When a new hotel opens, it often brings along with it one, maybe two culinary attractions. Honestly, in a city as densely populated as London, hotels don't often have the space to house more than a couple of restaurants in the center of the city. However, Raffles London at The OWO made itself stand out from the moment it opened in 2023 with nine dining venues, including four from two different Michelin-starred chefs.

The hotel has nine dining concepts and three bars. Five of the nine restaurants and two of the bars are operated by the hotel itself. 'All offer a diverse gastronomy,' says Harris. 'No one concept is the same, allowing guests to indulge and imbibe in a melting pot of global cuisine, crafted by the world's most renowned culinary masterminds.'
Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO is the namesake signature restaurant at the property from Michelin-starred chef Maura Colagreco. This year, the spot won its first Michelin star. In addition, the property has two other restaurants from Colagrecco (Mauro's Table, an experience focused on British ingredients, and Saison by Mauro Colagrecco, an all-day Mediterranean concept). There is also The Drawing Room (a spot for afternoon tea and cocktails), The Guards Bar and Lounge (a bar with views of the Changing of the Guard), The Spy Bar (a hidden speakeasy that pays tribute to MI5 and MI6), Pillar Kitchen (a health-focused concept) and Paper Moon (an Italian restaurant with Milanese roots).
Independently, Raffles London at The OWO is also home to Kioku by Endo, a rooftop restaurant with Japanese-inspired cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Endo Kazutoshi, and Kioku Sake Bar. The rooftop restaurant recently welcomed a new head sushi chef, Shibata Takehito, a protégé of Endo Kazutoshi, who works alongside executive chef George Gkoregias.

For example, according to Harris, The Spy Bar was where James Bond author Ian Fleming used to visit in his role as a British Naval Intelligence Officer. Other on-site dining venues have historical significance, including Saison by Mauro Colagreco, whose site was once the historic library of the Old War Office. 'By incorporating elements of history into its cuisine, Raffles London at The OWO ensures that each dining experience is one-of-a-kind,' says Harris.
