12 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrike on crowded market in Gaza City
Among the victims was Dr. Ahmad Qandil, a consultant general surgeon at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital. The strike targeted a popular marketplace near Ramzon al-Samer in the Al-Daraj neighborhood, one of the most densely populated areas of the city.
The latest attack brings up the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks across the enclave since the early hours of the day to 50, according to medical sources.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 57,882 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 138,095 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. WAFA

Over 700 killed in Gaza while waiting for water
Gaza's government media office has reported that more than 700 Palestinians have been killed in 'Israeli' strikes targeting locations where residents were gathering to fill water containers. In an official statement, the office described these attacks as part of what it called a 'systematic thirst war,' claiming that over 100 water collection points have been hit and 720 wells intentionally destroyed, cutting off clean water access for more than 1.25 million people. The statement also accused 'Israel' of blocking the entry of 12 million litres of fuel each month, the minimum needed to operate essential infrastructure, including water wells, sewage facilities, and waste management services. This fuel restriction, the office said, has led to the near-collapse of Gaza's water and sanitation systems and has contributed to the spread of disease, particularly among children.

These convoys will also carry donated blood supplies in response to urgent appeals from inside Gaza. These units are being coordinated for delivery through the Jordanian field hospital network to support medical facilities operating in Gaza. A Reflection of Jordan's Steadfast Commitment Shubli emphasized that the resumption of aid convoys reflects Jordan's unwavering commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, to support the Palestinian people. The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, in coordination with the Jordanian Armed Forces, resumed dispatching convoys last Wednesday amid a worsening humanitarian and living crisis in Gaza. Jordan's humanitarian assistance is considered among the most consistent and impactful, earning widespread appreciation from Gazans for its direct and tangible support in alleviating their daily suffering. 'Our efforts are a symbol of solidarity and a lifeline for thousands facing dire conditions,' Shubli affirmed.
