For Ali Fazal, it was a significant challenge, as his role required a transformation unlike anything he had done before. Ali Fazal has come a long way in his acting career. From theatre stages in Dehradun to Bollywood hits and international milestones, the actor's journey is a testament to versatility, talent, and grit. With every role, Fazal brings depth and presence to the characters as well as continues to push creative boundaries. During an interview with Bollywood Bubbles, the dynamic actor shared his experiences on shooting Mirzapur and opened up about his famous role, Guddu Bhaiya. Talking about his portrayal of Guddu Bhaiya in Mirzapur, Fazal revealed it was a significant challenge, as his role required a transformation unlike anything he had done before. 'It was very different from who I am, from what we've grown up seeing. So, I did some study and tried to understand the people and their environment," the actor revealed. The actor credited Mirzapur's writer and director, Puneet Krishna, with helping him prepare for the role. Fazal further revealed that he used to take notes on little linguistic nuances, as the region has its different way of speaking. When questioned about how difficult or easy it was for him to use abusive language, the actor clarified, 'To be honest, more than me, the other characters were the ones who were using gaalis. In fact, in season 2, I didn't use a single gaali because season 1 had enough of that." When he was asked if delivering such lines came naturally to him, Fazal replied, 'Nahi aajati hai. Abh, mahaul hi aisa hai…Itna Kehna Kaafi hai." Talking about his most memorable moment on set, Fazal revealed the very first day of the shooting would be his most cherished memory. Fazal explained they were shooting a classroom scene when he felt intense pressure and nervousness despite all the preparations, and to overcome this fear and appear more intimidating, the actor unconsciously changed his walk and posture. 'That posture, that vibe – it all came from that one moment," the actor recalled. Additionally, Fazal reflected on the global popularity of Guddu Bhaiya and said, 'It feels nice, I mean that you've reached people." The actor further showed gratitude to Indian audiences as well as fans at the global base for showing this much love and adoration for his character in Mirzapur. First Published:

‘The Batman: Part II' script completed, set for 2027 Oct release

In a much-anticipated development, Matt Reeves and Mattson Tomlin have officially completed the script for The Batman: Part II, marking a major milestone for the next chapter in DC's gritty reboot of the Dark Knight saga. The duo confirmed the news through a joint Instagram post featuring a blurred black-and-white image of the screenplay, subtly bearing the title and the iconic bat symbol — enough to send the internet into a frenzy. Reeves, who helmed 2022's The Batman, captioned the post: 'Partners in Crime (Fighters),' sparking speculation about the possible introduction of Robin, Batman's legendary sidekick who was notably absent from the first installment. Fans have long hoped for Robin's inclusion in this darker, more psychological universe, and the caption — paired with the image — seems to nod toward fresh character dynamics and a deeper exploration of the Batman mythos. The sequel, which was first announced in April 2022 following the original film's critical and commercial success, is slated for release on October 1, 2027. The Batman grossed more than $772 million globally, and Robert Pattinson's noir-driven portrayal of the Caped Crusader received widespread acclaim for its raw intensity and grounded tone. While plot details remain under wraps, expectations are soaring that Part II will continue exploring Gotham's decaying soul, its twisted morality, and possibly expand the rogues' gallery introduced in the first film. With memorable turns by Paul Dano's Riddler, Colin Farrell's Penguin, and Zoë Kravitz's Catwoman, the bar has been set high. The script completion signals that production is gearing up, and fans can now begin the countdown to what is shaping up to be one of the most significant superhero films of the next decade. Whether it's Robin's arrival or Gotham's further descent into madness, Batman's next chapter is officially in motion.
