Prague has Epsom target following Lockinge defection
'He just had a temperature and he will be fine and probably be back cantering tomorrow, but he just can't run and you can't take a chance with a temperature, not in this league anyway,' said Cunha.
'We've taken two out in the last two weeks already like this and it's just one of those things and bugs go around at this time of year, but he will be back.'
Prague holds an entry for the curtain-raising Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot next month, but the Phantom House Stables handler is first eyeing getting the five-year-old back in action in the Betfred Diomed Stakes on June 7 before loftier assignments are considered.
Cunha added: 'He will be fine and we might get him out at Epsom on Derby day in the Diomed.
'We'll probably go to Epsom and then we'll take it from there. It's frustrating for a small yard to miss such a race as the Lockinge, but it is what it is and there's nothing we can do.'
Cunha is also looking forward to new recruit Valley Of The Kings hitting the track having arrived in Newmarket from the handler's native South Africa.
He said: 'He's unraced and he looks like a lovely horse and moves nicely.
'We've had him going up Warren Hill and he arrived pretty fit, so we hope he will be out in the next four weeks or so.'

"The first moment I set eyes on him for Wolves, I just thought: 'Oh wow, he's a talented player. I really rate him, and I don't blame Manchester United for getting him. I think he's so talented. 'My only question mark is his attitude. He gets sent off a lot, he waves his arms a lot, and you've already got someone like that alongside him in Bruno Fernandes. From a talent point of view, he's absolutely there. And maybe being at Manchester United, being at a huge club like that, might put some manners on him. 'You can't go around grabbing people's glasses off them after a game, getting sent off, arguing with referees, and causing fights on numerous occasions like he did at Wolves. But when you're the outstanding player and when you've been carrying the club, when all that pressure's on you and all those different things, then you can understand it a bit. When you go to Manchester United, you're in the public glare even more, and you need to behave that way." Owen suggested Cunha can still be a success at United if he irons out certain aspects of his behaviour. He served two suspensions last season, though - one for an altercation with an Ipswich staff member and anoter for a red card against Bournemouth in the FA Cup. He was initially banned for three games after lashing out at Milos Kerkez in the Bournemouth game. It was then extended by an extra match, though, to go along with the two-game ban he served for the Ipswich incident. Cunha, who scored 15 league goals for Wolves last season, didn't net for United in pre-season but is warming to his new challenge at Old Trafford. 'I really think the pressure at this club is a privilege,' the former Atletico Madrid frontman said in July. 'It's one of the biggest clubs in the world and when Ruben came to me and showed me the project, I felt like it's a challenge I want to do for my career. Burton Albion boss Gary Bowyer has called the Brewers' Carabao Cup penalty shootout win against Tranmere Rovers one of the highlights of his Finn Delap, 20, struck the winning penalty for Bowyer's youthful side, who came from behind in the shootout to set up a second-round tie with Lincoln City."Absolutely buzzing - it's one of the highlights of my career because we had three [players] making their debuts," Bowyer told BBC Radio Derby."I put it up before the start of the game, the number of appearances in the [Tranmere] backline alone.
