Mainly cloudy conditions to start your Thursday with some rain showers expected.
'As we move it through your Thursday, expect mainly cloudy conditions with a few breaks, possibility of thunderstorms,' said CTV London Meteorologist Julie Atchison. 'Thursday evening looks like some thunderstorms towards Lambton County.'
Heading into Friday, conditions will stay mainly cloudy with a chance for some more showers.
'We are just not getting rid of the rainfall,' continued Atchison. 'This is the forecast where we will be dodging rainfall and thunderstorms through Thursday and into Friday.'

Thursday: Cloudy. 40 per cent chance of showers late this morning and this afternoon. Risk of a thunderstorm this afternoon. Fog patches dissipating this morning. Wind becoming east 20 km/h late this afternoon. High 26. Humidex 33. UV index 7 or high.
Thursday night: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of showers. Risk of a thunderstorm. Wind east 20 km/h becoming light late this evening. Low 16.
Friday: A mix of sun and cloud with 60 per cent chance of showers and risk of a thunderstorm. Wind becoming south 20 km/h gusting to 40 in the morning. High 29. Humidex 39. UV index 10 or very high.
Saturday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of showers. High 27.
Sunday: Sunny. High 30.
Monday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of showers. High 30.
Tuesday (Canada Day): A mix of sun and cloud with 60 per cent chance of showers. High 27.

We're looking at a fairly similar setup across central and north-central Alberta to what we had Wednesday. That doesn't mean it'll play out exactly the same way, though. Morning sun in the Edmonton area this morning will give way to a few clouds midday and this afternoon with temperatures hitting the 23 to 24 degree mark for a daytime high. There's a chance of some hit & miss thunderstorms mid to late afternoon (just like yesterday). We're also keeping an eye on some showers off to the southwest this morning. I think those probably fizzle out or stay south of the city as the precip moves east, but there's a slight chance of a midday shower in or near Edmonton. So, the best chance for a shower or thunderstorm comes late today, but there's an outside chance of a little shower cell a bit earlier. Friday - low to mid 20s again. Mix of sun & cloud with (again) a chance of some late-day showers and/or thunderstorms. There's a bit of a chance to the pattern Saturday as we start the day with some rain through the morning hours. That precipitation should taper off midday, but we'll stay breezy and cloudy this the afternoon hours with a high around 18-21 degrees. Clearing for Sunday/Monday with afternoon highs in the mid 20s and then we're still expecting a high in the upper 20s for Canada Day Tuesday with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the evening.
