Ghost kicked off their 'Skeletour World Tour 2025' on Tuesday (April 15th) in Manchester, England, playing a 21-song set that included the live debut of six tunes. The concert also marked the band's first show fronted by Papa V Perpetua.
The Manchester gig launched a UK/European leg that runs through May 24th in Oslo, Norway. A US leg will commence on July 9th in Baltimore, and wrap up August 16th in Houston (pick up tickets here).

The Swedish band is touring in support of its new album, SKELETÁ, which is set to arrive April 25th. In addition to performing the LP's previously released singles 'Satanized' and 'Lachryma' for the first time in concert, Ghost premiered the album's as-yet-unreleased songs 'Peacefield' and 'Umbra.'
Another live debut, 'The Future Is a Foreign Land,' appeared on the soundtrack to the band's 2024 big-screen movie RITE HERE RITE NOW, while the song 'Darkness at the Heart of My Love' from 2022's IMPERA was also performed for the first time.
The setlist leaned heavily on Ghost's 2015 album, MELIORA, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The band played seven songs from the LP, including favorites like 'Cirice' and 'From the Pinnacle to the Pit.'
An encore consisted of three of Ghost's biggest tunes: 'Mary on a Cross,' 'Dance Macabre,' and the set-closing 'Square Hammer,' the latter of which Heavy Consequence named the top metal song of the 2010s.
As mentioned, the show also marked the live debut of 'new' frontman Papa V Perpetua, as band mastermind Tobias Forge takes on a new identity with every album cycle.
Ghost have instituted a strict no-filming policy for attendees on this tour, and as a result there isn't any footage of the show on YouTube. See the full setlist below.
Setlist: Peacefield (world premiere) Lachryma (live debut) Spirit From the Pinnacle to the Pit Majesty The Future Is a Foreign Land (live debut) Devil Church Cirice Darkness at the Heart of My Love (live debut) Satanized (live debut) Ritual Umbra (world premiere) Year Zero Spöksonat He Is Rats Kiss the Go-Goat Mummy Dust Monstrance Clock Encore: Mary on a Cross Dance Macabre Square Hammer

New video documents turbulent path to Cowboys star's $39 million payday

New video documents turbulent path to Cowboys star's $39 million payday The 2024 season proved to be mostly forgettable for America's Team, but now fans can go back and re-live it all through the eyes of CeeDee Lamb. The Cowboys wide receiver is the star of a new vlog which debuted on YouTube on Friday, racking up over 12,000 views in just its first couple hours online. Promising to take viewers behind the scenes of Lamb's 2024 offseason and the tumultuous 7-10 regular season that followed, the kickoff episode focused on Lamb's summer-long holdout and ended with his agreeing to a four-year, $135 million deal to keep him wearing the star. The deal included a $38 million signing bonus and $1 million initial base salary, but Lamb is quick to point out in the episode's exclusive interview clips that it wasn't easy playing hardball and skipping training camp for the first time ever. "Honestly, it was the worst," Lamb explained. "It was the worst ever. Do you hear me? Like, for those who know me, they know how serious I take this football stuff, you know what I'm saying? Like, with everything in me. I put pride, body, mind, soul, everything I got into winning and the result of it. And obviously, preparation that goes into it, you know? And for me to miss out on the right preparation with my team, my quarterback, my guys, just building those bonds off the field, whatever the case may be, you know what I'm saying? Like, I missed out on that." The 2020 first-round draft pick ended up sitting out the Cowboys' entire training camp in Oxnard, Calif. He rejoined his team just 12 days before the season opener in Cleveland and only after the Dallas front office made him the second-highest-paid non-QB in league history. But Friday's episode also documented some of the back and forth that went on, with negotiations between the two sides often playing out rather contentiously over the airwaves and social media. As told strictly from Lamb's point of view, the nine-minute video featured plenty of TV analysts arguing that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones should just write the check to bring Lamb back into the fold. It also acknowledged the legions of Cowboys fans who were similarly voicing their support in the comments sections of online posts. At one point, the voice of former NFL Network host Peter Schrager can be heard referencing an early-August comment by Jones in which the billionaire said he didn't have "any urgency" in signing the then three-time Pro Bowler. "Yeah, that was a dagger," Lamb says glumly as he watches the report. But a deal was finally brought to fruition just days later, and the episode ends with Lamb celebrating his life-changing contract and preparing to fly out to meet his teammates in late August. What followed would prove to be a gut-wrenching rollercoaster of a season for both the Cowboys as a team and Lamb himself. But that will have to wait until subsequent episodes of the series. Skies clear for annual dairy parade in downtown Watertown

Jun. 7—WATERTOWN — Washington Street was a sea of people on Friday night as raindrops made way to sunshine just in time for the annual Dairy Parade. Among the spectators was Allan Begg, who lives in Watertown, who said he wanted to go to the dairy parade as a way of supporting the community. "It's a nice evening, (it's a) Friday night something to do," he said. Begg was at last year's dairy parade, he said, so he said he knows it's one of the larger parades in the area. "We're looking forward to (something) similar again this year," he said before the event. Sixty-four entries were expected in the parade with 6,000 to 7,000 people expected to be in attendance. Watertown Mayor Sarah V.C. Pierce renamed Washington Street to "Magic Avenue" for the duration of the parade. The parade's theme this year was the "Magic of Moo" — with a slogan of "Embrace the Moo." Kenneth Fossett, from Pulaski, said he made the roughly half hour drive to see his son march in the parade with the Pulaski Central School District marching band. "We're just here to support my son," he said. Earlier in the week, Jay Matteson, Jefferson County Agriculture coordinator, said that agriculture is a $1.7 billion industry for the north country. Leah Edwards, from Evans Mills, said she, too, was watching her son in the Indian River marching band. Besides seeing her son, Edwards said she was excited to see some of the older vehicles during the parade. "I do like looking at those," she said. Friday was Edwards' first time at the parade, she said. The parade began at 7 p.m. at Watertown High School, with the Watertown Police leading the way. The event was also broadcast on NBC Watertown and livestreamed on their YouTube channel.
