"We're doing the match for Little Havens but also in honour of Paul Danan, the Hollyoaks actor who helped organise last year's match and sadly passed away earlier this year," said organiser, motivational speaker and celebrity player, Matthew Riggs.
"We've got quite a few good celebrities coming down to play against the Fattys Bar team so I'm expecting it will be quite good fun.
"There's also going to be an after-match event at the bar, with 100 per cent of all takings going to Little Havens."

Little Havens, based in Thundersley, is Essex's only children's hospice, and provides end of life care to youngsters and support to families through the most difficult time of their lives.
Support - A range of celebrities will be playing in this month's charity match (Image: Matthew Riggs) "It takes a huge amount of money to run the hospice each year and to provide care not only at the hospice but in the families' homes too," said a spokesperson for Fattys Bar.
"All services provided are free to the families in Little havens care and this can only be provided because of the donations from the local community.
"The football match was the idea of one of our regulars at Fattys Bar, Keiran Morgan, who is an ex professional football player."
Star - Boyzone singer Shane Lynch will be among the players (Image: Ian West) A range of celebrities from the worlds of TV, music, film and sport will be playing in the match on Saturday May 24.
Aron Lane, fundraising officer at Havens hospices said: 'We're incredibly grateful to Fattys Bar and everyone involved in the celebrity football match for their amazing support. Last year's event raised more than £4,000 for the hospice, which made a real difference to local families."

Love Island star Dani Dyer's dreams of more children as she plans 'honeymoon baby' after wedding
Dani Dyer and Jarrod Bowen tied the knot in a lavish countryside ceremony at the weekend, surrounded by their nearest and dearest and are reportedly already thinking about growing their sweet family again. The couple, who are already proud parents to twin daughters Summer and Star, both two and four-year-old Santiago from Dani's previous relationship, would reportedly 'love more kids'. Now, sources have claimed that the newlyweds are already planning to have more children with one another. But things have been carefully planned around the football season due to Jarrod's commitments with West Ham United and his national team duty. Read more: 'ITV Love Island series 12 cast has no Essex contestants in the initial line up - it won't be the same without the Essex charm' Read more: Essex family 'devastated' after dog 'stolen' from farmyard after "suspicious vehicle" spotted A source claimed to Heat : 'They were planning a family holiday after the football season ended, but now they've extended their honeymoon, so they can have some alone time together. Then they'll do another holiday with the kids.' The source went on to claim: 'They've both said they'd have more kids while they're still young, so now could be the perfect time to try for another'. Dani gave a honeymoon update before the lavish wedding and revealed they would be having a romantic honeymoon in Italy without their young children, joking that a holiday with three children is 'not a holiday'. The reality star said: 'For the honeymoon, we're going to take a short four-day break just for us. A holiday with three kids is definitely not a holiday, so we need a little time for ourselves to recharge' Dani added that the trip was 'up in the air' as they were unsure if Jarrod would be working the weekend after the wedding and playing football for England. The source added that Jarrod isn't going to be working now, so Dani thought about 'extending their break'.View this post on InstagramA post shared by ♡ Dani Dyer-Bowen ♡ (@danidyerxx) Dani has previously shared her hesitations towards having more children as she joked: 'Four kids is a lot and my car would have to be even bigger than it is now'. She added that she 'might' have more babies in the future, but 'for now' she is focusing on herself. The couple's love story began in late 2021 when they were simply neighbours. Friendship quickly blossomed into something more, and the former Love Island winner and professional footballer quickly became inseparable. Their family life expanded in May 2023 with the birth of twin daughters, Summer and Star, before a romantic proposal in July 2024. After nearly three years of dating, Dani and Jarrod announced their engagement during a stunning trip to Ibiza. The couple's wedding took place in June 2025 at the luxurious Langley Hotel in Buckinghamshire, with Dani's father, EastEnders legend Danny Dyer, walking her down the aisle. Dani's white off-the-shoulder gown by British designer Suzanne Neville cost a whopping £10,000 and was paid for by her parents. She later shared a video on her social media with highlights from the special day, including when her dad first saw her as a bride, the reception and the blushing bridesmaids.

First dibs: SIDES, founded by KSI & other UK YouTubers, brings its fried chicken to Bugis+
SIDES is a UK fast food joint with 5 outlets located in places like Essex, Manchester, and Wembley. If you've been to England and were obsessed with their crispy fried chicken, brace yourselves! They'll be opening their first international branch, SIDES Singapore on at + on 5 Jun 2025. SIDES was founded by popular YouTuber and boxer KSI and 6 other friends, also known as Sidemen, who have over a whopping 22 million subscribers! To be completely honest, I don't know who most of them are — though I do recall KSI making an appearance as a guest judge on Britain's Got Talent. The fast food chain is known for its spicy, hot fried chicken, tantalising sides, unique sauces and milkshakes. We got a sneak peek of SIDES SINGAPORE, conveniently located right next to Paco FunWorld on Level 3. The restaurant has a clean futuristic-industrial look with booth seats, white tiles and bluish neon lights. We started off with the Classic Burger (S$12.50) and Ultimate Nashville Burger (S$12.90). They were huge by the way… think Carl's Jr-sized! There was no way I could fit any of the burgers into my mouth without giving them a slight squish first. The Classic Burger has a thick slab of Nashville fried chicken, topped with sliced pickles, tomatoes, and slathered with secret sauce. The meat is doubled dipped and double coated, which explains the extra crispiness. That said, if you're not a fan of breast meat, it can start to feel a bit too much and a little in-your-face after a while. The secret sauce is intriguing and has a multi-layered flavour. It reminded me of a mixture or tartar and Thousand Island — tangy and sharp. For the Ultimate Nashville Burger, you'll be able to choose the heat level — from 0 to 3! Like the Classic, it also has a thick chunk of golden-fried chicken breast, complemented by coleslaw and sliced tomatoes. We selected Level 1 (Nashville Mild) which just had a light tinge of spice. Taste-wise, this was our favourite. If chicken tenders are your jam, the Nashville Tender is a must-try! You can get the 4 Piece Tenders Meal with Waffle Fries (S$16.50), that also comes with 2 sauces and a drink. The tenders are delightfully crunchy on the outside, while managing to stay moist and tender on the inside. We chose the HOTTEST option — Level 3 (Nashville Hot). The heat was a slow burn, hiding its fiery heat even after the first mouthful. However, after subsequent bites, the spiciness builds and was relentless. I didn't feel the need to reach for a cold glass of milk, so it really wasn't that intense! There are also sides like Corn Ribs (S$4), Chilli Poppers (S$4), and Mac & Cheese (S$4). The best part about my visit to SIDES Singapore was taste testing all 9 of its sauces. Though each of them had its unique identity, the ones that stood out to me were the Buttermilk Ranch, Nashville Cheese, Garlic Mayo and Chocolate Barbeque. My least favourite was the X|X Buffalo, which had notes of red Tabasco sauce that didn't resonate with me. Don't forget to try the milkshakes to wash it all down like the Vanilla Marshmallow, Salted Caramel and Chocolate Brownie (S$9.90 each). Head over to Bugis+ for a taste of Britain's fast food royalty. Brave the queues during peak hype or wait till things calm down — the choice is yours!
