Taking to her Instagram account, Amy shared a series of pictures from their holiday, and showcased her incredible figure in a floral crochet-style bikini while on a boat.
Amy - who recently said she feels 'stronger than ever' - beamed for the camera as she lay across the back of the boat in the shade, wearing stylish sunglasses and a straw hat for protection from the sun.
In another snap, she posed in the setting sun wearing a cream cropped top and matching maxi skirt while holding a glass of wine.
Amy also shared a series of snaps with Becky from their evenings out by the pool, enjoying cocktails and the incredible sea views.
The star captioned the picture montage: "Some much-needed twin time.
"We had the perfect little escape – full of sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims, incredible food, and most importantly, proper quality time together."
Amy, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and underwent a mastectomy and chemotherapy, continued: "After my cancer diagnosis, I promised my family (and myself) that I'd take more downtime.
"I used to live life at 100mph, saying yes to everything and everyone. But cancer shifts your perspective.
"This year I've been incredibly lucky with new job opportunities which have been full on but so rewarding and I can't wait to share all to you very soon. So having time to slow down isn't just okay – it's essential.
"These past few days have been the perfect reset and I'm heading into the new season feeling recharged, happy, stronger, and HEALTHIER than ever."
Amy then took time to pay tribute to her sister, writing: "Also bursting with pride for my sister @becky_dowden – she was accepted into her master's program in midwifery while we were away (yes, while still working full-time in the NHS!).
"I'm so proud of her and loved treating her to a well-deserved break."
The star concluded: "Feeling grateful, grounded, and SO excited for @bbcstrictly rehearsals to start tomorrow. Year 9 – let's go!"
Amy was inundated with comments from her fans, with one writing: " Looks like the perfect break. Rest is absolutely needed and holidays are so good for the soul. Enjoy strictly rehearsals and can't wait to see you back on the show this year."
Another added: "girl you're looking absolutely incredible. so beyond proud of you. can't wait to see you back on strictly !!!"
A third commented: "Well deserved and Strictly rehearsals! that makes me so happy x."

BBC launches probe into Strictly cocaine use following drug abuse allegations

The BBC has reportedly launched a probe to investigate claims of cocaine use by two stars of Strictly Come Dancing. According to The Sun, a celebrity has alleged that it was 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine.' In response to the allegations, BBC bosses are said to have launched an enquiry using external lawyers. The claims were reportedly made in March by law firm Russells, on behalf of former contestant Wynne Evans. According to the tabloid, other sources have also reported allegations of drug use to the BBC. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. A BBC spokesperson told the publication: 'We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us.' Of the claims, the BBC's spokesperson continued: 'We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. 'It would not be appropriate for us to comment further.' As a part of the probe, former contestants, cast and crew alike will all be given the opportunity to speak to law firm Pinsent Masons about their concerns. This comes as a celebrity source told The Sun that it is 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine . . . it was talked about widely among the cast.' Meanwhile, one Strictly star allegedly described another person on the show as being 'off their face.' The Sun has not mentioned the stars who have been accused of taking cocaine. This comes at a fraught time for the BBC – and less than a year after its investigation into allegations of bullying on the Strictly set concluded. A probe was launched into claims of misconduct by professional Giovanni Pernice, who was forced to step down amid claims that he had bullied actress Amanda Abbington during their rehearsals together. After months of investigating, the BBC upheld two moments of 'inappropriate behaviour of sexual banter in the workplace' The investigation uncovered no findings relating to physical aggression, but complaints of verbal bullying and harassment were upheld, according to the PA news agency. More recently, the BBC dropped former Strictly contestant Wynne Evans from his BBC Wales rolling contract after a series of controversies. The singer and professional dance partner Katya Jones sparked furore when she appeared to move his hand from her waist – which he said was 'just a body language experiment that was picked up on'. More Trending The pair maintained that this was a 'silly joke' which had simply misfired, but the opera singer was struck with more controversy when reports emerged that he'd made an 'unacceptable joke' about Strictly Live host Janette Manrara. Evans subsequently apologised, describing himself as 'deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate action caused' and would take a break from the public eye for 'self-reflection' and to 'prioritise my wellbeing'. The BBC later decided not to renew his one-year rolling BBC Radio contract following the conclusion of a four-month investigation. View More » has contacted the BBC for comment on this story. BBC launches investigation into Strictly stars' ‘cocaine use'

Reports in The Sun allege their drug use was discussed on the BBC dancing show, and said that the corporation had appointed law firm Pinsent Masons to lead the investigation. According to reports, the allegations were made in a legal submission by law firm Russells in March on behalf of former contestant Wynne Evans, who was dropped by the BBC after apologising for using 'inappropriate language' during the launch of the Strictly tour. Others have also reported drug use on the show, according to The Sun. A BBC spokesperson said: 'We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. 'We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. It would not be appropriate for us to comment further.' it is understood that the BBC often appoints external law firms to help it lead investigations, while reporting back to an internal team. The cast members involved in the investigation were not named by The Sun. It comes after the BBC launched a review into Strictly in 2024 that looked into allegations of bullying and harassment against former professional dancer Giovanni Pernice, made by his former dance partner Amanda Abbington. The corporation upheld some, but not all, of the complaints made – and introduced a series of new measures aimed at improving welfare. This included the introduction of a chaperone who is present 'at all times' during training room rehearsals. EastEnders star James Borthwick was also suspended from the BBC after a video emerged of the actor using a disabled slur on the set of the dance programme.

Strictly 'cocaine scandal' as investigation launched into alleged on-set drug use

Strictly Come Dancing has reportedly launched an investigation into claims that two of its stars took cocaine. The BBC has hired law firm Pinsent Masons to probe the allegations The BBC has reportedly enlisted the services of a top legal firm to investigate accusations of cocaine use by two Strictly Come Dancing stars, with reports suggesting their substance abuse was an open secret on the show. Former participants, professional dancers, and crew members are being invited to speak with the solicitors at Pinsent Masons to voice any issues they might have, it's been reported this evening. The long-running BBC series, which has been plagued with multiple scandals over recent years, is now embroiled in controversy following drug use claims submitted to the BBC in March by Russells Solicitors on behalf of a celebrity contestant. It's believed that additional individuals have also brought forward allegations of drug consumption on Strictly Come Dancing to the BBC. In a statement shared with the Mirror this evening, a representative for the BBC said: "We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. It would not be appropriate for us to comment further." The Sun reports that one of allegations involves a Strictly star who allegedly commented on another individual's dilated pupils, hinting at drug intoxication, by saying: "Have you seen their pupils . . . they're off their face". Furthermore, The Sun reports that a celebrity claimed it is common knowledge within the show's circle that two stars were using cocaine, a topic that was reportedly rife among the cast. A source stated: "These claims are extremely serious and should be taken as such. Given only last year that the BBC's Director-General promised to clean up Strictly, it seems particularly shocking. The idea of the show's stars discussing drug-taking is deeply disturbing. The BBC have known about these allegations for some time, and acknowledged receiving them." It's reported that the state-funded broadcaster is "taking firm action".
