West Seattle manhunt underway: Convicted child sex offender, animal abuser escapes house arrest

A man with a known history of child sex crimes and animal abuse freed himself from his ankle monitor and escaped house arrest. He is currently on the run, as of this reporting, with a manhunt underway.
David Williford, 38, was recently sentenced on April 29 to house arrest for a charge involving incest. He was last seen in West Seattle's North Admiral neighborhood on May 5.
He is 6′4″ and now bald, according to CrimeStoppers.
Williford has a long track record of heinous crimes. Ten years ago, he was charged with child rape and child molestation while simultaneously facing six counts of animal abuse. According to prosecutors, Williford methodically tortured animals for entertainment.

Last month, Williford was sentenced to home arrest and ordered to stay with his mother. He removed his ankle monitor less than a week later and fled the scene before responding authorities could get to the residence.

MORRISANIA, the Bronx (PIX11) – A 17-year-old boy was shot just a half mile away from where a man was grazed by a bullet in separate incidents in the Bronx on Thursday, according to the NYPD. Police said the teenager was struck by a bullet in the right hip at the NYCHA Forest Houses around 10 p.m. Two suspects, one wearing all black and one wearing all gray, fled the shooting on Citi Bikes going west on Trinity Avenue, according to authorities. Two suspects are also wanted in that shooting, according to authorities. Police said one was wearing a white shirt and gray shorts while the other wore a gray t-shirt and dark pants. They fled the shooting going north on St. Anne's Avenue, possibly on Citi Bikes, according to authorities. Two men arrested after digger stolen from building site
Police have arrested two men after a digger was stolen from a building site. The theft was reported last Sunday, June 1, when the vehicle was found to be missing from the building site on Lower Bridgeman Street in Bolton. Officers said that they they believe a white flatbed truck was used to take the yellow 1.6 JCB Excavator Digger away. They said that two men have been arrested on suspicion of theft, but have since been bailed while police investigate the incident further. Police are now appealing to the public for information about the incident. They have asked for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious on Lower Bridgeman Street at around 12.30pm to get in touch with them.
