But what's next for our Firehouse 51 favorites? Keep scrolling for all the piping hot intel on Chicago Fire Season 14.
What Will Chicago Fire Season 14 Be About?
During the Chicago Fire Season 13 finale, Herrmann admitted that a desk job, like chief, is not for him and went to Commissioner Grissom with a proposition. Herrmann stepped down to be a regular firefighter so that his friend Mouch could step up as Engine's lieutenant. The efficiency expert's warning in an earlier episode that layoffs and forced resignations are coming was on top of Herrmann's mind as he made his decision.
Showrunner Andrea Newman told TVLine to expect CFD layoffs in Season 14: 'We're going to have a lot of turnover,' the EP shared, 'and a lot craziness going on in the CFD from the top, where people are being cut and moved, and everything's going to get shaken up next season.'
Who Is Returning to Chicago Fire Season 14?
Taylor Kinney, Miranda Rae Mayo and Dermot Mulroney have all inked deals to return for Season 14 of the flagship firefighter drama. Other cast members expected to return are David Eigenberg, Joe Minoso, Jocelyn Hudon, Hanako Greensmith and Christian Stolte.
Daniel Kyri — aka Darren Ritter — exited Chicago Fire as a series regular in Season 13, but recently shared on Instagram that he will return in Season 14 for a 'limited time.'
Jake Lockett, who played Sam Carver, also exited in Season 13, but wasn't officially written off the show. It is unknown whether he, too, will return to wrap up his storyline.
As previously reported, Michael Bradway, who appeared in 17 episodes between Seasons 12 and 13, will not return as Severide's half-brother Jack Damon in Season 14.
Who Is Joining Chicago Fire Season 14?
Fresh off Wolf's one-and-done Prime Video procedural On Call, Brandon Larracuente has joined the cast of the NBC firefighter drama as a series regular. Character details are being kept under wraps.

'Project Runway' alum alleges Andy Cohen was more of a 'predator' on set than Harvey Weinstein
Project Runway is back on the air again, which seems to have prompted one alum to air her grievances against the show and former executive producer Andy Cohen. Season 5 contestant Kenley Collins opened up in an explosive social media post, criticizing the reality TV design competition and comparing Cohen to convicted sexual predator Harvey Weinstein. 'Do you guys really think Harvey Weinstein was the worst one on set? Andy Cohen was,' Collins alleges in a series of videos she posted on her Instagram account. The Weinstein Company produced the early seasons of the show when it was airing on Bravo, and Cohen, who Collins alleges was a 'predator' on set, was also an executive producer from 2004 to 2008. 'Andy Cohen was disgusting, horrible, worst, predator with the gays, hopping around the set like, 'Hey Twinks!' Collins alleged. The Project Runway and All Stars alum claims that she witnessed the longtime Bravo host and producer of 'propositioning designers to have a threesome.' 'We called you 'The Gay Weinstein,' acting like a f*cking clown on set,' Collins said. The 37-year-old fashion designer also brought up allegations made by Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Nene Leakes and referenced the ongoing court cases that have claimed Cohen is guilty of establishing a hostile workplace. 'NBC can pay all the money in the world to cover your ass after Nene spoke the truth about you,' Kenley continued. 'You're a racist predator. You're finished.' Although she dropped her lawsuit in 2022, Leakes claimed that Cohen and other network executives from Bravo and NBC Universal violated federal employment and anti-discrimination laws by fostering "a corporate and workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated — if not, encouraged,' People reported. But she isn't the only one who alleges that Cohen and other producers are bad actors. Former Real Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney has an ongoing lawsuit against Cohen, Bravo Media, NBC Universal Media, Warner Bros. Discovery, production company Shed Media US, and two producers who she alleges exploited her addiction while she was on the show. In March, the judge dismissed all of the charges except for three of McSweeney's disability-related claims, and an outside investigation into the claims that McSweeney and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville made against Cohen was 'found to be unsubstantiated.' In a follow-up post on Instagram, Collins thanked her fans for their support and alluded to the possibility that she would reveal more details in the future. 'It's been a scary yet freeing past few days. I'm not stopping. There is more to come,' she captioned the post. 'Thank you guys for the love and support. I did not expect that. I'm very touched. Stay tuned.' Cohen did not immediately respond to PRIDE's request for comment. Brad Pitt's Mom Once Gushed About How 'Proud' She Was of Him
Brad Pitt's Mom Once Gushed About How 'Proud' She Was of Him originally appeared on Parade. Brad Pitt's mother, Jane Etta, once gushed about how "proud" she was of her son's philanthropic work years before her death at the age of 84. Over the years, Brad, 61, has been sure to take advantage of his platform by helping those in need. In 2009, he and his siblings, Doug Pitt and Julie Pitt, donated $1 million to a Missouri hospital. The money helped the organization open a new wing named after their mother called the Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center. The donation helped make history when the hospital hired the first pediatric oncologist and hematologist in the southwest Missouri region. In 2018, Jane spoke to WorldServe International and praised her children from helping those in need. 'I'm very proud of all my children. They see a need and try to step in and fill it,' she said at the time. 'Whether it's a disaster in New Orleans [which Brad helped with], or all the things in Tanzania that Doug does do, or Julie's wonderful, wonderful work in Ethiopia. It's an amazing thing.' It seems that Brad and his siblings may have been inspired to get involved in philanthropy following Jane's lead. Doug, 58, founded the ServiceWorld Computer Center in 1991, which both he and Jane were heavily involved with. Brad's brother also founded Care to Learn, which helps students. Additionally, Doug has served as the Goodwill Ambassador of Tanzania since 2010. One of Jane's granddaughters, Sidney Pitt, broke her silence when posting a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. 'My sweet Grammy, Jane Etta, we were not ready for you to go yet but knowing you are finally free to sing, dance, and paint again makes it a tad easier,' she wrote in the caption.
