set more than a year ago was to get under 100KG again. Job done."
Noting that "14.6KG has been lost" so far, Zachariah added, "Now let's crush the next set of goals."
This isn't the first time Molly and Zachariah have gone their separate ways. Seven months after finishing season 10 of Love Island UK in fourth place, the couple broke up due to their relationship being long distance.
Shortly after, however, the pair rekindled their romance, and in August 2024, they shared that they had moved in together.
'We're definitely stronger now," Molly told OK! at the time. "We've even got a dog together now."
And the musical theater performer said that their decision to move in together was influenced by their unique experience being on the show.
"When we were on Love Island we lived together, really, then you go your separate ways and get to know each other more," she explained. "It was completely backwards.'
Molly added, "It's been easier for us to live together than be apart because that's what we were used to every day in the beginning."

Kate Middleton Says She's Going Through a 'Really, Really Difficult' Phase of Life After Skipping Royal Events

Kate Middleton says she's navigating a 'really, really difficult' period of life after skipping royal events amid her cancer recovery. In a rare candid conversation about her cancer journey, the Princess of Wales opened up about how hard it is to go back to her normal life after chemotherapy. More from SheKnows Why Kate Middleton Is No Longer Wearing Her Engagement Ring That Belonged to Princess Diana 'You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment. Treatment's done, then it's like, 'I can crack on, get back to normal,' but actually, the phase afterwards is really, really difficult,' the 43-year-old royal said while at Colchester Hospital in Essex on July 2, visiting the hospital's specially designed well-being garden that offers a restorative space for patients, NHS staff, and visitors. 'You're not necessarily under the clinical team any longer, but you're not able to function normally at home as you perhaps once used to,' the Princess of Wales continued. 'And actually, someone to help talk you through that, show you and guide you through that sort of phase that comes after treatment, I think is really valuable.' Middleton, who announced her cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment in March 2024, called being able to talk through her experience 'life-changing.' 'You have to find your new normal and that takes time…and it's a rollercoaster, it's not smooth, like you expect it to be,' she said. 'But the reality is you go through hard times.' Middleton spent much of 2024 out of the public eye, save for a few appearances at Trooping the Colour and Wimbledon. In September 2024, she announced that she was finished with cancer treatment and revealed in January that she was in remission. Since then, we've seen more of Middleton, including with appearances at the 2025 Trooping the Colour and Order of the Garter. However, she notably skipped the Royal Ascot in June amid reports that she was still figuring out the 'right balance' amid her of SheKnows 13 Celebrities Who Secretly Welcomed Children During Affairs A Look Back At Lindsay Lohan's Long-Term Relationships Over the Years All the Best Fashion Moments from Lindsay Lohan's Acting Comeback

Kate Middleton 'Missing' Prince William's Polo Match Is Getting Called Out for All the Wrong Reasons

Kate Middleton is making headlines after being absent from Prince William's charity polo match, and the angle is utterly unfair. The Princess of Wales was not in attendance at the Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup 2025 at Guards Polo Club in Windsor on July 11, where her husband competed in a fundraiser that raises money for several charities the couple is involved in. More from SheKnows 11 of Prince William & Kate Middleton's Biggest Relationship Controversies Several outlets were quick to note the 43-year-old's absence, something that has been repeated across coverage of royal outings in recent months. What we see less often, of course, are headlines noting when Prince William skips one of Middleton's royal events, as he did on July 2, when Middleton visited the RHS Wellbeing Garden at Colchester Hospital in Essex, to name one recent example. A woman doesn't need a reason to skip events that her husband attends, but if she did, Middleton has plenty. The Duchess of Cambridge stepped back from public duties in early 2024 before revealing her cancer diagnosis that March. She continued to stay almost entirely out of the public eye until finishing treatment in September, and has been open about the challenges of readjusting to life after cancer. 'You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment. Treatment's done, then it's like, 'I can crack on, get back to normal,' but actually, the phase afterwards is really, really difficult,' Middleton candidly revealed at her July 2 appearance. 'You have to find your new normal and that takes time…and it's a roller coaster, it's not smooth, like you expect it to be,' Middleton explained, something we could all do a better job of listening to as she justifiably picks and chooses what to spend her time of SheKnows Jennifer Aniston's Complete Dating History, From Tate Donovan to Justin Theroux Amber Heard's Entire Dating History: Johnny Depp, Elon Musk, & More 11 of Prince William & Kate Middleton's Biggest Relationship Controversies

Senior aides to the King and Duke of Sussex pictured together in London

Senior aides to the King and Duke of Sussex have been pictured together in London in what is reported to be an initial step towards restoring the relationship between Harry and the rest of the royal family. Images obtained by the the Mail On Sunday show Meredith Maines, the duke's chief communications officer, and Liam Maguire, who runs Harry and Meghan's UK public relations team, meeting the King's communications secretary Tobyn Andreae at the Royal Over-Seas League near Clarence House. The Mail reports it is not known which side initiated the meeting, but a source told the paper: 'There's a long road ahead, but a channel of communication is now open for the first time in years. 'There was no formal agenda, just casual drinks. There were things both sides wanted to talk about.' The rift between the Sussexes and the royal family opened significantly following their 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, during which they alleged a member of the family was concerned about their son Archie's skin tone before he was born. Then the duke claimed in his controversial memoir, Spare, his brother the Prince of Wales had physically attacked him and that the King put his own interests above Harry's and was jealous of Meghan. Harry's level of security changed in 2020 when he and Meghan stepped down as working royals and moved to California for financial and personal freedom, and he suggested the royal family and officials hoped his realisation of the increased safety risk 'would force us to come back'. The duke failed in an appeal against the dismissal of his High Court claim against the Home Office, over the decision of the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) that he should receive a different degree of protection when in the UK. In a BBC television interview after losing the latest round in his court battle over his security, Harry claimed the King will not speak to him and he does not know 'how much longer my father has' as he spoke of his hopes for a 'reconciliation' with his family. Charles was diagnosed with cancer in February last year.
