PGA Tour money: No changes at the top but 3M winner Kurt Kityama, runnerup Sam Stevens move up
So did Sam Stevens, who made a run of birdies late to give himself a chance to win, and ended in second place.
They were the primary movers on the money list, since the top-21 players did not enter the tournament at TPC Twin Cities. Sam Burns, who was 22nd, stayed in that spot even with a tie for 61st and more than $18,000.
Kitayama went from 103rd to 55th on the money list and passed the $2 million mark ($2,532,969). Stevens went from 42nd to 28th with $915,600 and now has more than $4 million.
How many millionaires are on the PGA Tour?
Garrick Higgo (tie for 39th, $34,860) and Patrick Fishburn (tie for 44th, $24,696) became the most recent players to earn $1 million or more on the course this season, bringing the total to 112. There were 110 at this time last year.
Kitayama became one of 71 players who have earned $2 million or more and Stevens joined the list of 28 who have earned $4 million or more.

Browns K Dustin Hopkins looking to rebound in 2025 season
Browns K Dustin Hopkins looking to rebound in 2025 season originally appeared on The Sporting News During the 2022 (L.A. Chargers) and 2023 (Cleveland Browns) seasons, Dustin Hopkins was nearly perfect with a make percentage over 90%. During the 2023 Browns season, Hopkins made 8 of 10 on kicks over 50 yards and became a lethal weapon. Then during the 2024 offseason, he signed a three-year extension worth $15.9 million, and it all went downhill. Last year, Hopkins only made 66.7% of his kicks, which included only four of eight from 50-plus and three missed extra points. Even though last season there were talks about cutting him, he appears to be getting back to form as he kicked a game-winner in practice on Monday. We don't usually hear a ton on kickers out of camp, but seeing him get confidence early should only help his season get off to a better start than last year. Hopkins will be dealing with a short fuse by fans, and a few costly kicks missed at the beginning of the season could easily cost him his job.
