Hay, Neesham and Robinson will join the squad as additional cover for Michael Bracewell, Mark Chapman, Glenn Phillips, and Rachin Ravindra, who are all involved in the Major League Cricket final on Monday.
BLACKCAPS head coach Rob Walter expressed his disappointment for Allen.
'We're really gutted for Finn,' said Walter.
'I was looking forward to working with him and seeing him continue his form from the MLC, but unfortunately, injuries happen.

According to New Zealand's head coach, Rob Walter, it was unfortunate to lose Latham. 'It's hugely disappointing to lose Tom again," said Walter. 'He's been working hard and had been tracking well towards the second Test but unfortunately today he couldn't pass his fitness tests. He's extremely gutted he won't be able to take the park, and we're really feeling for him." ECB to abandon Hundred-branded balls
London [UK], August 6 (ANI): The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) will not use the white Kookaburra balls that came with a Hundred-branding as it was criticised by several players for low scores in the tournament last year, according to ESPNcricinfo.
