Grant Cardone Shares Latest Big Money Goal — Can You Get in on It, Too?

The 'Business Breakdown with Brian Bandell' podcast recently had financial influencer Grant Cardone on as a guest. On the episode, the CEO of Aventura-based Cardone Capital broke down how a major component of his investment strategy involves bitcoin and real estate. I'm a Financial Advisor: Read More: Cardone also shared his latest big money goals, which he writes down every morning. If you listen to what he had to say, there's a chance you might be able to achieve it, too. Cardone started by telling Bandell how disappointed he was with himself, even after all of his financial success and accomplishments. Recalling a visit to Bank of America, Cardone shared that when it comes to money, he remains open to doing more, doing it better and growing his wealth beyond where it currently stands. I'm a Self-Made Millionaire: When it comes to his company, Cardone noted he'd like to see Cardone Capital go public. Right now, Cardone is looking to put an estimated $100 million of bitcoin out there for investors, which should help secure deals, such as the $230 million bid in a bankruptcy auction for an apartment building in Boca Raton, Florida. In the process of going public, Cardone mentioned he'd like to 'disrupt real estate as we know it.' Currently, Cardone has 20,000 investors backing his real estate investments, consisting of mostly apartments and condos, with over $1.6 billion raised to finance those properties. Pension funds, charities and governments, Cardone pointed out, cannot buy bitcoin directly. 'The moment I have a real estate fund that has bitcoin on its reserve, they can invest with me,' explained Cardone. 'They can invest with me and have exposure to both.' The short answer is 'yes, but…' Zillow described that it is possible to purchase property using cryptocurrency if you convert your money into cash or transfer your crypto directly to the seller. Additionally, you can use crypto as a collateral on a mortgage or purchase a home using an NFT. No matter what method you choose, the transactions tend to be pretty quick, and allow you some diversification within your portfolio. The downside is that it can be tricky to use crypto in a real estate deal because not many sellers are willing to accept it as payment. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are still unregulated, come with hefty capital gains tax, and can be unpredictable when used as collateral. If you do choose to take a page from Cardone's book in mixing real estate and crypto, proceed with extreme caution. Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) Is Competing With The Rise Of AI, Says Jim Cramer

We recently published . Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) is one of the stocks Jim Cramer recently discussed. Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) is a SaaS company that provides customer relationship management software. The firm has spent a large portion of 2025 locked in a fierce battle with Microsoft for AI CRM supremacy. Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM)'s shares have lost 20% year-to-date as investors are worried not only about the firm's AI platform Agentforce showing modest market penetration but also about its non-AI businesses underperforming in today's AI-driven enterprise software industry. Cramer discussed the effect of AI on Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM): '[On Morgan Stanley saying Tim Cook's successor could benefit from having a hardware background] Well look, it's funny hardware is part of the, I'm glad you mentioned hardware, hardware's part of the issue of how NVIDIA got to where it is. This is an essentially, there's a belief in many people on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley, that hardware prevails here because we're gonna get rid of a huge number of people who would do SaaS, you know, software as a service, and that includes, yes, Salesforce. . . . Because there are going to be fewer and fewer people who are actually in the organization who need that. But that does not mean that you wouldn't need more Apple.' A customer service team in an office setting using the company's Customer 360 platform to communicate with customers. Cramer discussed the divide in Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM)'s products in his earlier remarks: 'Now this is tough for me, because my charitable trust owns Salesforce. And Salesforce, even though it's embraced agentic, is regarded as company, that well you know what they have a lot of stuff that really doesn't do anything. How about that Texas Instruments? And it's a nice renaissance.' While we acknowledge the potential of CRM as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and have limited downside risk. Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Black Badge gets the wide-body treatment

It was only a matter of time before the aftermarket got its hands on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II, the face-lifted version of Rolls' SUV, and it appears that trend is in full swing. Los Angeles-based RDB LA recently unveiled a Cullinan Series II Black Badge with a bit more street presence, courtesy of a wide-body kit from 1016 Industries. This is actually the second Cullinan Series II to roll out (no pun intended) of RDB with one of these body kits, which sell for up to $100,000. The first, unveiled just month, had 26-inch RDB wheels and a body painted black. This one retains black wheels, but they're contrasted by Tempest Grey paint. It also takes things a bit further with thin LED daytime running lights mounted in the lower part of the front bumper. Modifying an expensive car will likely always be controversial, but Rolls-Royce customers have plenty of cash and appetite for personalization, as evidenced by the automaker's massive catalog of paint and trim options. And it's more likely than not that those customers will be buying a Cullinan, which become Rolls' bestselling model after debuting in 2018. The Cullinan Series II launched in 2024 as a mid-cycle refresh, although changes were small, LED jowls on the outside and a more contemporary dashboard screen arrangement inside being the highlights. Also offered on the pre-refresh Cullinan, the Black Badge spec adds darkened trim. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 6.7-liter V12-producing 591 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque in Black Badge models-connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
